We live today in a world of average and equalization.
True championships and outstanding achievements are now more rare to find outside of fixed structures, and if so, then mostly in a doubtful form.
Art has gone from a skill to a concept, and the achievements in society and business are just that.
You copy, change, imitate and present, but nothing can be seen of really great achievements.
Even large corporations are mostly dependent on a few highly trained specialists, while the rest of the workforce only shows more average skills.
Everything happens only in fixed institutions, large corporations and organizations.
A hopeless situation, one might think, as if there were no more great inventors, musicians, painters, engineers, architects and writers.
Masters in their field who create and discover new things.
Models and creative spirits of a society.
The geniuses in artistic, scientific, economic, philosophical, political and many other areas.
Where are they all?
A genius, as they say, is a person with outstanding creative mental strength.
The word comes from the French genie, from the Latin genius, which originally meant generating power,
or in Greek it meant first becoming and arising, then also personal protection of God, and only later became an investment and talent.
If you ask people, then many suspect that such great achievements have to do with intensive work.
But how often have you heard that someone said that he would like to have played an instrument,
or that someone would like to have a certain other ability in organizing, in selling, in repairing cars,
or in finding solutions for the crossword puzzle, or in any other area.
But he or she simply has no talent for it.
And you are not a genius at all.
So be it, and you just had bad luck.
No talent, you are untalented, or you just don't have it in your blood.
Either you have it, or you don't.
You can't learn talent.
And it's embarrassing to talk about it at all.
So the general consensus.
But what is talent?
Dr. Conrad Duden tells us the following.
Talent that enables someone to achieve extraordinary or above-average achievements in a specific, especially artistic field.
Origin, early New High German, first familiar material goods, then innate ability.
So talent is a talent.
We all know that.
But what is a talent?
Dr. Conrad Duden says it again.
Being talented.
Natural disposition, innate ability to certain achievements.
Talent.
The two terms refer to themselves and are used as synonyms.
That's very surprising.
It would be even more surprising if talent shows were called talent shows, wouldn't it?
Extraordinary achievements are only preserved by certain people with this mysterious talent.
So talent is something innate, a natural disposition.
It must, according to today's widespread view, be somewhere in the genetic material.
If we use modern gene research here, we come across a very shaky basis.
Epigenetics, which assumes that the environment influences the genes, however, offers some clues.
To make it clear.
There is no specialized gene like a musician gene, a painter gene, an organization gene or a seller gene.
And there is no criminal gene.
Even if the eggheads trapped in an absolutely materialistic world view in the gene laboratories still want it so much.
As in many other areas, conclusions are based on unproven assumptions.
Apart from that, the concept of genetics and the theory behind it as a whole would be questionable.
In fact, no one comes to the world as a violin virtuoso, as a brilliant painter, as an excellent brain surgeon, as a successful seller or as an innovative inventor.
Nobody.
If so, then every child comes to the world with their own mental and physical attributes, which predestine it for one thing or another, or not.
But here, too, many factors play an important role.
In a pregnancy, usually surrounded by toxins, malnutrition, negative emotions and stress, the child can already take physical and psychological damage in the uterus.
Restrictions that are often not even recognized later.
If there are no such specialized genes, then the impregnation must be different from that of city genes.
And that is, according to epigenetics, the environment.
If an embryo grows in the womb of the mother already in a musical household and is born in a musical environment,
then it is very likely that the child develops a connection with the music.
It learns by copying and replaying its environment.
All children do that.
They watch, memorize and play situations.
A playful learning by copying without being taught.
A child would probably not want to stand on its own two legs so quickly if it had never seen upright people.
The same applies to language, socialization and even the behavior of people towards other people have an influence on the impregnation of a child.
Learning Genes
Children are great learning geniuses.
Until they are told what they should learn, they are still learning geniuses.
A little baby learns to move its body, to grab, to crawl, to eat and to run.
Like a daily training program, the child learns in a playful way to get better at what it does.
Every day.
Whether it's the buttons on the windbreaker or the binding of the laces,
everything wants to be learned and parents know that children need a different amount of time for this.
