Wörtlich übersetzt bedeutet Ho’oponopono „Etwas wieder in Ordnung bringen“, also „Den ursprünglichen harmonischen Grundzustand wiederherstellen".

Hi, Daryl Combs here. Are you on Wikisana?
Welcome, dear viewers, today in our format on the search for the meaning of life.
A very special forgiveness ritual, Ho'oponopono, how we can integrate this into our everyday life
and, above all, also in conflict situations or when you have it,
you can trigger a bad interpersonal gut feeling and thus come back free and happy through life.
That's what we're going to find out today. Stay tuned.
Hello, dear Karl. Nice to have you back.
Hello, Corinna. I'm very happy.
Yes, I'm also happy because you always bring my favorite topics.
Yes, that's nice.
Healing with mother and father and now Ho'oponopono.
And you also have the abilities of the frequencies, binaural beats and the brain.
You'll explain that in more detail in a moment.
Brainwaves, connections, and, and, and.
Integrated with these healing works.
And I think that's, of course, the absolute hammer.
Because if you're in the right frequency, of course, and then the information is spread correctly,
you really have this explosion in the field of consciousness.
All the more beautiful is the topic of Ho'oponopono.
For the viewers who have never heard anything about it, what is it?
Ho'oponopono is a ritual from Hawaii.
And it's part of this Hawaiian philosophy.
It's called Huna.
And Huna, they say, is the doctrine of the secret, the doctrine of the hidden.
So the old Hawaiians were experts in this doctrine and they could also practice magic.
A few may still be able to do it.
And it works very, very well if you understand these basic principles.
So that's a very big, actually complex thing.
And Ho'oponopono is a very small part of it, but a very powerful ritual.
And that became known in the 1990s.
Actually, Ho'oponopono has spread all over the world in insider circles.
The Huna itself, this Hawaiian philosophy, is still very unknown.
And Ho'oponopono is known very well.
There was a prison in Honolulu, Hawaii.
That was for mentally retarded serial killers.
And there was a new therapist, Dr. Ihale Akalalen.
That was his name.
And he took over the therapy from these prisoners.
And that was very interesting.
Namely, he agreed with the prison board that he would work according to his own therapy method.
And he did Ho'oponopono.
The interesting thing was that after two years the prison was closed.
There were no more prisoners.
48 of these 50 inmates who were there when Dr. Len came back,
they were therapied and they could be released.
Only two remained.
They were then transferred and the prison was closed.
It is still closed today.
And of course that made a stir.
Of course you asked, what did Dr. Len do to make it work so well?
You also interviewed people who worked there at that time.
And they said, well, that was not nice at that time.
Because you can imagine, these mentally retarded serial killers,
they were kept on very high doses of medication,
sometimes in compulsory jackets.
And they were practically incapable of therapy.
So you couldn't do anything with them.
They were really locked away from society, so to speak.
And in this respect, the energy and the atmosphere there was not so pleasant.
Also not pleasant for the staff.
There were high hospitalizations and a high fluctuation of staff.
Then Dr. Len came.
And the staff then said, as you interviewed him afterwards,
yes, something has changed.
Because he always went up and down at the gong.
Otherwise you would have never seen him.
He was always sitting in his room.
Never before ten anyway.
Not after 2 p.m. either.
He was no longer there.
But he always smiled.
And somehow something changed in the mood.
And then after a short time,
the doses of the medication began to be reduced
and people began to be therapized.
And it didn't take long
before the first ones were released.
And then more and more.
And then the staff was happy to come to work.
And there were no more hospitalizations.
And all of a sudden they had the problem of having too much staff,
because the prisoners became less and less.
And then, of course, we asked Dr. Len afterwards,
what did you do there?
How did it work?
And he let himself come to every hospitalization,
studied it in his office
and then did Ho'oponopono.
And that had such a great effect.
Now, what is Ho'oponopono at all?
I'll get to that.
So originally it was a conflict resolution ritual.
When two people in Hawaii had a conflict with each other,
the whole village gathered.
These two sat down in the middle,
did Ho'oponopono with each other,
until the conflict was resolved.
And then you moved on to a really important topic,
namely to celebrate.
And then the whole village celebrated.
It was really celebrated there.
In the meantime, Ho'oponopono has been changed.
It's a bit mutated.
In the meantime, you can do this for all kinds of problems,
not just conflicts, but everything.
Also with inner conflicts, with yourself,
with dissatisfaction,
with topics from the past,
with worries, with fears,
also with physical issues.
You can do Ho'oponopono for everything.
It has become an all-healing instrument, so to speak.
