Đột Nhập Căn Hộ của _SINH VIÊN NGHÈO_ Trường VINUNI có gì đặc biệt tại Vinhomes Ocean Park _ NhaF

A new Samsung Beats Box fridge, with the color of the time, the brightness of the space. Beautiful, don't wait, order now! Khanh Linh is seeing that if I were still a student, this would be the corner of the house, and this would be my favorite guest room. I definitely have to choose this fridge, because Khanh Linh has not seen a more ideal choice. Hello everyone, welcome back to F! As usual, I'm Khanh Linh, and this is Mr. Tien Duy. I'm very happy to be here with Khanh Linh and everyone in today's show. And our main character in this episode will be an apartment owned by a single owner, a first-year student of Vinh University. This apartment is located in Giang Quoc area, in Oson Quoc province. But it's a pity that the owner is not here today, so there are only two of us accompanying everyone. And to find out what's special about this apartment, please follow us right now. Let's go! This way? Okay, see you later. Welcome everyone to my house. It's true that today the owner of this apartment is my brother. However, today he is busy with school, so there are only two of us. Right now we are in a single apartment, which has an area of about 70 square meters. Khanh Linh, what do you think about the design of this apartment? If Mr. Duy didn't say that this apartment has an area of 70 square meters, I would think that this apartment has an area of about 100 square meters. Because the layout is quite strange. Why can a single apartment with a small area divide the layout to give us an almost empty space when we just walk in like this? The space is very large. He probably hasn't designed it yet. But if possible, we will put a shoe cabinet here to store shoes. In addition, Khanh Linh found out very accurately that this area is very large. And it has another purpose, which is to divide the space in this apartment. That is, on this side will be the living space, and on this side, opposite, will be more private spaces, such as bedrooms and bathrooms. So now let's go to the living space first. This is the living room. The living room, as you can see, has a light color space, neutral color, white color is the main color. In addition, Khanh Linh, please have a seat. The owner also uses mainly wooden materials. And it brings lightness, delicacy and simplicity in this space. Because this is an apartment whose area is not too large, so it is quite important for us to choose the interior. I highly appreciate the way you choose and combine colors and interior items in the living room. Khanh Linh is saying that if I were still a student, this would be my home and favorite living space. Why? I have everything I need. There is a comfortable space, a beautiful sofa that makes me look young. The color scheme is exactly the color I like. There are still electronic devices, such as TV and speakers. Complete. Yes, the black system is also very reasonable. There is also a balcony outside. The balcony provides light and natural air to the entire space in the house. There is a shelf right next to the entrance. There are a lot of books, so this student can bring books here to read. So reasonable. It's reasonable, right? Full of light. Yes. This part of the apartment is the kitchen area as well as the dining area. It is designed in line with the guest room area as well as other spaces that do not have gaps. As the owner shared, she loves the kitchen very much, so the kitchen is also a space that she pays special attention to and takes special care of. Standing here, I can see that our kitchen area has a very eye-catching color, neutral color, milk cream color. These designs are also designs that have been handed down from the investors. It is very unique. The color scheme in here is beautiful and full. We have a lot of cabinets up here and below to keep the kitchen tidy at all times. There is enough equipment from the sink to the electric stove and the steamer here. The cooking and cooking process in here is also very fast and convenient. And I don't know if there is a fridge in the kitchen of a person who loves cooking as well as a kitchen like this. So here, let me introduce to everyone. This is a fridge from Samsung. Its name is Samsung BESPOKE and this is a 2-door fridge on the top. For those who often watch HFTV, it is certainly not strange with this Samsung fridge. But if this is the first time you come to HFTV or the first time you see this fridge, please take some time to pay attention to this fridge because it is a very good fridge. First, the first good thing about it is the design. It is very flat and very modern, so I can put it in any kitchen, right? With a kitchen with a color scheme like this, the owner is also delicate when choosing a cabinet with a white and light blue top and a light brown bottom. However, if your kitchen has a different color scheme or simply you don't like this color scheme, we will have pink, blue, navy, and of course, there are still white, light blue, light brown, light charcoal. We can completely choose a fridge that is completely white. And this is a solid material, the material on the outside is extremely soft. However, if you like shiny and like it like this, you can completely switch to a mirror material. And with the fact that we choose to have a color scheme that is eye-catching, now in the design of the house, it has become a trend to replace the furniture that only has basic colors. Here, this fridge is the reason why it is so popular now. And with the presence of a fridge in the kitchen area like this, in addition to being able to meet our needs, it also shows the personality of the owner. I think this design is very suitable for all ages, especially young people, people who like the diversity and personality in their living space. And if I own this fridge, I will choose a white and light blue tree. A white and light blue tree? Yes. And if everyone is still wondering if it is suitable for your kitchen, luckily, Samsung also has an application called AR Filter on the phone. And we can completely turn on the phone, it's like a camera, we can look at our kitchen area to view from a fridge. It is a non-realistic fridge, but we can choose this color scheme, this size of the fridge, put it in and see if it is suitable for the kitchen area. Before we decide to go to the showroom to hang a frame. Oh, it's so