Hello, and this is the book review by Veller
This July, I've read a total of 14 books
Good and bad
In this video, I'm going to share with you some books that I didn't like at first
I'll share the good ones in the next video
My bad book is going to be rated 7 out of 10
And these are the 5 books that I didn't like, bad or not good
Overall, I didn't like any of them
Actually, I don't like good, bad, good or bad, but I don't know how to use any other words
Let's just say I didn't like the books
First, I'm not going to complain about life
This book is the first book of a 9S author
Based on Sahara or Saharaha
You will send questions or comments to him
Then he will answer those questions
Then the author will pay attention
Finally, he will write 20 answers for 20 questions
Finally, there is a book
The main content of this book is for people from 16 to 20 years old
With questions about finding a job, how to be confident, how to live well
Then love, career, interview, CV, etc.
Although it is a bit boring, it also gives a lot of advice and advice for young readers
I don't rate this book highly because it is too subjective
The approach to the problem is not diverse, and more than anything, I feel that the author writes to satisfy himself a bit
And share what I have
Rather than finding out the real problem of the reader
And actually, the questions of the reader are not quite the same
I give this book 5 out of 10
The second book is how to read books effectively
This book is a guide for you to read books
Just like its name
There is a rather romantic content
Nothing new, and for me, it is still very useful
Although its message is a book for Vietnamese
But I believe that this book is not for Vietnamese
Only for those who have just read the book, have not had the habit of reading books
Or for those who read books in the form of a guide
That is, only read one topic, but ignore other topics
Up to 5 to 6 authors wrote this book together
They are all quite famous for reading a lot and writing well
Among them, my friend Roxy is the author of the book
How old are you and Mr. Nguyen Canh Binh is the CEO of Facebook
I feel that Ms. Roxy's post has been edited a lot
As for Mr. Binh's post, I was almost disappointed
He gave quite a lot of extremely subjective opinions and made many mistakes
I was surprised because when I read his posts on Facebook
I also like it and have a lot to learn
For example, he shared that
If you didn't read fairy tales when you were a kid, you wouldn't have the habit of reading books
I read it and laughed so much
In addition to the surprise
Another thing I don't like about this book is that it takes a lot of articles from reading sites or websites
That makes me feel that some authors are not really serious about this book
Finally, at the end of the book, there are quite a lot of good and diverse books in all genres
This is a source that I think you can also refer to
I give this book 6 out of 10
The third book I don't like this month is
Live Like Tomorrow Will Die
This book with the introduction is a road trip for young people
I was also happy because I thought I got a good book
This book is very beautiful
The title is very beautiful, that is, the words are very beautiful
The title is also attractive and the content is very good for me
I have to admit that the author of this book has a simple, easy-to-read and easy-to-understand way of writing
The way to approach the problem of the book in my opinion is also good
When wasting every life like every movie, you want to choose to be the supporting character or the main character
The rest of the book is nothing special
Because it is heavily influenced by other self-help books such as Tô Tài Gòi Bàn Cụng Thế, Đắc Nhân Tâm, for example
The most unsatisfactory point of the author is the way to argue one-sidedly
Confirm that it does not give readers the opportunity to choose
The words he shares, his ideas, it has a very high compulsory nature
It's like if you don't do it, you can't do it
I can only give this book 5.5 out of 10
The fourth book that I don't like this month is Better Than Before
This book was written by the author of the Happy Project
So I think it will be a good book
But actually it's not very good
Maybe I have to read the Happy Project book again
I read it 6-7 years ago and it was good
And now when I read it, I don't think it's good anymore
This book has an interesting opening when divided into 4 types of people
Each type has a different way of reacting to the expectation from the inside and the outside
So I don't see any research or facility for this type
Although it's quite interesting
On the other hand, the author gives a lot of strategies that are quite common and difficult to do
If you look at the content, it's not as good as the books like Power Up Less, Mini Habits, or Power Up Habits
I give this book 6 out of 10
And finally, the last book
This book is quite famous in Vietnam
Reviews on Tiki and Goodreads are also quite good
It's a pity that it's in the hands of a difficult reviewer like me
If I were in the IT field, I would give it 8 points
If I were a book reader, I would give it 7 points
But because I'm a difficult book reviewer, I'll give it 5 points
In total, this book gets 6.5 points
The book includes 70 books summarized from the author's blog
about the life of a goodreader
This author is also a very interesting person, reads a lot,
struggles with other skills, but always focuses on goodreads
So he has successes and careers
Because he seems to be working in Singapore
So he is very excellent compared to a young Vietnamese
The first point of this book is that it is summarized based on the author's blog
Recently, Vietnamese people often have a kind of summary from the blog or Facebook
I think this choice is safe for publishers and authors
Because there is a certain amount of reading for these articles
There is one thing that I often read, these books are often re-read
The point of this book is that you have to learn English, you have to learn soft skills
Don't just code that the message is re-read over and over again in the book
The second point is that the author uses a lot of language
Sometimes I even read a few sentences like hihi or haha
There are parts that I like, there are parts that I don't like
It makes me feel that the work is out of place and needs to be corrected
Anyway, young people aged 18 to 22 are studying information technology
Or those of you who are close to studying information technology
Especially in the field of software, you can also read this book
Hopefully this author will continue to produce other impressive works in the future
Because I think he is completely capable of doing it
The common feature of these 4 books by Vietnamese authors is that I don't like them to be copied
Take it back from blog or website
That is, those who have already written and posted on the Internet
Using it like that makes me feel that the author is not invested much
And the Better Than Before book, I expect a lot
So after reading it, I was disappointed
These are 5 books that make me feel disappointed or not good or not good
From my subjective point of view
Don't watch my review clip and refuse to try these books
It's up to you
Don't trust anyone blindly or overly emotional
Don't believe even me telling you these lines
The clip is over
See you again in the July 2nd book review clip
If there is a bad book, there must be a good book
Goodbye and see you again