The little Max on the side is not interested in the laces,
but the little Lisa on top can already tie the double knot.
And she is very proud of it.
Enthusiastic parents could almost think she is talented.
Yes, she has talent, at least in relation to laces,
while Max still lets her be bound by her mother and prefers to take care of his model cars.
Children have early interests.
They feel drawn to one or the other as if this one thing has a mysterious fascination for them.
Cars, clothes, music, stories, pictures, people and so on.
As if this fascination and interest in something were the mother of talent and talent.
To answer the origin of deviations and preferences,
one can also relate the experiences of past lives
and thus explain the existence of interests, goals and motivations.
Many questions remain unanswered.
We try to draw logical conclusions from what we observe.
And what do we observe?
Exactly in the lifetime when children get to know their own interests and fascination for things on earth,
they are partially forced into kindergartens and schools
and it becomes almost impossible for them to deal with what really interests them.
They are taught for a long time to sit quietly on hard chairs in angular classrooms,
to focus and learn answers to which they have no questions at all.
Curiosity and urge to move are violently restricted
and the children are pressed into an environment in which they are shaped and conditioned by authority, ideology and group dynamics.
And so it is not surprising that any child's fascination, fantasy and interests are quickly overshadowed and forgotten.
It would also work differently, but that has a method.
In the mouth of the people, one would say brainwashing about this torture,
generally tolerated child abuse,
which, due to the totally sick ideology of early sexualization,
becomes even more obvious.
They are forced to learn by heart of questionable information,
a false worldview is conveyed to them and a lot of theory and ideology,
the whole of programming based on lies.
They learn to follow orders, to carry out nonsensical instructions and the competition
and yet very little that they themselves pass on in life
and above all not how to learn something that interests them.
What one is so interested in as a child is predetermined.
Likewise the way of later education.
Everything is well organized and regulated.
State authorities monitor the school material.
Forced learning is prescribed up to adulthood,
so that certainly the greatest part has lost the desire to learn
when they have completed an education and are at the beginning of the acquisition life.
Their skills sink into automatism and do not improve.
A person trained for work, but who has no motivation
and who has no means available to improve themselves
or to do what he actually wants.
Most people don't even think about it.
So much they are absorbed by the glittering world of entertainment and media propaganda.
Programming for the slave of work is successful
and some parents overwhelmed by the system prevent this first discovery process
in the life of a child early on,
by giving their children a smartphone or a computer in their hands to put them at ease.
An artificial reality created by others,
long before these children have known their own environment and themselves.
The psychological and physical effects are immense
and the long-term effects can only be estimated superficially.
The lack of social, mental and physical mobility
will influence these children for a lifetime.
The most important time in the life of a child
is only stolen from them today by smartphones, playstations and computers
and then by kindergartens and schools.
What makes some people geniuses and others not?
We know the world-famous stars and stars
who have performed incredible artistic feats as miracle children
even in their tender childhood.
Most people would say, this is talent.
He or she has talent.
Or she is a talent.
Well, what we see is a perfect demonstration.
A moment in time when a child does something outstanding.
Today, the description of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as a miracle child is particularly common.
Examples of miracle children celebrated by musicians in the 20th century are
the violinist, violist and conductor Yehudi Menuhin,
the violinist Ruggiero Ricci,
or the violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter.
The world-famous golf player Tiger Woods was also treated as a miracle child.
As a mathematical miracle child, for example, the 1873-born Moritz Frankel,
who was ennobled as a living computer in his childhood.
The term miracle child is mostly used in the media today.
According to the saying, as a genius you are born,
as a miracle child you are made,
such children are mainly referred to as miracle children
who appear in front of an audience.
Therefore, the term is mainly associated with musicians.
But also in chess it was regularly reported about miracle children,
such as Samuel Ryszewski, Bobby Fischer or Judith Polgar.
Highly talented children who perform special achievements in mathematics,
natural sciences or languages,
on the other hand, rarely appear in the media.
The term is also used in literature and in films.
