South West Rocks 的 Fish Rock Cave 被评为澳大利亚十大潜水胜地之一，全年可以和海龟、灰护士鲨（尤其是 4 月至 11 月）和大量鱼群一起潜水。Fish Rock Cave 拥有一个完全独特的生态系统。洞穴内的温度总是比周围的海洋至少高 1 度，而且能见度总是非常高。 Fish Rock Cave 深达 12 米的浅口是一个自然采光的大型洞穴，周围环绕着粉红色的柳珊瑚。这一潜看到了一条豹鲨Leopard shark，没能拍下来，可惜了。

Fish Rock Cave, the only true ocean cave dive in Australia running 125 metres right through Fish Rock which lies two kilometres south-east of Smoky Cape – South West Rocks. Fish Rock is home to a completely unique ecosystem. The temperature inside the cave is always at least one degree warmer than the surrounding ocean and the water is always clear. The shallow entrance of Fish Rock Cave at a depth of 12 metres is a large naturally lit cavern fringed by pink gorgonian corals and teeming with enough life to fill an entire dive. Grey Nurse Sharks can be seen at Fish Rock all year round - South West Rocks Dive Centre
