Alors suivez-moi, ON PART
My friends, my friends, let's go for a new adventure!
We left the house to drive for several kilometers.
We passed Quebec and Saint-Anne-de-Beaupré.
We crossed the Charlevoix region with the magnificent Saint-Paul Bay.
We continued by passing through the Malbae to finally reach the mouth of the Fjord du Saguenay.
In short, you are starting to see where I went and I have a lot of beautiful images to show you.
So follow me guys, we leave!
Man, it's so cool! It's really so cool! Check this out!
We changed regions. It's been a long time since we came to the North Coast.
Very early, early, early, early North Coast.
But no, I'm on my way to Baie-Comeau.
So it's Sunday, end of day, June 18, 2023.
And I'm going to, for those who guessed that, I'm going to Tadoussac!
I drove 6 hours from home.
And before going to dinner, I decided to go for a little hike to the famous dunes of Tadoussac.
Do you remember? I came with Émilie during the COVID.
Summer 2021, I think.
It was cool.
It was cool, but now we're going the wrong way.
I'm going the wrong way.
Dune path and estuary path.
I started by going down the sand dunes.
I walked on the beach a bit.
And I went up the estuary path to the panorama here.
A sublime panorama of the surroundings.
I would have taken a little sun, I admit.
Because now I'm less dressed, but earlier I had my tuque.
It's really not hot, it's a little humid.
It rained a little all day.
And I thought I might see a sunset, but the days are very long and it's still a little too early.
But even though it's almost 8 o'clock, is it 8 o'clock?
Anyway.
So, I'm showing you this, my friends.
I spend the week in this area.
And Émilie comes to join me on Thursday night.
And we're going to spend a 4-day road trip with the tent.
So follow the adventures to come, my friends.
It's going to be exciting.
And we're going to visit places we've never been to.
Small hint, Manic 2.
Manic 5.
The Monts Gros.
Small hint, finally, I'm telling you everything.
But I take 5 minutes, I appreciate the view.
I appreciate life.
And I go back down.
And you will understand that there is absolutely no one, no one.
And it's really, really cool.
Ah, Tadoussac.
The only and unique Tadoussac.
A beautiful little village of 800 men.
Located in the tourist region of the North Coast.
Yes, at the beginning of the North Coast.
Tadoussac is a village where every spring,
the inhabitants prepare to welcome visitors from all horizons.
With enthusiasm, they open the heart and doors of the village.
So for nature lovers or culture enthusiasts,
this is the perfect place to come and have fun.
To come and have fun, to contemplate the whales
and enjoy every moment.
On my side, it's at the Tadoussac sand dunes
that I decided to spend the few hours of rush that I have.
Because yes, here, surprisingly,
we see huge sand dunes called the Marine Terraces.
Sand dunes that, under the action of time and wind,
have formed this spectacular landscape.
But where does all this come from?
In fact, it's quite simple.
It is a memory of the passage of the glacier
that created the Saguenay Fjord
tens of thousands of years ago.
When the glacier moved,
it transported sediments, rocks, land and sand.
The wind then carried the light materials,
but the sand, however, accumulated over the centuries,
creating beautiful golden hills.
That's why it's not the first time I've been here.
Seriously, it's really cool to see this.
Well, I would have taken a little more sun
to bring out the colors of these beautiful landscapes.
But still, it's special, it's original.
And you absolutely have to come for a walk here
to enjoy nature
and soak your feet in it a little.
The Le Suaire trail is one of the most beautiful walks in the region.
It's an 800-meter back and forth walk.
Easy to do, in addition.
An easy walk, which is located 6 km from the village,
at the end of the Moulin à Baud,
after having crossed all the parking lot.
And it starts just after the Dunes House.
A beautiful breeze finishes the path
and delivers a magnificent panoramic view
on the dunes and estuary of Saint-Laurent.
My friends, it's time to like.