The short story «Das Wunderkind» by Thomas Mann is particularly well known.
When we examine the life of these miracle children,
we surprisingly come across similarities.
And that is the time and effort that was put into this perfect performance
and the way in which the child was instructed.
The more targeted it was,
and the more time was invested in it,
the more impressive the results became.
And one thing seems to be clear.
If the child himself did not have an interest in learning
and pushing through these things,
such achievements would hardly be possible.
Whether this interest was based on external pressure or inner wisdom,
has been put there.
Various variants seem to be possible.
Only too often do parents abuse their children
and train them even at an early age,
in order to pay attention to the performance of the child himself.
Children who perform amazing works of art
and show special talents
often have a hard path behind them.
It is also common in sport or ballet
to train children early on
and to let them practice things in which they should show performance.
And it is not uncommon for children to be given anabolic drugs
and other substances that increase performance.
It is not so easy for them
to perform their works of art,
because expression and appearance are also practiced.
The world is a stage.
Nothing is as it seems.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, the miracle child,
had a father, Leopold,
who himself was an acknowledged pedagogue for music and composition
and whose violin textbook, decades later,
represented a standard work for every violinist.
The same Leopold Mozart
trained little Wolfgang
in a strict, targeted musical training
even at an early age.
And even Wolfgang needed the mysterious 10,000 plus hours
to master his compositional skills
and with 21 years
his first composition recognized as a masterpiece,
the Piano Concerto No. 9.
Everything he wrote before
shows the influence of his father
or his teacher Johann Christian Bach.
It is striking that his father Leopold himself
stopped composing
just as he began to teach Wolfgang.
Other legends, such as those that Mozart
could compose entire symphonies in his head,
seem to be untrue.
Mozart reworked and revised his works again and again.
The letter in which he himself claims to have such skills
is a forgery.
The achievements of miracle children are often exaggerated
and the amount of Mozart's works
can hardly be compared with his short lifetime.
He died at the age of 35.
Whether the stories about and with Mozart
have all contributed to this
and whether Mozart was perhaps an art figure
in which the music of a time period was combined
was once put aside.
A very similar story can be found
with the miracle child and world's best golf player Tiger Woods.
His father, himself an excellent golfer,
also a teacher and experienced in teaching children,
gave his son the first golf club
when he was only six months old.
From then on, Tiger's childhood was shaped
by hard training and constant practice.
And also Laszlo Polgar,
the father of Judith Polgar,
who became a chess grandmaster at the age of 15,
proved with the early training,
which he taught his three daughters
from the fourth year of life,
that talent and talent, i.e. innate skills,
do not play a role when it comes to championship.
He had publicly sought and found a woman
to conduct these experiments on his own children.
He himself was only a moderate chess player
and his wife had no idea about it.
In a very similar way,
other miracle children have also grown up.
They train every day for hours to acquire the skills
that make them miracle children.
The 10,000-hour exercise rule
also seems to apply to them.
And with a strict schedule at an early age,
these children were only too often,
due to lack of time,
important stages of development in socialization,
so that some of them
came up with conspicuous behaviors.
Of course, there are also mystifications in this area.
Immanuel Kant,
born in 1721, Christian Henrich Heineken,
who already mastered Latin and French at the age of two
and was supposed to have written a history of Denmark
at the age of three,
was brilliant in mathematics and died at the age of four and a half.
An early smart miracle child of short existence
and one of the deviations of nature from its rules.
Whether this story can be given faith
is up to everyone.
The 10,000-hour exercise rule
is especially known in music.
But also in other areas,
from martial arts to chess,
from juggler to manager,
this secret rule is understood everywhere
as the basis for true championship.
10,000 hours of targeted, focused
and intensive practice,
whether it is the craft elements
or the spiritual penetration of a thing,
this doing, this practice is always in the foreground.
A chess genius like Bobby Fischer
did not play chess for thousands of hours.
He also analyzed the tactics of other chess players
and appropriated all the knowledge
that was available at the time about chess.
