Hello?
I'm a bit too close.
Momentum.
Hi and welcome to a new video from me.
Friends, today's topic is shopping.
The healthy shopping, the healthy fitness shopping, your perfect shopping.
Because a healthy diet starts where?
Right, when shopping, because that's exactly where you decide
what you want to eat later.
What you bought, you eat.
What you didn't buy, you don't eat.
Wow, but that's just the way it is.
So that you don't make unnecessary mistakes when shopping,
when you arrive at home, clean up the shopping
and you think, what did I buy again?
I have the best, most helpful tips for you today
so that a healthy diet is easier to follow,
so that you don't make the mistake that a lot of you make,
so that you simply bring a little fun, variety
into your shopping, into your diet.
I also have one or the other tip for saving money,
so that the shopping is a bit cheaper, but not worse.
And I would say we start with the video.
So buckle up, lean back and, importantly, stay tuned until the end,
because I have a little surprise for you.
The surprise is only for those who watch this video here.
So don't click away, stay tuned until the end.
See you later.
We start with tip number one and two.
And I think this is a tip that is not so unknown.
Never, never go shopping hungry.
That's actually such a simple tip.
But if you take that into account, then a lot has already been done.
Because you can definitely go shopping hungry.
The eyes are so big, you'd rather buy everything.
You can't resist trying.
You run through the supermarket really hungry.
I think everyone knows that. Or are you honest?
So let's put that aside for now.
And now we come to tip number two.
Write a shopping list.
Write it down in the comments.
All in now.
Who writes a shopping list for shopping?
I'll tell you what it is.
If I didn't have a shopping list, I would probably
not help you, maybe not, but definitely forget something every time.
That alone is already very annoying.
So you don't forget anything thanks to a shopping list.
And above all, you just have a plan and know what you need.
And thirdly, you can avoid buying things that you don't need at all.
Because you just put them on this shopping list.
Hopefully you should stick to it.
So do you really look at it?
Do you write things on it?
Think about it at home.
What do I need? What do I give up? What do I want to cook?
We'll get to that in a moment.
And then really try to stick to this list when shopping.
Then a lot of things will fall away
that otherwise wanders into the shopping basket.
Shopping cart basket.
I never take anything with me.
Tip number three I just mentioned a little bit.
And that is to plan the food for the week.
You can just enter what the next week should look like.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack.
For many, it may be enough if they only plan the main meals.
And so you can also shop better directly,
because you can then also transfer all the missing ingredients to the shopping list.
It's also a great tip to save money,
because you don't buy unnecessary ingredients
that you might not be able to cook or eat during the week.
And otherwise they might just be bad.
So you have to throw away a lot less, which is also good for the environment.
And at the same time it just helps a lot when shopping
or just for a healthy diet, because you just know,
okay, this and that is on, I need that,
I'll give it to you at home, I'll cook it, done.
I can really recommend my food planner,
the Soul Food Planner.
And the cool thing about this one is that there is a shopping list right there.
You can then tear it off and take it with you when shopping.
Incidentally, it has 60 sheets and is therefore long enough,
but for at least one year.
You can also write it down a few times and use a new sheet.
Tip number four.
And that is, I think, one of the most important tips ever.
And don't let yourself be blinded.
I'll just call it that.
It's about the fact that there are so many products,
especially in the fitness products, healthy products
genre, where there are some slogans, promises, logos,
things on it that, for example, less sugar,
less fat, light products, for example.
They often have less fat for it, but a lot of sugar.
So don't let yourself be blinded.
Look really closely, look, turn the package around,
take a look at the nutrients, the list of ingredients
and don't fall for such empty promises.
By the way, there is also an app called Codecheck.
You can scan the products, this barcode scanner,
and then it throws you the nutrients, ingredients
and also a little bit of an assessment out.
But of course, you can also turn the product around,
look at the nutrients, look at the ingredients.
Then you already know about the most important information.
And then we come to the next point, which is of course essential for it.
Tip number five, I think we are now.
Know your way around, because of course it's no use
if you don't understand what's written there.
So there are, for example, a lot of saturated fatty acids in it.
And I have no idea what that means.
That's why it's important for you to know about food.
Because we all know, knowledge is power.
It's just the way it is.
The more you know, the better you can look at your body
and shop properly.
And that's how you can, for example, this should actually be your own tip.
Then we have 11 tips today.
We'll just keep going with the next one.
Exchange products, i.e. unhealthy products.
You can add unhealthy later.
We like to partialize that.
But I'll just call it unhealthy products with healthy exchanges.
Because there are so good, because there are so, because there are so good.
Because there are so good like everyone else.
Because there are, I can't talk anymore,
because there is an alternative to almost every product.
That's what I wanted to say.
For example, let's stay with yogurt.
There is, for example, a sweet strawberry yogurt,
also an alternative, where there is much, much less sugar in it.
Or you just take pure natural yogurt and then make it yourself
with fresh fruits and so on.
Or some crispies, so corn waffles to snack on instead of chips and so on.
