The environment is everything.
This post should be understood as a practical addition to the last podcast or video of Shadows and Demons.
A part two, so to speak.
Therefore, it is helpful, but not necessary, to have heard the first part.
In the podcast or in the video itself, the environment is more likely to be the cause of many,
if not all, psychological problems.
Basically, this is nothing new, because each of us knows that, for example, a walk in the park
or a walk in the park is not a good idea.
The change in the environment has a significant impact on our well-being.
In a laboratory glass with bacteria, one can observe how poisonous places are inhabited
and nourishing areas are sought.
Nature itself seems to be built on such a principle,
but it is not the case.
Everything seems to be driven by a drive, which pushes living beings, plants and also animals
into life-supporting environments, and which allows them to avoid toxic or unhealthy environments.
Man, too, submits to this original need and wants to change his environment for the better.
Even if this is often an illusion, it is not the case.
This need has been uselessly exploited since the cataclysm by the ruling powers
through a completely corrupt system.
In man and woman, this need is anchored in the being.
Yes, there are only two genders, and these have natural behaviors and needs,
but they are not the same.
Yes, there are only two genders, and these have natural behaviors and needs,
which seem to be innate.
Femininity, as well as masculinity, is already noticeable in the earliest baby age,
and this is how babies differ on the substance level.
If you have children, you can observe this yourself,
but of course only if an abstruse ideology has confused your senses.
The need to shape one's environment is innate in both genders,
but these differ in some points.
Masculinity is more extroverted and exploratory on the outside,
inclusive, constructive and protective,
while femininity is more introverted and shaping,
caring and responsive to the direct environment.
The need to change one's environment is given to both genders,
but in complementary areas.
While the female, of course, takes care of the nest itself
and the spaces for the offspring,
the man is more concerned with shaping the environment outside the nest.
Whether you enter the apartment of a man or a woman,
you can recognize them in the same way as they are furnished.
Femininity tends to beautify its direct environment,
while on the male side functionality is more important.
Of course, the glass showcase with cups or other food items should not be missing.
If both genders come together, these needs are usually complemented,
and so the showcase with the food items is integrated from the female into the nest
and, if necessary, decorated appropriately,
while the man tries to instinctively protect and preserve the nest.
In the Western world, usually only on a financial level,
otherwise, however, in the direct environment of the nest or the apartment.
Probably everyone knows how to appreciate the calming environment of a nicely furnished,
comfortable apartment.
Here he can be for himself, recharge his batteries.
The word Wohnung is etymologically derived from Wonne,
which means a lot like being satisfied or satisfied,
but also from winning in the sense of achieving something, building something,
and last but not least, the word Wunsch is related to it.
The term Wohnhaft, on the other hand, does not sound contradictory.
The expression Wohnen can also be found in words like Gewohnheit or Gewöhnlich.
In the original meaning, a habit is something good,
something familiar that should contribute to satisfaction.
A mechanism of nature, a gift that allows us to acquire extraordinary abilities
and to deal with the really important things of life with trained reflexes.
A habit can therefore be understood as a means of simplifying life.
A convenience, a positive automatism that can be learned and practiced.
But this meaning has also been lost to a great extent.
A habit is often seen as something bad today,
although none of us can get by without habits.
Bad habits often seem like a protective reaction to a completely crazy environment.
An environment that is not human-friendly.
Instinctively, we all know how important the environment is to us.
Nobody likes to live in a dirt hole, and even homeless people can be observed
to beautify their environment as much as possible or to make it functional with simple means.
It is a primordial human need and can be found in all layers of society.
In Feng Shui, the old Taoist harmony teaching from China,
one knows about the importance of the environment in which people live
and its design for a long time.
The environment has a direct influence on the senses,
the well-being and thus also on the psyche.
The colors and shapes for the senses are also part of this area,
like the materials used for the sense of touch or good smells for the nose.
A pleasant, natural fabric such as natural stone
or products made of materials such as wood, cotton, leather or linen
support well-being as well as the presence of nice or beloved people and pets.
The deep inner desire for a self-organized residential area
with self-built furniture and corresponding colors and shapes
is often exploited by the industry
to make careless apologies for a home.
Even some therapy forms in psychology recommend a change of environment.