For this he needed around nine years
before he became a chess grandmaster at the age of 16.
10,000 hours for the high championship,
that's a lot of time.
If someone were to invest 365 days a year,
five hours in his training,
he would need around five and a half years for the championship.
If someone, on the other hand,
were to practice 10,000 hours every day,
then the championship would only be achieved after 13 and a half years.
10,000 hours, they say,
but with 1,000 hours of practice time,
amazing results are already possible.
Of course, such calculations are only rough estimates,
because beliefs, conceptual ability, motivation
can be obstacles or promoters.
A child whose parents don't like the saxophone
is thrown in by annoyances like
«that sounds terrible»
or «that squeaking gets on my nerves»
can't achieve quick success.
Children in a supportive environment
have it much easier.
And this applies not only to miracle children,
it also seems to apply to adults.
We find enough examples for this.
Wes Montgomery, a jazz guitarist,
only started playing his instrument at the age of 19
and nevertheless became a style-building musician
that is no longer conceivable today.
Steve Palmer, Microsoft's talent for organization,
was still interested in everything else at the age of 20,
but not in how to lead a company successfully.
People learn and improve,
there seems to be no limit.
The potential of a master is lurking in each of us.
But why is this potential not recognized and exploited?
Is talent really a divine spark?
Who can walk and talk
has proven that he can take it to a level of mastery
and that even at an early age,
through goal-setting,
he can achieve it.
Through education, school, training,
media and group compulsion,
it becomes a compulsion from a natural learning.
Development opportunities are only made possible
and guided where it serves the system.
Mastery is only desired in specified areas.
And which areas these are,
the company says, the state,
and it primarily serves itself.
Lack of time and psychological impediments
prevent one's own initiative
and so children in schools are raised to be professional idiots
if they forget what they were originally interested in
and to which areas they felt drawn to.
The vaccination of negative and disabled beliefs
is part of the standard
and only a few manage to overcome these programs in later life
and are able to do so.
Many parents understand
that their child has their own interests
and support it.
Conservatories are looking for the best
and there are also scholarships to be found.
Training costs money.
On the other hand, it is different with the inventor,
with the alternative researcher,
with the poet,
or even with the magician.
These have an even more difficult path ahead of them
due to the lack of educational institutions
and financial support is also difficult to find.
The more exotic the areas of interest are,
the more difficult it becomes to practice them
in a targeted and focused manner.
In order to learn something that is not supported by the system,
it is often necessary
that these people have to act as autodidacts
and become their own pedagogues,
teachers and coaches.
Their targeted practice must be designed
in such a way that special skills are improved individually.
It is almost impossible to find teachers
or coaches in these areas today.
The fact that this was deliberately intended
is obvious.
When a person is forced to earn money
for his entertainment,
it is usually the time for such people
that is the biggest problem.
In an environment as it was created for people today,
talent and talent become
a mystified divine gift
that I can't think of
that is highly stylized in a way
that is far beyond reality.
Suddenly someone sings well
or can do one or the other piece of art
and then he or she appears in talent shows.
And the viewer is suggested
that he has no talent.
That's why he's just a viewer.
The artist is highly praised
and not because he has practiced for hours,
invested his time and therefore
has given up on other things.
The work behind such a performance
will be temporarily silenced
because it would expose the possibilities
that lie within each of us
and so psychological tricks are used
to prevent the viewer from recognizing himself
This mysterious talent,
this gifted talent by God
and only a few people have it,
isn't it?
Then the word entertainment
also gets a new, darker meaning.
The world is a stage,
nothing is as it seems.
Researches at music schools,
for example, have shown
that talent or talent as such
cannot be determined for a long time.
It is impossible to predict
how far a child or adult talent
or talent in his field will show.
Similarly, it relates to genius.
Since then, further studies have been done
and the result is always the same.
What these studies have also shown is
that there is surprisingly no connection
between talent and intelligence.
Even a chess grandmaster
can have an average intelligence quotient.
And not only that,
a good memory is also not a prerequisite
for extraordinary performance,
because this can also be trained.
