So we find increased stress markers in the blood of descendants of Holocaust victims in the Third Reich.
Those who have experienced traumatic stress are not only mentally or psychologically ill, but also physically.
We see that pollutants can leave the body at all.
It is better if we minimize the radiation.
And then I come and say, if you have also worked on your mental blockades, then it works better here.
And it is also important to emphasize that this is really not an exception, but that it also affects many,
that you are most likely to be negatively influenced by hippocampus.
Exactly.
So that is certainly the majority of people who, as we just said, are either mentally traumatized,
not even either or, but both, and also a burden, especially with heavy metals.
We know it very well in the meantime, because we can investigate it so well,
in contrast to other substances that we cannot measure so well, that many are affected.
And here again, very important, because many also say, well, it may all be right and good, as you said,
but I myself am definitely not affected by a trauma.
You have to say or know that psychotraumas can be inherited.
So we find in the blood of descendants of Holocaust victims in the Third Reich,
we find increased stress markers in the descendants.
So people did not experience these terrible events themselves,
but they were transmitted, especially through epigenetic connections and backgrounds,
and suffer as descendants under the psychotrauma of their ancestors.
And not only on a psychological, perhaps not at all on a psychological level,
but on a material, on a biochemical level,
because the telomeres are shortened, although people never experienced this trauma themselves.
And here again, very briefly, with such a trauma, in addition to other things,
there is this persistent over-stimulation in the nervous system,
and this has long-term, sustainable, one might say, effects on the entire physical constitution.
And for the organism it is relatively egalitarian whether it is now a matter of harmful substances,
or whether it is a matter of a permanent radiation with high-frequency electromagnetic fields,
i.e. mobile radio, or an enormous, sustainable lack of micronutrients,
or a psychological permanent stress, or a trauma.
Ultimately, when things get out of hand, when they are too frequent, when they are too serious,
a so-called biochemical vicious circle is created,
what we can measure well today, a cell stress, a so-called oxidative or nitrosative cell stress,
which, on the other hand, is decisive for this epigenetic change we briefly talked about earlier,
where genes are switched on or off by different methylation patterns.
I think that would go too far now, but the core as a connection is important,
and this leads, among other things, to a chronic inflammation in the organism,
and then, in the further course, to a disorder of mitochondria,
i.e. these cell forces that are crucial for the energy gain in the body.
And at some point we have the chronic disease,
we often call it multi-system disease in environmental medicine,
because not only one organ is affected, but a whole series,
and the weakest link is the first to produce symptoms.
So that is perhaps very important again to recognize
that things can be of different natures and sometimes interact,
and in the end, I would say, the same thing comes out.
And that is why we advise, in the sense of integrative medicine,
yes, take good care of yourself with micronutrients and macronutrients,
try to lower your stress level,
try to keep yourself away from an exposure to permanent radiation,
but eliminate toxins and pollutants and then also solve possible traumas.
These are things that you don't have to do all at once, of course,
and that can also overwhelm you,
but you have to proceed step by step, you have to see what is most beneficial.
But we see that pollutants can leave the body at all.
It is better if we minimize radiation.
People in a radiation-poor environment can detox better,
and they can detox better, there is also a writing error in it,
if they have an optimized vital substance status in the body.
And then I come and say, well, and if they have also worked on their mental blockades,
then it works better here.
You just said, of course, you can't do everything all at once.
Is there a procedure, let's say order,
which has proven itself relatively often in your practice, or is it very individual?
Yes, of course it is always individual,
but there is a, I don't want to say standardized,
but often practiced procedure in which we always do it right
when we first eliminate the micronutrient deficiencies,
i.e. optimize the diet, optimize the gut, or I would like to say sanitize,
then it is also about pollutants in the gut, but it is also about parasites,
it is about fungi, it is about dysbiosis.
First of all, we always advise people to minimize their radiation exposure,
this can happen in parallel and is actually good for everyone, I would say.
And the topic of mental endurance stress, we do it in such a way
that we provide people with generally easy to practice mindfulness exercises.
I'll come back to it later, we have developed the so-called A4 concept for this,
to minimize this endurance stress and this level of stress.
And then, if the jaw is still healed,
so of course we also look very strictly at the jaw, at the tooth status,
at inflammation of a hidden kind,
and then in the next step comes the pollution and detoxification,
and sometimes, if necessary, also the treatment of trauma in parallel.
But that is not always the case, and of course there are people who only have trauma
who come to us and no pollutants, although that is more of an exception,
as I said before, or there are also people who only have a pollutant
or are also electro-sensitive, without having trauma,
so you must not cut everything at once.
Yes, with radiation reduction, what are your experiences?
Does it help in many cases, for example, if they no longer use a mobile phone,
or if they have it in offline mode or off most of the time of the day,
and if they no longer use WLAN, but everything is connected by cable,
or is it not enough according to experience,
and you have to drive up harder guns, for example,
completely shield the sleeping area, baldachin, maybe even move,
what are your experiences?
Well, it's really very different individually,
and we're talking about the so-called susceptibility of a person,
in environmental medicine this is a term for individual sensitivity,
and it depends on many factors,
and some people actually need a shielded sleeping area,
and for others it is really enough if the WLAN is mostly deactivated.
You can't really take that away and say that this is enough for one and that for the other.
There are also studies that show, for example,
that when the detoxification genetics have changed and a certain constellation prevails,
people who cannot detoxify well due to their genetic constellation,
when the glutathione S-transferases are changed,
we are talking about polymorphism,
so these are changes where these functional groups can no longer do their work,
and when a certain constellation prevails,
then people have a tenfold increased risk of getting electrohypersensitivity.
