People are working very hard and the economy will certainly be severely affected by the coronavirus. I will give you an example. My friend has a restaurant in Nha Trang that sells seafood to tourists. He rents the restaurant for more than 200 million VND per month. If tourists keep the restaurant as crowded as it was in Nha Trang 1-10 years ago, he will be able to earn a lot of money. But there is only one problem. The coronavirus has caused the tourism industry to slow down. Tourists no longer come, especially Chinese tourists. Only in a very short period of time, before and after the Lunar New Year, the business will slow down. With a rent of more than 200 million VND per month, the business will not be able to continue. In addition, there are costs for employees and purchases that cannot be sold. In addition, for those who have a property, it's okay. They can move to another place. But for those who rent a flat, a hotel, a homestay, or a restaurant, the business will collapse very quickly. There is no problem with public education. But private education is also a problem. If students don't go to school, their parents won't pay for their tuition. But private schools still have to train teachers. Because who knows if they will continue to study next week. Therefore, it is impossible not to maintain the teacher's discipline. There are some people who rent a flat to open a school in Saigon. They are facing the risk of bankruptcy. Because the rent of a flat is not less than 10 to 100 million VND per month. And the cost of paying for the staff is not less than 10 to 100 million VND per month. So the risk of bankruptcy is right in front of us. Many businesses will follow. And people are still worried about food shortages. And there is an outbreak of preparation to store rice, rice, fish sauce, salt, and food to live with the pandemic. We can see that life today, when we get used to it, it will be very busy. For example, when we get used to food, food, health, education, business, and policy, we will be very busy. Because if there is any change outside, we will be out. For example, when technology business, taxi, car, comes out, it is only an economic change. It is only the outsourcing of apps and technology. We are already dead. Traditional businessmen are already dead. It is positive. Not to mention that the virus has affected many aspects. And we can see that there are many things that affect your life. And if you don't take care of yourself, you will be out. And when that happens, it will drive us away at any time. So I come back to the simple life. What is a simple life? It means that we return to the garden. Two words about the garden, for me, it is very peaceful. And I can create a simple life in my garden. With a simple way of life, we can produce basic necessities. We can do a few more things to exchange food. Rice, rice, fish, salt. Currently, we have a few people who have been working as woodworkers here. And from February to June, we have two friends from Saigon. Two different families. They also work as woodworkers in Da Lat. To create a simple life, many people say that they can only go to the mountains when they have money. It's not easy to go to the mountains and buy a house in Da Lat. But we can go back to our hometown. We don't have to go to Da Lat or any other mountain. To be honest, when I first came to Da Lat, I bought a lot of land near the city center. Because I was afraid of being sad. But after a while, I realized that I didn't have to live near the city center. I didn't have to go to the red-land areas. I could go to a neighborhood far away. As long as it has a school for children, a playground for children. I didn't have to spend a lot of money. So I could go back to my hometown. Everyone in their hometown has a house, a garden. Everyone in their hometown has people who are willing to welcome them back. Everyone in their hometown has childhood memories and skills from childhood. It can help us develop the agriculture industry. We can create a simple and peaceful life. If we keep running after fame and fortune, if we live in a slum or in a crowded neighborhood, to face the epidemic, to face the possibility of being isolated or being banned from where we live, I think it is a great tragedy. Nowadays, life presents us with many challenges and lessons. We have to come up with new strategies for life. If we live in a slum, a slum means a dangerous place. A slum means a place that is easy to spread, easy to be isolated, easy to fall into troubles, or a tragedy. If an accident happens, it is very difficult to deal with.
