Skimo ascent/descent of Mount Baker

Mount Baker on June 25th 2022. After a very cold, wet and snowy year we decided to climb Mount Baker in northern Washington. The glacier had so much snow on it that you hardly saw any crevasses. The skiing was incredible up top and a little bit peanut butter at the bottom. We were able to ski almost all the way down to the river. About a 12-hour ascent and a 2-hour descend. Total elevation change of 8,500 ft.