And that's the background to why this cannot be partialized.
This phenomenon of traumatization,
so MMV stands for abuse, abuse or neglect,
and the dark numbers are not calculated,
so we have to say that at least 50% of all people suffer from trauma at least once in their life.
And I want to go back to this, but we are actually passing this on to these three brains.
We have a thinking brain, we have a feeling brain, and we have a sensing brain.
I'll put it very simply.
Traumatic or traumatizing events are often stored here in the limbic system
or even in the snake, in the reptilian brain,
and there we have to reach them so that a trauma healing is possible,
but these are also the areas that are often affected or injured by harmful substances.
I'll come back to that in a moment.
In this respect, trauma is to be taken seriously from a psychological point of view,
which usually happens, but also on the physiological level,
and here we are again in environmental medicine and also in the damage-injury issues,
because trauma affects both areas of the organism
and leads to a blockade, and we're going to go over that now, this reference.
This is again important for the overall understanding.
Those who have experienced traumatic stress are not only mentally or psychologically ill, but also physically.
And there is the coincidence with the damage-injury burden,
because people often have a traumatic pre-experience
and thus they are more vulnerable than other people.
And then there is the damage-injury burden, and it affects the traumatized people,
and the more it affects them in the negative sense,
because they already had or have a pre-injury,
the nervous system is pre-injured, the immune system is pre-injured,
the complete vegetative, the autonomous system that is supposed to do this stress regulation
is in a permanent over-stress, we could say.
And what is also important and what is often neglected or overlooked
is that it is not the case with trauma that time heals all wounds,
but traumata would heal if they were not touched,
if they were not solved or treated, often for a lifetime.
Yes, that's right, we could imagine that.
You also get that in education or kindergarten,
the time heals the wounds, with time it heals on its own,
and it may even feel that way in transition,
you feel better after a certain time,
but as you just said, it is stored for a lifetime.
It is often suppressed and deposited into the subconscious,
and then we talk about the corpses we have in the basement,
about our own inner children's corpses,
and trauma, and this is actually where the connection is made again,
trauma means toxic stress,
so it is a toxin and it acts in its own way like a chemical toxin
and acts synergistically.
And why does trauma cause traumatic stress?
Because it is due to this over-regulation of this stress-hormone axis,
I mentioned the adrenals earlier, they also play a role there,
in addition to this permanent over-activation,
and therefore also this high energy consumption,
this high resource consumption, which I said before,
initially people have an increased consumption of micronutrients,
and if this is not covered,
then the body cannot cope with its function,
also the liver detoxification or the normal physiological detoxification mechanisms.
We are now going over the other things here,
it will lead a little too far,
but here again the close connection to environmental medicine
or to the harmful substances,
and the Congress is about detoxification,
and here we can see again,
trauma actually changes even the gene activity,
because through a, and I'll come back to that later,
through a missing biochemical regulation called methylation,
methyl groups are enriched on certain bases or not,
i.e. on the functional groups of the chromosome set,
and as a result, when such a traumatization has taken place,
then the stress hormones cannot be demobilized as well afterwards,
we call that epigenetic change,
that is, genes have been switched off,
which used to ensure that the stress subsides again when the situation is over,
this is not the case with traumatized people,
and then they are permanently over-excited,
and of course this also has negative effects on detoxification.
And what we see, for example, is that the childhood trauma in the limbic system,
this is where all emotions, all memories are stored,
in the mammalian brain,
which we briefly mentioned earlier,
lead to a smaller hippocampus,
the hippocampus is very important, for example, for the control of the I-function,
for memory,
and for many psychological regulations,
but we also know that, for example, the hippocampus is very susceptible to mercury stress,
so there it comes back to a double attack,
on the one hand on the psychological level and on the other hand on the physiological level,
and this is something very exciting and also a research subject for some time,
Traumata in childhood lead to an early aging process,
and of course we have this in the case of harmful substances,
that harmful substances lead to increased aging, to early aging processes,
and we see this, but it was not thought of that way in the past,
also with psychological trauma,
and this is due to this traumatization,
to a shortening of these telomeres,
i.e. these protective caps of the chromosomes,
which must be released with each cell division,
and these are, so to speak, the aging clocks,
so the longer the telomeres are, the longer a cell can divide,
this is more common,
and at some point in the aging process it comes to a point where the telomeres are so short
that the cells can no longer divide,
and then the degeneration or the aging process, the disease process, begins,
and we also have this on the physiological level due to a psychological injury,
and then it comes, when the telomeres are shortened,
also to a change in the mitochondrial function,
and then we are again in the metabolism regulation and also in the detoxification,
which is then limited.
Yes, that means it influences each other on several levels,
you can't separate one from the other.
Of course, if you only deal with one of the two topics,
you might also have certain successes and make progress,
but it seems more sensible, especially in difficult cases,
but also especially if you really want to get to your full health potential,
you have to look at both topics in detail and apply them on both levels.
Exactly, yes.
And here just to show again how important it is with these traumatic experiences,
the more frequent they are, the shorter the telomeres become,
and the telomeres really have, that's the interface, so to speak,
from physiology to psychology or psyche,
and the more frequent the psychological or psychological injuries were,
the shorter the telomeres of the children are.
And we can generally say, very simply,
that trauma leaves traces in the cellular memory,
and these cellular memory traces also have an impact on our ability to develop.
And we will not talk about this today, about the so-called regulative neural networks.
I just wanted to point out here again, I have already taken it into account,
that, for example, this very important part of the brain in the limbic system, the hippocampus,
which is enormously important for mental health, but also for physical health,
that it can be affected both by psychological trauma and by material damage.
This is also shown by this close interlocking.