But our ancestors already knew this,
and so the different resorts on the sea or in the mountains were created,
and this long before the invention of psychology
and its dubious promotion to science.
It has long been known from experience
that a change of environment has a positive influence on the psyche and the body.
Today, one tries to influence difficult-to-raise young people
through a changed environment.
This also works to a large extent,
but it is problematic when the young person is brought back to his old environment
as a result of a change of environment.
Almost all patients fall into old age
due to the environment's stimulated patterns and behaviors,
and the problem, psychological or physical, continues to exist
and makes the whole cure almost useless.
What better proof of the importance of a species-appropriate environment
could there otherwise be?
We are always in interaction with our environment,
and when a person enters another environment,
he also influences his mind.
Therefore, in such therapies it is also important
that a person who feels better in another environment
reorients himself there and also stays in this environment
and is not brought back to the environment
that was the cause of his illness.
In some cases, it can also help
to paint your apartment in suitable colors,
to remove inappropriate furniture or pictures,
and to incorporate pleasant things like plants or a pet into the apartment.
A harmonious, beautiful environment
will inevitably have an impact on one's own being,
both physically and mentally.
Perhaps this is the reason why some contemporaries
prefer a nomadic life today
or simply move several times and change their place of residence.
One may wonder how one should change the overall environment
in which a whole society could live in a species-appropriate way,
and one must realize that this is almost impossible
due to the prevailing forces.
This environment has been built up by a few
with nasty psychological tricks and lies for decades.
Construction regulations for buildings whose colors,
shapes and materials are specified,
cities that could not be without imagination
and art on public squares,
which only differs in their presentation of waste.
The same applies to all other areas of art and culture.
Abuse of rainbow colors,
and everywhere straight edges and corners,
and pressure to perform,
all drawn in by ideologies,
subliminal threats and willfulness,
held together by a deceptive monetary system,
a destructive economy and a system of conditioning.
Creating a species-appropriate environment
seems to be a thing of the impossibility
with today's prevailing mental and material environmental pollution.
Nevertheless, man is not an intelligent animal
as announced by the mainstream.
Man is a spiritual being,
i.e. a self-conscious spiritual unit
with reason, will and needs
in possession of a mind and a body,
and this is what follows.
The consciousness, the I,
is surrounded by its own mind.
The mind is not the consciousness or the I itself,
but a first space, the first environment,
a spiritual environment,
in which the consciousness is as an observer,
creator and experiencer.
This spiritual environment is comparable to a workshop,
or even better, an apartment with a large garden.
And these are filled with all kinds of junk,
with good and bad,
with useful and useless,
with pictures, stories, sounds
that are often not even their own.
A surrounding in the mind,
which for many people is more like a prison
on a junkyard,
resembling the cave of a messiah
or consisting of a whirlpool of contradictory thoughts,
ideas and concepts.
For many, the mind is not really a beautiful spiritual residence
with a beautiful garden,
a beautiful workshop and many playgrounds
in which one feels comfortable
and in whose surroundings one can regenerate,
as is possible in the many forms of meditation
and the real forms of art.
To be one with oneself is nothing more than that.
Everything that people are spiritually capable of,
they have once practiced,
some better, others worse or not at all,
in the good as in the bad.
No one comes to the world as a genius.
For some, the mind is a tool for purpose,
a spiritual workshop and trick box
or a well-sorted library
and for others just hell
and for the majority everything else in the middle.
The consciousness is in the midst of this highly own,
mostly chaotic environment.
We find a second environment.
The mind is in close interaction with the body,
which represents its own environment.
If the body is cared for and supplied with the right nutrients,
this also affects the mind,
while this again, through positive or negative attention,
takes an influence on the state of the body.
The body itself is normally
in its own environment.
The own clothes, the bed, the refrigerator,
the living room,
in short, the own physical space,
which you normally have control over yourself.
And this private space is again in an environment
with people you know, a fourth environment.
Only then does the rest of the world come.
There are five different environments
that influence each other differently.
The mind is the first environment,
the first milieu, then comes the body as the second
and the physical home as the third environment.
Then the environment of personal contacts
as the fourth milieu and this is located
in the vast world of a fifth environment.
Society as such belongs to the last milieu.