Studies, however, also show
that hardly anyone wins a championship
that lasts less than 10 years
and that 4 to 5 hours per day
represent a mental limit
in which progress can be achieved
with targeted exercises.
Even the highly valued experience
is not what it seems to be.
There are many people
who have not yet had any experience
after their training.
Many remain in this position
after their training
and even deteriorate over time.
They had no ambitions in their field.
But when they decide
to learn and practice again
they are often mentally challenged
and there are special therapies
for musicians or athletes
that are widely unavailable.
The mysterious talent
and the divine talent
seem to play no role
when it comes to winning a championship
in an area.
In various studies
with several 10,000 participants
no correlation was found.
Extraordinary skills
can be successfully trained
by every average contemporary
and only the appropriate work
and motivation seem crucial.
There is no shortage of training programs
and the time that a student
practices alone for himself
and how he does it.
Some may not like to hear that
because then the guilt for a failure
would have to be sought
in oneself and in one's own environment.
You can't just blame it
on the absence of talent,
which a master of his field
has practiced.
Some myth dissolves into smoke
when you look more closely.
Water is boiled everywhere
and you find hard-working people.
And yet we are allowed masterly skills,
extraordinary performances and performances,
a look into an ethereal,
which no one can really put into words.
Inspiration and creative power.
Is this the divine?
There are probably other more characteristic qualities
that are helpful to make talent and talent
perceptible at first.
These include perseverance, enthusiasm,
discipline, continuity, motivation,
the environment, the psychological prerequisites,
and much more.
Only with time does something crystallize
that man believes to be talent or talent.
Talent or talent only shows itself
after it has been targeted and practiced intensively,
not before.
So you can create exercise programs
and progress stages
where you can calculate time and effort.
And how someone has to practice
to reach a certain level.
And not only in music schools,
but also in business or academic operations.
Even the folk schools are built according to such a scheme,
only they serve a different purpose
than is generally accepted.
This shows that we all have the potential
to become really good in what we practice
and also become a master.
That's the good news.
The bad news is that it means hard work.
Nobody says that this process is easy.
On the one hand, it is connected with time and effort
and obstacles, plastered with pain and disappointment,
like a little child learning to walk.
It's hard work.
And on the other hand,
successes that are forced to adjust
are like a bet.
Successes that strengthen the self-confidence
and serve as further motivation.
Even a young skateboarder
who has practiced some tricks with the board alone
or little Lisa with the shoelaces
can already feel it.
The feeling of being rewarded for your work
and for your success
is a feeling that can make you addicted.
For some, even a divine drug.
On the other hand,
successes without having practiced anything before
are very, very rare.
However,
targeted and focused practice
is only desired in certain areas.
Enthusiastic, enthusiastic,
virtuoso academics, artists, scientists,
craftsmen, managers,
they are all hunted today.
By headhunters.
These are agents who are in charge of
looking for people who are mostly
in their interests.
This human potential is caught up with status, money
or other methods,
bound with contracts
and incorporated into dogmatic and rigid
lie buildings and institutions.
On the one hand, in the service of the economy
and the gross social product,
many people do tasks that they once learned
but never brought to perfection.
No ambitions, they say.
Usable average.
And that because they don't know that you can get better
in everything you do,
because they don't know how to do it
and because they were told that they have no talent
for nothing and were not given as a gift by God.
Talent and talent to achieve great things
is only something for a few,
but not for most people.
So why should you start learning something
and sacrifice your time for it
if you don't have talent or talent anyway?
So those few are exhausted by the system
who, despite the influence of the system,
are not able to do anything.
Those few are exhausted by the system
who, despite the influence of society,
school and media,
have found a permitted way to the championship.
They are instrumentalized
and abused for their own purposes
in a framework provided by corporations
managed by human resources.
Learning how to learn is not taught today.
There are many areas open
that could be dangerous for the status quo.
People who know how to learn and focus
and achieve a championship in their field
are also usually those beginners
who invent new things,
who act in a stylistic way
and expand the understanding of the world in which we live.
