Ingredients 材料:
2 mandarin oranges 橘子2个
10 grams agar-agar jelly 燕菜粉10克

60 grams caster sugar (I usually make it not sweet, if you prefer sweet jelly, you can add up to 160 grams sugar) 细砂糖 60克 （这个食谱不甜的，如果喜欢吃甜加入160克糖）
1000ml water, room temperature 水，室温1000毫升

Full size: 23cm X 7.5cm X 3.5cm
Each sphere's diameter is approximately 3cm.( I used 2 trays but you can use 3 trays as there is leftover liquid)