The well-known der, die, das Nutella.
Of course, there are also much, much better things,
such as nut mousse, where there may be a little chocolate in it
or no chocolate at all.
Just take a look at what you like to eat and what you can do about it.
Or do I find healthy in the supermarket or a healthy alternative?
A little tip in between.
And don't just look at eye level.
That's not just a tip, but generally just a good tip
when it comes to healthy nutrition.
Because the original products, the expensive products,
are usually at eye level.
Everything below and above is usually cheaper again.
Or the original brand.
And of course, that's also good for healthy nutrition.
Because not always what is expensive or original
is also good and healthy at the same time.
There are often products with much, much better nutritional values.
So feel free to bend or stretch a little
and then we'll see what's in the shelves in general.
And that's just the next point, being open to new things.
Because if you're just going straight through the aisles,
it's of course good if you keep them on your shopping list.
But I think you can also take it easy.
But you can consciously plan them.
One day, one hour rather in this case.
Say, okay, go shopping today and see what's new.
Because there are always new, cool things that just come to the market.
And if you're just in your old routine, you just don't see it.
Of course, I only buy what's on the slip of paper.
A lot of advantages.
But also take the time to test new things.
It doesn't mean that you have to buy everything.
It all costs something.
But just to get an overview,
to stroll through the aisles a little bit.
I also love to do something like that.
And then you come up with a lot of great things.
Maybe also often on cheaper things.
And yes, that's why I like to open my eyes and let them open.
So for new things.
As I just brought a savings tip earlier,
I'm going to bring the next one now.
And that's the topic of regional and seasonal.
Regional and seasonal, I think you already know very well by now from my cookbook.
All the recipes that are in there are all regional and seasonal.
In other words, the recipes are sorted in months.
So that only the ingredients are needed in the month
that are currently available regionally.
And that has so many advantages.
As I just mentioned, savings tip.
Because regional or seasonal shopping is usually much cheaper.
For example, the cucumber in winter is much more expensive than the cucumber in summer.
But not only that, but it is also much more nutritious.
It is also much tastier.
That's better for the environment.
Far-reaching products can sometimes be loaded with pollutants.
And so on and so forth.
The list is very, very long.
I also have a season calendar in my cookbook.
If you always want to go through it a little bit,
or before a new month starts,
I always have an overview list of what is currently available regionally.
And if you look through it a little bit,
you come across a lot of really cool new things.
I don't even know how many tips we are on.
I think we're on the 9th or 10th already.
It's about not banning everything.
I actually already mentioned that a little bit earlier,
with the black and white thinking, with the pauschalisieren, with healthy and unhealthy.
Don't forget one thing.
It is always very, very important to me that I convey to you
that eating should be something beautiful.
That it should bring joy, that it should bring pleasure.
And not just, okay, I want to lose weight now, I want to gain weight.
I want this and that and that.
I'm not allowed to eat this anymore, I'm not allowed to eat that anymore, I'm not allowed to eat that anymore.
That doesn't mean giving up.
And that's why it's like that.
I think many people know that they are really afraid of the sweets on the shelves when they go shopping.
Then make a big bow around it.
But still, don't forget the dose.
Make the poison in a balanced diet.
You may also find a dose of chocolate in the shopping cart.
Or a bag of chips and so on.
Because if it really strikes you, what it forbids,
it may be that a real food attack suddenly comes
and you want to stuff everything into yourself,
because you never got it.
Or, I recently noticed, I have ...
No, I won't tell you what it was now.
I just showed it to you on Instagram.
These were cereals from a certain brand that I don't want to support.
In any case, I always laughed at them.
I always thought, wow, that's so delicious in itself,
but also so unhealthy and I don't care.
And at some point I thought, no, Paulina, I'll take it with me now.
I'll try it now.
And what was it?
I tried it.
And surprise, they weren't as delicious as I imagined.
So often it's not that bad.
You try something that you always like so much that it's extremely delicious.
Before you always pass by it and always think, wow, I would love to have that.
And then you notice, yes, it's not that good.
I prefer to eat protein muesli.
That's actually much better.
So treat yourself to something.
Don't be too strict with yourself.
The dose makes the poison.
Everything in moderation.
That's what you wanted to say.
If you have a tip, by the way,
be sure to write it in the comments.
Then we can all help each other out.
I would be very happy.
But one last tip I have.
And that is to take a look online.
Because online you come across a lot of great products.
For example, you have known my sponsors for years,
since day 0, 1,
PROSYS.
And of course they also have a huge selection of great products.
Of course, the supermarket also offers a lot of great things.
But at PROSYS, for example, there are over 28,000 products.
Not just sportswear,
but also fitness products, food, nuts
in a super price-performance ratio.
So you can also take a look.
I also have my discount code.
And of course you can compare better what is easier online.
And that, I think, were my tips now.
See you next time.
Feel free to leave a thumbs up.
Feel free to leave a comment.
And I really hope that I was able to help you further.
See you next time.
Bye.