People who exhaust their potential
are not desired.
And if such a person is successful,
he is bought up by the system
or put at ease.
Learning to listen to oneself and one's own curiosity
is not taught either,
since man usually crosses paths
that are not under the control of the system.
The 10,000-hour overtime is only the championship,
which is won by people.
The results of the work and effort of those
who learn and practice
are quickly visible to those around the mountain,
even if only a quarter of the way is done.
For the unneeded spectator
he may already be high on the mountain
and his skills are impressive.
But for the approaching forcer of the mountain itself
he is still very far away.
But what people secretly admire at the foot of the mountain
are qualities such as tenacity,
effort, commitment and, last but not least,
the ability.
And even some eccentric self-will
is given to those who have committed themselves
with heart and soul to one thing.
The recognition of the absence of such qualities
is overshadowed by the mysterious words
of talent and talent.
The thought that similar results
would also be possible for oneself
is pushed away by all means.
The turn of speech from nothing to nothing
has been transformed into nothing.
People have not also been confused
by the artificially created New Age movement
and their perceptions and feelings,
positive or negative,
do not become reality when you think about them.
They only change their own perception and world of feelings.
Thinking is not the same as thinking.
The wishes themselves and structured,
goal-oriented thinking that lead to the fulfillment of these wishes
are not the same.
The manifestation of other states in life
and the manifestation of one's own wishes
is only part of the process that is needed
to make thoughts visible in reality.
And here already many remain stuck
on the basis of information that does not exist.
People are confused when they think unstructured,
if the truth tells them that thoughts
can become reality,
but does not say how to do it.
It depends on how you structure thoughts
and put together something that can become reality at all,
the recognition of potentials.
Thoughts are tools.
You can think about yourself, about others
and about ideas or things.
Structured thinking outside the system
is not desired and is never taught
how we can think consciously and solution-oriented
to achieve goals,
to make thoughts come true.
The thought itself must be clearly formulated
and then the next question arises of itself.
What do I have to do to make my thought come true?
If you want to create a different reality for yourself,
then you have to know how to do it.
If you want to change the reality of others,
it is a different matter
and you have to know how to do it.
And if you want to change the reality as such,
you have to know even more precisely how to do it.
But it always has to do with the action of an activity.
The thought alone is simple
and everything else too,
and if you do nothing with it,
then the thought gets lost again
and does not come back at all.
A wish alone is not enough,
even if you repeat it all the time.
It is the difference between
I want a house or I save for a house.
Success is achieved when exactly that is practiced,
which should also be offered.
Whoever wants to become a master of speech art
practices exactly his presentation and holds speeches.
Whoever paints, practices with the brush on canvas.
The musician trains what he wants to bring to the audience
and the manager should organize
what the stuff holds.
New questions always arise in the presentation
and whoever is willing to formulate them clearly
and look for answers,
can find and integrate them.
The presentation itself defines the sub-elements
that must be practiced intensively individually.
The spiritual penetrates a thing,
results from the doing of the same
and there is hardly any resistance
if the thing is the one
for which one is really interested and fascinated.
This applies to every person to find out for himself,
but it is very difficult for him or her.
How to make something come true in thought
is the secret knowledge of order,
brotherhood, covenant and sects.
And there are many methods
that are used to change or create reality.
It is the doing that many
uninhibited do not understand.
There is no lack of good intentions in the senses.
And so New Age and the controlled media
leave people in a fantasy world
with the hope that they can think of their reality
and one only needs to wish for something
and it already happens,
until they turn away frustrated after failure,
while the Kabbalah knows exactly what it is doing
and has free rein.
The controlled do things according to the laws and rules known to them
and that starts with the way of thinking itself
and does not end with the rituals
that are carried out for various reasons.
With rituals, thoughts, concepts and goals
are first put into the world.
It is usually the first step
to manifest something in the world for all perceivable.
Coordinated cooperation in hierarchical structures
ensures that the further actions
and manipulations run smoothly.
Actions, campaigns, organizations and groups
are brought to life
in order to achieve the planned goals.