convenient. This application is very good because it can save a lot of time for everyone. We don't have to go straight to the showroom, ask the staff for advice, then bring it home and place it. Then we will know if it is suitable or not, we can see it on the phone first. Very good. And this fridge, as Mr. Duy has just introduced, we will have a freezer above, a freezer with a fairly large capacity, which can be used for freezing and making ice. There, this is our freezer. And the special thing is located at the bottom. Our fridge has very flexible cooling features, and especially has a very good feature, which is the soft freezing feature. Here, everyone can use this soft freezing feature with 4 flexible cooling modes. And with this soft freezing feature, everyone can double the storage time of food. And especially when you want to take food out to cook, you don't have to freeze it, just cook it right away. That's why people call this a soft freezing feature, right? Because if it is frozen, for example, it will take a little time to freeze. And so it doesn't guarantee the freshness of the food. So here, it's soft freezing, you just need to marinate it and that's it. It not only ensures nutrition but also saves time. Very smart. At the bottom, this fridge also has a system called anti-bacterial and odor remover. That is, people will put different types of food here, not afraid of being exposed to odors. And especially with fresh food, there will be an anti-bacterial function of this fridge. It will help people feel safer when storing food in their fridges. Not afraid of being infected with bacteria, right? Yes. And besides that, this fridge is also quite good. With the SpaceMark feature, it helps increase the usage capacity to up to 20 liters. What does that mean? That is, with the same size as the one outside, this fridge inside can be 20 liters larger than normal fridges. And there is another feature that is smart and a special feature of Samsung fridges. That is, people can control and manage their fridges even when they are not at home with the SmartThings feature. With all the exterior designs and features like that, if you have a house like this, would you choose this fridge? Of course I would choose this fridge because I haven't seen a better choice than this fridge for space. And I guess when you know the price of this fridge, you will be more confident to choose this fridge. Yes. As you know, this fridge has a price range of 17-18 million, less than 20 million for a beautiful and functional fridge like this. I hope that after watching this fridge on F-Song channel, you will also notice this fridge and know where it will be in the future. And to continue the show, now we will explore the next spaces in the apartment today. And the first one is a double bedroom. With a 70-square-meter apartment, this double bedroom must be considered to have a fairly large area in the whole house. And this is a bedroom with the same design as the design in the outdoor area, still with neutral colors and this simple design. As you can see, it is mainly natural wood color. In this room, in terms of functions, maybe because the owner just moved here, so there are not many things to read, but we still see that there is a bedside table, a large bed, and next to it, there is a shelf. Later, I can put books or some decorations. And in this room, the owner is also very careful when we put a tree here to harmonize our space. This bedroom has a pretty good point, that is, we have a full view, but it's a pity that it's a little sunny today, so we can't open all the windows for everyone to see. This bedroom will stop at a level that is just enough. And of course, if you want a larger bedroom, more equipment, more space, this is the master bedroom of the apartment today. I have to admit that the owner of this house is single, alone, and the door is really wide, it's not as big as Khanh Linh's house. In here, as you can see, the master bedroom will have a large bed here, there is still a panoramic door so that we can see the view outside. There is a plus point in the whole apartment today, and now I just noticed, that is, all the ceiling above is equipped with sound insulation, so it will look smooth, tidy, and the lighting system in this apartment is also very smart. Here, you see, the ceiling lights do not go straight down to the bed area, which affects those lying on the bed. And on this side, as you can see, there will be a wardrobe, designed in a sliding window style, which is also adequate so that we can store some clothes in here. And this is the closed toilet, delivered according to the standards of the investor. Very tidy, clean, you can refer to it. We have visited, reviewed and experienced an apartment alone of a first-year student of Bin Uni. I don't know what you guys think about the apartment today. As for me, I think this is an apartment with a decent area, but it is designed in a very delicate and elegant way, with colors, as you can see, the ceiling, the equipment in here are all designed to make it simple, tidy, suitable for this living space. And we can't help but mention a very important appearance of a device in the kitchen area, which is the Samsung B-Spot refrigerator, which we have just introduced to you in detail in today's show. I don't know about you, Khanh Linh, what do you think about this apartment? I think it is very suitable for our apartment, with an area of 70 square meters, which is quite reasonable in terms of function. And especially, I have the same feeling as Duy about the design features of this apartment. If I were to go back and be a student, this would still be my dream apartment. As Duy just said, there is a very ideal device in this apartment, which is the Samsung B-Spot refrigerator. I think this will be a perfect choice for many different types of construction, not just this type of apartment. If you don't know how to design your apartment, I hope that after watching today's episode, you will have more information. And if you don't know which refrigerator to choose, I hope that after today's episode, you will have the right answers and suggestions. Thank you very much for your attention in today's episode. We hope to see you again in the next episodes. And while waiting, don't forget to click subscribe, like, share to support us. And now, as usual, goodbye, thank you and see you again. Bye bye.
