Sister Wives' Meri Brown Mourns Her Brother’s Death

Sister Wives star Mary Brown mourning the death of her brother, Adam. The reality star shared the news on Instagram Friday, revealing her older sibling made the decision to end chemotherapy amid his battle with cancer. Sometimes things aren't better, but then they always do get better. That's the thing that I find. Mary posted photos from their childhood in tribute, writing in a lengthy caption alongside them that Adam's death comes two months shy of his 55th birthday. There's always a variety of emotions. Mary adds that she's now the only one remaining of her family's four original siblings, going on to explain that her younger sister, Teresa, died in 2006 from cancer, and her oldest brother, Mark, died due to heart issues in 2015. Mary does note that she has three other sisters from her mom's side, plus many other siblings from her parents' plural marriage and family structure. I've got siblings of my own, both from my mom and from my other moms. But something about her being the last one of the original four is impacting her in a way she doesn't understand. She reflects on their close connection, which she says might be because they were all born within a year or two of each other. There's a closeness that you have. Mary clarifies that their bond is not better or closer than with her other brothers and sisters. It's just different. Ending the tribute by promising to move forward living, loving, forgiving, and remembering Adam with honor, kindness, and love.
