神仙居原名西罨寺，古名天姥山，又称韦羌山，位于中国浙江省台州市仙居县白塔镇。属括苍山系，主峰大青岗，海拔1271米。
其人文历史最早则可以追溯至晚唐时期，现景区山上仍留有清朝乾隆年间县令何树萼所题的“烟霞第一城”古迹。神仙居景区内负氧离子含量奇高，平均达2.1万个/每立方厘米，最高处达8.8万个/每立方厘米，是名副其实的天然氧吧。神仙居景区分布有西罨慈帆、结义峰、飞鹰道、九思亭、南天桥、蝌蚪崖、护惜湖、象鼻瀑、九天飞瀑、虎背崖、天马行空、观音洞、问天台等景观景点。
Taizhou City's Shenxianju was originally named Xizhen Temple, and its ancient name was Tianmu Mountain. It belongs to the Kuocang Mountain System, with the main peak Daqinggang at an altitude of 1,271 meters. Its humanistic history can be traced back to the late Tang Dynasty. There are still monuments on the mountain in the scenic area called "The First City of Smoke" inscribed by the county magistrate He Shue during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty.
