BGE: Pork Tenderloin with Turbo Stream Divider

We love the ease of cooking a Hormel Peppercorn Tenderloin for dinner. They always taste delicious and its great left over as a salad topper. This was my first time using the firebox divider from Turbo Stream. It allowed me to save lump by only using half of the egg. It also allows the option to move the meat to indirect heat on the opposite side if needed.
