I have a critical relationship to esotericism in general and to the New Age in particular. I would like to justify this here and hope to be able to give a new thought pulse with this slightly different perspective. Esotericism is a kind of self-medication for most people. With the help of alternative knowledge, one seeks to improve oneself, to change one's life, one's mood, one's health, the state of other people and sometimes also the mental state of the whole world. We find books on healing methods, meditations in all kinds of forms and allegedly helpful tips to find one's own happiness, to achieve one's own goals and to accumulate wealth and much more. Books about lack of self-confidence and problems with fellow humans, addiction, fears and malnutrition. The number has become indescribable. It is a huge market, as if there was a shortage in all areas. Questionable world views suggest that one creates one's own reality and everything that happens to you in life and that the world out there gives you such opportunities to adapt to it and to cope with it. With this thought, it does not matter whether it is a starving baby in the third world, a raped child or child labor, or whether life is bad for you in general. Today, everyone is allegedly to blame for their own fate. And if that is not enough, then after aliens, ghosts and other entities, past lives and conversations with the deceased are added. Often even just a flight into another reality. For someone who seeks help in esotericism, it is usually a long way until he finds something that helps him or at least creates a certain relief. For some, it is a lifelong search without ever arriving. In the best case, you manage to reprogram yourself in such a way that you get along again in society. And that is actually nothing more than what the mainstream sciences, psychology, psychiatry and medicine sell us today. Only in a slightly different packaging. So-called sick people are treated to become sociable again, to integrate them back into the system, mentally and physically. Only, this system is completely crazy. It is irrational, unjust, inhuman and destructive. But for everyone, the mainstream, esotericism and all other sub-forms, it seems that the people find themselves again in this system, no matter what means. From psychoanalysis to lobotomy, to the psychedelic enlightenment ceremony and the power of secret knowledge. Everything goes beyond integrating people back into a completely sick system or at least getting them to cope with it. A system that has only once created these diseases, mood swings and problems and always creates new ones. Pressure, harassment, humiliation and daily new toxins in food and everything around us. This is not how a 100% therapy works. No secret knowledge protects us from indifference. And with the manifestation, it is not far off either. Once you are caught in this spiral, there is almost no coming back and even less any form of healing. In an environment that is not fair to humans, this is not possible either. Most problems exist in a psychological or physical way because we have to live in a broken system and not because we think wrongly, not because we have found the right yoga method or the right medicine. It is the system that makes us think wrong thoughts, which pumps us up with toxins, emotionally rubs us and makes us become physical and psychological wrecks. And this is not to be cured with mainstream medicine and also not with esoteric or other techniques and to heal. On the contrary, it is an exclusive business model with dependent customers for all eternity. Esoteric and mainstream medicine in the same way let us swim in a soup in which it is very difficult to reach the edge of the plate to be able to look over there and see in which environment we live. We do not live in a fair way. And this creates far more than 95% of all personal, social and economic problems. These are problems created by the system from the outside. A system that affects and destroys on all levels. In other words, only the problems that we would have with a fair way of life in a fair environment are really our own problems and all other problems were implanted by the system from the outside, from strangers. And these problems from the outside are addressed by today's esoteric and especially by the new age and guaranteed working solutions. If you want to orient yourself, it makes more sense to ask if the problems you have with yourself, with others or in general would also occur in a fair environment. Because if not, then these problems are not created by yourself, but are system-immanent. If we lived in a fair way, a large part of modern esotericism and medicine would simply be unnecessary and it would be easy to recognize that these are aid solutions. To find our way in a corrupt and sick system created by insane people of power. The healing methods on both sides, mainstream and esoteric, only fight symptoms and not the cause. Because the cause is that we cannot stay physically and mentally healthy in this system. That's why they want us to change and adapt. For control and profit. But we should change the system and adapt it to us. And only then can the magic and the secrets of life be realized and without a business model based on pressure of life, competition and manipulative filters.