That these milieus have interactions
is to be observed everywhere.
It is already logical
that an environment for a society
can only be a collective mirror.
A mirror of one's own private environment
and one's own mind and that of all other people.
And therefore it is almost impossible
to change the environment of a society without force,
since the disorder still exists in the minds of people
and in the private environment.
The mind is so desired by the ruling manipulative forces
and is maintained with great effort.
As long as man is confused and does not know
that the environment of his mind is not species-appropriate
and he is exposed to the effects of it,
as long as all efforts for a pleasant environment
are in vain on the outside.
The environment that influences people
already begins in the mind, in the spiritual world.
And there is also the first starting point
to create a pleasant environment.
Most people understand
that you do not let everyone into your apartment
and you do not take everything home
that you come across on the street.
Unpleasant people, smells, colors, clothes
are kept away from your apartment
and the garbage on the street is ignored
It is usually a room that you decide for yourself,
that you set up according to your own taste
and to which you have only entered yourself.
And you only fill the refrigerator with things you like.
What applies to your own body and your own apartment
should also apply to your own mind.
Garbage does not belong there.
Just as little as people and media
that create chaos and confusion
or spiritual food that makes you sick.
You can learn to block these things,
just as you do with your physical apartment
or with your own food.
Who knows that a cola does nothing good for you
avoids it and gets used to drinking something else.
Who has understood what manipulates him psychologically
avoids this and instead gets used to something better.
A habit can be set up through exercise.
How and what you think can also be practiced
without forgetting about the outside world.
You can also select the spiritual food
consciously and selectively.
It is primarily the milieu of one's own mind
that either drives a person into madness
or makes him a satisfied, self-thinking contemporary.
Our opponents know this very well
and that is why the mind of man
has become the object of constant manipulation.
The constant supply of dirt and lies
prevents the natural purification
and regeneration of the mind.
That is why propaganda is perpetuated in the long run,
that is why we see violence in the media every day
and that is why children are filled with
ridiculous ideologies.
The controllers consciously pollute and pollute
the mind, the first milieu of every single person
in order not to let him come to rest.
This disorder is what mentally overwhelms people
and not some unfulfilled sexual urges
as is so often claimed by psychology today.
This pollution can be reduced
by giving up the whispers of the media
and paying attention to quality
that one takes with one's mind
no matter in what form,
as described in the last podcast.
Today we know exactly that people change their behavior
when a critical mass adopts new habits.
The behavior is determined by what people think
and increasingly feel and recognize
that their thinking has been manipulated in a mean way.
The world is crazy and perverse, not man.
Man has only practiced the wrong thing in this environment
because he did not know that he had been deceived
by a few with big lies.
The milieu always seems to be the cause,
not the symptom.
In the material world as well as in the spiritual world.
That is why children are taken away from their parents
at an early age and temporarily deported
to another environment under compulsion
to practice ways and patterns of thought
that are more suitable for schools than children's workplaces.
Soldiers, workers and bureaucrats are wanted,
but the parents are given a free and positive
early childhood development aid.
The powerful have built this up
with the help of a state construct for the masses.
But they themselves raise their children in another environment
in a completely different, often very dark way
to maintain their system.
Most psychopaths have been made to what they are
by their environment and the abuse in their childhood.
The system promotes this and plays
exactly these unempathetic figures at the top
and destroys the decent ones.
The search for truth, the finding of one's own self
in it and the change of a society to a good one
probably has a lot to do with the fact
that one gives time to the natural regeneration forces
of one's mind and cleans it up with all the lies
in order to set it up so habitually
and to shape it with habits
as it belongs to a living and feeling person
and not as the controllers want it.
Dirt does not belong in the apartment,
neither in the body
and certainly not in the mind,
because it has a negative effect on one's own environment
and negatively affects the whole society.
We, as a collective, create this society
with the help of what is in our mind.
Everyone has their own share in it
and in the end one could claim
that everything is just a matter of cleanliness.
In the end, however, it is up to each person
whether he wants to be a little sphere
or whether he wants to clean his mind
as he keeps his body and his apartment
clean and beautifully furnished
and thus creates a more species-appropriate environment for himself
and ultimately for his children and everyone else.
This is the problem
but also the solution.
