As you can see here, Binky is a short-haired piggy. It's very chubby. It's also fat and hairy. Did you know that piggies change their hair twice a year? That is in the spring and autumn. In the spring, piggies will have shorter hair to prepare for the summer. In the autumn, piggies will have thicker hair to prepare for a warm winter. When it comes to changing their hair, you will see that our piggies have darker hair, lighter hair, and shorter hair, longer hair. It depends on the type of piggies, and how often they use their hair. For example, I'm raising Belly, who looks like a lion with an angora fur. These piggies have very long and curly hair. Although these long-haired piggies don't use a lot of hair, they do use hair, and they often have curls in their hair. That's why you should pay attention to letting your piggies have their hair cut regularly to avoid the phenomenon of curly hair. Last time, I made a video about how to cut piggies' hair. If you haven't watched it, I will link it here so you can watch it. Back to today's main topic, why do we have to let our piggies have their hair cut regularly? I'm sure all of us know that cats are very clean, and they often have their hair cut regularly. But when they eat that piece of hair, it can grow out. Piggies are cleaner than cats. They are afraid of people with smelly bodies and other smelly animals. They will find out and eat them. So one day, they will have their hair cut many times. But if you are interested in my channel, you will know that piggies cannot be fed. They have a relatively weak digestive system. They can easily get constipated if they eat hair like that. To minimize the risk of constipation and death, we can feed them fruits with enzymes, such as pineapple and papaya. Those enzymes can break down the hair in their stomach so that they can digest easier. As I mentioned in the previous video, to make piggies' hair smoother, you can feed them black oil seeds. They are also called black oil sunflower seeds. These black oil sunflower seeds have a lot of oil and are different from normal sunflower seeds. People usually buy these seeds for birds to eat. But because they are oily, people feed them to piggies, so they should eat less. Besides, the best way to prevent the hair loss is to let piggies have their hair cut regularly, from 2 to 3 times a week in the hair changing season and at least once a week in other seasons, to prevent piggies from getting scared and not sleeping well. At first, I will gently brush their hair and turn on the music. Then I will use boiling water to brush their hair very gently. At first, piggies can't sleep well for a long time, so I only brush their hair a little bit every day. I brush their hair almost every day. When I brush their hair, I usually brush and brush so that they don't get hurt and feel very comfortable. As you can see here, I use a pot with one end of the pot with a thicker end. I use the thicker end to brush the piggies so that they can get more hair. And the thinner end I will use to brush Belly's hair because Belly's hair is very curly and if I use a pot that is too thick, it will hurt. And this is a pot in the middle of the teeth with a rubber band. But when using this pot, people have to practice gradually. Otherwise, the piggies will get hurt because this pot is a bit tight. Normally, there are days when the piggies are good, then I can use this pot. But there are days when the piggies don't want anyone to touch them, then I shouldn't use this pot. I have also tried the pot that looks like a clothes dryer. The feature of this hair dryer is that it has a lot of teeth and shoes in it. That's why it sticks a lot of hair in there and it can also soften the top of the hair layer. And when using this pot, they don't feel any pain and they don't notice what you are doing to them. However, the disadvantage of this pot is that it can't run deep under the hair, but it can only run on the surface. Because of that disadvantage, I used this pot to make a tray to run the hair that got stuck on the carpet. And here, only piggie hair And here is another reason why you have to run the hair for the piggies, because if you don't, it will fly all over the house like this. In short, in this video, I only advise everyone one thing, that is, we will put the pot right next to the place where our piggies often lie and we will brush their hair as much as possible, as long as we have time. The piggies are a little jealous because they think I'm playing with piggies, massaging piggies but I don't pay attention to it. In addition to brushing their hair, I also often brush their hair because it uses a lot, so whenever I can touch it, I will start brushing their hair, but gently. The other day, I also saw a person on the Internet brushing their hair for the piggies while they were eating like this. I see that in this video, people use this method, but it doesn't seem to have any effect because the brush is very small. When our piggies eat, they don't want anyone to touch them. But depending on the personality of your piggies, you choose the right time to brush their hair. And if you are still not familiar with piggies and still can't brush their hair normally, we shouldn't worry too much. If you brush your piggies' hair and let them eat a lot of dry grass and let them move a lot, their metabolism will be better and reduce the risk of constipation. There are a lot of people who say that once you brush your piggies very carefully, it is better to brush their hair many times. I also agree with this opinion, but if you force them to brush their hair and make them scared when they brush their hair, they will brush their hair many times. That's why I choose to brush my piggies' hair many times, but don't make them scared.
