“An Xbox and Bethesda showcase is set for January 25th. The first major gaming showcase of the year (unless another one emerges in the meantime) is on the calendar. Xbox and Bethesda are hosting an event on January 25th at 3PM ET. You'll be able to watch it on both brands' Twitch and YouTube channels.
The so-called Developer_Direct will be presented by creatives from various studios and it will center on major features, gameplay and more details on titles coming to Xbox, PC and Game Pass in the next few months. It's unclear whether any third-party studios will be involved.”

“Starfield Is Getting Its Own Xbox Showcase To "Dedicate The Proper Amount Of Time" To It. Microsoft has confirmed that while Bethesda's Starfield won't appear during the January 25 Developer Direct event, the game has, of course, not been forgotten. In a blog post, Microsoft said it didn't want to shoehorn the big, ambitious game into the January 25 event, so it decided to create an entire event dedicated to that game alone.”

“Microsoft to force Xbox consoles into energy saver mode as it rolls out smarter option. Microsoft is planning to switch Xbox Series X and S owners over to an energy-saving power mode in a bid for sustainability and cost savings. The Shutdown (energy saving) power option was made default on Xbox consoles shipped since last March, but millions of Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S consoles still use the more convenient Sleep (Instant On) option.
Microsoft is now planning to issue a one-time update that will switch Xbox Series X / S consoles over to Shutdown (energy saving), with the option to switch back to Sleep (Instant On). There’s also a new active hours setting on the way that will offer the convenience of instant on and some of the energy savings (more on that later).”

“Could We See GoldenEye 007 On Xbox Game Pass This Month? We feel like we've been saying this forever now, but it seems like GoldenEye 007 might finally be getting ready to launch on Xbox Game Pass. With a Developer_Direct event around the corner, now seems like a great time for a reveal.
But will it happen? Well, there's a rumour doing the rounds courtesy of YouTuber eXtas1s that GoldenEye 007 might be dropping at the end of January. This prediction is shared by fellow YouTuber Graslu00, who previously leaked footage of the unreleased GoldenEye 007 Xbox 360 port back in early 2021. Obviously this is just a rumour for now, but it would certainly make sense. Microsoft announced that GoldenEye 007 was "coming soon" to Xbox Game Pass all the way back in September, and there have been reports and rumours about its impending release going all the way back to January 1st of 2022.”
