The clinic developed and became famous. And he realized that it was time to expand the scale of the clinic to serve all the people in the area. So he decided to hire more doctors or other doctors to help him. And the business became more and more profitable. The clinic developed, expanded and became famous all over the area. He became richer. And finally, that doctor decided to use the money he earned in those years to invest in projects or projects related to medicine. We can see that that doctor has moved all the four angles. From a salary worker to a self-employed person to a business manager. And finally, he became an investor. Obviously, a person can move to all four angles to work and earn money. But there are also people who cannot move. They admit that they like to stand still or they are not able to move. Why is that? Simply put, each angle in the pyramid will attract different types of people. Now let's analyze it together. In the E angle, according to the salary workers, their most prominent feature is that they like safety and profit. You can see that there are employees who have worked in a company for 10 or 20 years, but they still work normally. They earn a monthly salary. After about 2-3 years, they get a raise. They get a bonus. And when they get old, they get a loss. And for these people, the biggest fear is that they are afraid of being affected by finance. I'm doing so well in this company, so stable. I have a monthly salary like that. If I move to another company now, or I move to another field, will I do so well? And do I have enough money to take care of myself and my family? And for people in the S angle, small business owners, they are people who do not like to do what others say, but they like to be their own boss. That's why they choose to open a small business and run it themselves. But why is it just a small business? Simply put, these people are greedy. They like to do what they want. They are afraid that if they expand the scale to find more people, those people will not do what they want. And for these people, freedom is more important than money. Independence is more important than money. And their biggest fear is the loss of freedom. What about people in the B angle? They are completely opposed to people in the S angle. Why? Because they manage a big business, even a huge empire. And their biggest ability is to supervise, manage and run the group. There will be cases where you realize that they do not have any outstanding ability, but they own a very big and successful business. Why is that? The author took the example of Henry Ford. He is not a financial expert. He is not an excellent mechanical engineer. But he has the ability to run and manage a world-famous car company. Because he simply has the ability to combine talented people. People in the B angle like to be surrounded by smart and talented people to guide and manage them. And in some cases, you don't have to do anything. You just sit still and let others do the work for you. And you can still make money. And the last B angle, the Y angle, corresponds to investors. The most prominent point of investors is the ability to accept risks. We have to admit that investment is always like a gamble. You can't know if you are the winner of that gamble or not. So the ability to accept risks is a very important requirement for people in the Y angle. And some people say that people in the Y angle like to gamble with money.