The clear elaboration and visualization
in the world of thought with the help of think tanks
is only the beginning
and not as in the esoteric scene
represented the starting point of
wishing for something from the universe
and it will come to you by attraction.
One more reason why people today are hardly able
It is a magical world in which we live.
The game with energies and forces of creation
and the rules of life are deliberately
presented to the common people.
It is only accessible to those who have proved themselves
in the desired ideology
or for those who look for it themselves.
The most valuable good on earth is attention.
Nothing is fought for
but the attention of each individual.
It is the time of life that is available to a person
and there are only two options.
Either the attention is controlled by outsiders
or by the individual himself.
The potential of each individual
can be found in this.
The attention naturally goes where the interests are,
where the fascination for something at home
and the resistance is the least.
And this free attention of the individual
has created everything that we consider
as art and the highest human creativity.
Where, on the other hand,
the outside-controlled and directed,
synchronized attention has always led to dark times.
The words talent and talent are
games of confusion,
magic spells that prevent us
from recognizing our potential.
It is the targeted and focused practice
and thoughtful penetration of a thing
that makes us master,
no matter in which area.
Mastery is available everywhere, for everyone,
through doing, and we have unfortunately forgotten that.
Computers and smartphones,
and other electronic devices
have already put us into a virtual world
in which basic laws of life
are not taught and forgotten.
Talent, talent or even genius
are not mysterious properties
that are accessible to only a few people,
but these properties correlate directly
with the effort someone puts into learning
wonder child, talent, talent and genius
are still only attributes of others
and are just as mystified
as all the other heroes
who meet us daily on the canvas or in the media.
A psychological trick
that externalizes the potential
in every human being
and thus makes those who believe in such terms
Practice makes the master.
Everyone knows this saying,
but practice does not mean repeating something constantly,
like the weekly tennis game with a colleague.
You just repeat what you can already do anyway.
Of course it's fun,
but you practice what you can't do yet.
It is not an automatism.
Targeted practice would be to practice
how others do it,
to compare and copy styles
to eventually develop
your own effective method
that you feel comfortable with
and then, after the next match,
to analyze what you could do better
to practice it again intensively for the next match.
Targeted practice is designed
to improve your skills
and to achieve continuity.
A teacher or coach is often very helpful,
especially for beginners,
but, as history shows,
not always necessary.
Whether tennis, craft, literature,
business or music,
such a process brings success in all areas.
This practice,
which I can improve,
is the creative potential in all of us
and it does not require a secret talent
or a special portion of divine attention,
but this is given to us as humans.
We come into the world
to learn to speak and walk,
to understand the world
and to develop ourselves further.
We do this through playful practice
and it accompanies us for a lifetime.
Even at an early age,
new things can be learned and practiced,
whether it is a musical instrument
or a study at a university.
Everyone has this gift, this gift,
and everyone can use this ability
and it is our own thoughts
that prevent or promote this commitment.
We are designed to learn for a lifetime
and we are rewarded by nature
for successful learning.
This is the divine gift
that gives us talent and talent.
But this gift is abused by a few
by locking people with magic tricks and lies
and controlling their abilities
in order to benefit from it
and to make their own dark goals come true.
We can break these chains
by questioning the buzzwords
that they use again and again
and recognize that these are fog candles,
magic spells, psychological tricks
to make people think something wrong about themselves
and to make them passive and depressive.
There are no innate talents and skills
in certain areas.
In other words, everyone has talent and skills
within their possibilities.
Interest, fascination and enthusiasm
are inner guides that show us
which way is meant for us
to become an artwork yourself.
Every person who practices for a time
and who takes this hard but worthwhile path
will show signs of talent and skill.
Everyone can achieve mastery through practice.
It is exactly as the wise folk says
practice makes the master.
And mastery directly correlates
with the time and the method used
to enter into a thing
and to master it.
In all areas.
And skills are needed in the future.
Skills that serve people
and not a system in decline.
Interest, fascination and enthusiasm
everyone has.
You too. Use it.
