Chương Trình Hỏi Đáp Số 493 Kênh Công Nghệ TLD

Welcome back to the 493 Q&A show of TDD. I'm Luong and Hang will answer all your questions today. Before answering the questions, I would like to apologize to everyone. Why do I have to apologize so often? Because all the laptops in the Vietnamese market are overloaded. And now the supply is too large. That's why laptops and other devices are not being supplied to customers. That's why there are no orders, no orders, no orders. It is completely real. So please understand. And all customers who respond to the quality of the customer service, just call me 077-357-449 at the end. I have already made 3 videos to explain to you. If you really don't understand each other, it will be very difficult. Here, I think in the next few months, if you really like customers but don't really need to buy a laptop, then don't buy a laptop at this time. Why do I recommend that? Because first, buying a laptop at this time is very expensive. Even the old laptops are increasing by 10-15% and there are models that increase by 20%. That's completely real. As well as the new models of laptops are now at a very high price. And even when you come to buy a product, you don't have it at the store. And there have been some cases that you have placed an order and when you get to the store, it's over. It's not that we don't want to sell, but the amount of machines is too small. That's why when you place an order and ask if you have a product or not, there are a lot of people who are really dissatisfied and very angry with you. And they even call you to scold you. I hope you understand. People who sell like me don't want to sell, they want to buy. But at this time, it's not that there is money to buy a product, it's completely real. I also hope that the Covid epidemic will pass soon and life will return to normal. It's not just in Vietnam that we are in Covid, but people all over the world are now like that. Simply, you understand that the factories in Samsung, Bac Linh, and other industrial areas in Milan are now in Covid. There are no workers to produce. The supply systems for components are all out of stock. That's why it's very difficult for people to place an order now. And even if the water rises, it rises. There are a lot of stores that are out of stock. And there are a lot of shipments now. That's why I hope you understand that before you place an order, you have to be very careful to see how the store sells. As for my store, I am sure that all the orders I will pay you, but it will take a certain time. And there are orders that can be from 5 to 7 days. And there are orders that take up to 10 days. But if you really don't understand, you can send me your bank account number. I will pay you back 100%. I hope everyone understands. And now we will come to the first question. The first question is from Nguoi Ngoc Anh. Mr. Luong, I would like to ask, with the same amount of money, will the G513 be better? I would like to thank you and wish you good health. These are two machines. One from China and one from Taiwan. In fact, China and Taiwan are the same. With the G513, there is a lot of competition and competition with each other. They are gaming machines. And each machine has its own design. I am most satisfied with the design of this one. The quality of the paper and the heat dissipation ability are relatively good. And the design is quite solid. On the other hand, the design of the G513 is of course made of plastic. But I feel that the build quality cannot be as good as that of the G513. But if we talk about the shape, heat dissipation, and sharing, I think these are two machines that compete with each other. With the G513, we will be able to run 2.5GHz. And with Lenovo, you can choose according to your preference. As for the shape, I think these two machines can compete with each other. The second question is from Hai Nguyen. Hello, Mr. Luong. Can you tell us about the advantages and disadvantages of Dell XPS Infinite Latitude? I would like to analyze a bit. This is a question that I feel is very good and not everyone understands about the machines. XPS is the best high-end business model at the moment. And this is a high-end machine. XPS has a 13-inch screen and a 15.6-inch screen. The 13-inch screen is for office work. It is equipped with a power-saving chip and usually does not have a VGA. Meanwhile, the 15.6-inch screen is equipped with high performance and it will support you to watch movies, entertainment, listen to music, everything is OK. This machine is equipped with a touch screen. It will help you build videos, you have a computer, you play games very well. XPS is a common machine. It is usually a low-end machine with a slightly lower cost. It has both high-end and low-priced machines. It has a lot of options and models. The Latitude is a special machine for businesses. For businesses, you know that it is a high-performance machine and equipped with STD80G standard equipment. Especially, the connection ports on the Latitude are very fully supported and the heat dissipation capacity on this machine is very good. Even the Latitude is described as an XPS machine. Meanwhile, other machines will have high-end and low-priced components. You can refer to them. The third question is from Thuy Huynh Cong. When will the price of the Latitude be stable? This is the question that many people are wondering. But according to my guess, if the COVID-19 pandemic is stable all over the world, I think it will take about 1 more year. Why is the price of the Latitude still high? Because the supply and production systems are not enough. And the cost of operation and transportation is also high. The low-end products mean that high-end users and even merchants like us have to pay a higher price. And all those factors customers have to bear. That is the final price of the Latitude. Hopefully, even in Vietnam or the world, to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, we have to vaccinate everyone. At that time, life will return to normal. And countries will accept to live with COVID-19. After that, factories and supply systems will work again. Then we will have low-priced Latitudes. But now it's really 10,000 kg and there's only one product. It means that the price of the Latitude keeps increasing. If you don't believe me, I sold an old Latitude 2 years ago at the lowest price, and I upgraded it to 5 million VND. Now it's more than 7 million VND. 2 years ago, I sold an old Latitude at 2 million VND. Some customers even called me and said that I was crazy. I bought an old Latitude for more than 5 million VND, but now it's more than 7 million VND. This is the truth. There are some products that are so expensive for example, the Imbudent 3501 is more than 15 million VND. There's nothing special in that plastic bag. So now, in this difficult time of production and supply, people all over the world have to work from home. They don't have laptops or computers to work. So the demand is increasing and the price is high. We have to deal with COVID-19 to survive. If COVID-19 continues to develop and spread, there's nothing we can do. Everyone knows that we have to buy and accept the high price. I hope COVID-19 will pass soon so we can live a normal life again. I have a question for Nguyen Nguyen. I'm planning to buy XPS 15-9570. Do I have to spend more money to buy the 9550? Of course, you have to choose a new laptop. The design of the 9550 is completely new and everything is better. The price of the 9570 is less than 30 million VND. The price of the 9570 is more than 35 million VND. The price of the 9570 is more than 35 million VND.