And we recorded several versions of this on a CD.
And we also have it with Neurotunes,
in combination, as I said,
with these binaural beats
and then to do this Ho'oponopono.
These are sentences.
These are sentences that you make.
So basically, Ho'oponopono consists of three parts.
The first part is,
you get the topic into your consciousness.
Why is this?
Who is involved?
What is my reaction to it?
What is the context?
The second part is,
and this is the most difficult part,
you take responsibility for it.
And most people fail there,
because normally we are like this,
we think like this,
well, if I have a conflict with someone,
the other person would change,
then everything would be fine anyway,
but he doesn't move.
And that is, so to speak,
also the opposite approach
that Ho'oponopono pursues.
It is in my life,
so it has to have something to do with me.
And that's why you take responsibility for it.
This is the second part.
The first part is,
I get the topic into my consciousness.
The second part,
I take full responsibility for it.
And the third part,
here you recite sentences.
And there are different versions.
The versions that Dr. Len made in the hospital,
there are only four sentences,
and each sentence is said seven times.
The first sentence is seven times.
The first sentence is,
you say, I'm sorry.
The second sentence,
please forgive me.
The third sentence,
I thank you.
And the fourth sentence,
I love you.
So these four sentences,
each sentence seven times,
then the next sentence,
and then, if you want,
you can start all over again.
So I repeat,
I love you, I love you,
I love you seven times in a row.
Ah, okay,
I always have it in a row,
several times.
But it probably comes out the same.
It's not that different.
Yes, exactly.
Because if you always say the same sentence,
more and more often,
maybe not even with seven,
but make it longer,
you can really feel
that such an energy field is also building up,
which this sentence represents.
It is also said that there are seven generations.
Yes.
Yes, it fits.
And I think what many
might also help,
if I now draw a person into my life
who has now disappointed me,
lied to me,
or whatever.
These are,
if you ask people,
that has happened to them more often.
And if you then ask,
who has ever done that in your life,
then you inevitably come up with
siblings or parents,
or whatever.
And then at some point you realize
that this person really had to come into life
to heal this conflict.
So I almost believe
that if he now says seven times,
I love you,
then at some point he no longer says that
to the person who hurt him at that moment,
but instead to the father,
or grandpa,
or you know,
somewhere there is a connection
to the primal pain,
where the first trigger was actually set
in childhood.
So I agree with you.
I don't quite agree with you.
These are actually just triggers on the outside.
Representatives, yes.
It's actually about myself.
And the Hawaiians also say very clearly
that in the Ho'oponopono ritual
one cleanses oneself,
one's own subconscious,
of old destructive patterns of thought.
So it's actually just about oneself.
And that's what other people show,
that something is not quite right in me,
and that I can then heal with myself.
That means, in truth,
I don't even need the other conflict party,
but I can do it alone with myself.
Now in our conversation I spontaneously think,
what happens if I do it with my own organs?
Yes, wonderful.
Often the heart is closed.
Of course I can't speak for everyone,
but I think we already have such a topic, right?
With this opening of the heart,
there is now also more and more,
with the change of the earth's magnetic field,
that something is already happening somewhere.
Or what do you perceive?
Well, I would best,
as a representative for all organs,
for the whole body,
address the subconscious.
In Hawaiian it also has a comprehensive meaning,
namely that it is one's own being,
one's own being,
one's own consciousness.
It has a seat in the stomach,
in the vegetative nervous system,
and it practically takes care of all body functions,
including the organs.
And on the level of the subconscious,
one heals, so to speak.
In Ho'oponopono, one speaks
when one wants to,
namely one's own subconscious.
It also has a very beautiful name.
The subconscious is called in Hawaiian
Unihipili.
Unihipili, exactly.
That is, I address my Unihipili
and I clean my Unihipili
of old destructive patterns of thought.
And then healing can take place on all levels,
because the organs do not function
as they want.
There is also this energetic or
psychological response.
And as soon as I have healed it in me,
then energy can flow freely again
and then the organs are well cared for again
and heal themselves, so to speak.
And Ho'oponopono heals
the old destructive patterns of thought
on the level of the subconscious.
Dr. Len did this, for example.
He didn't heal the prisoners,
but his own subconscious.
You have to imagine that.
Did he do the exercises
in individual sessions with them?
No, no.
He never got to see them, the prisoners.
He only studied the medical record
and then he read what they did
in their life before
and what they were judged for.
And then he had the greatness
and said to himself,
if I am responsible for the therapy here,
then it has something to do with me
and I take responsibility for it.
And he cleaned himself,
so to speak.
He did Ho'oponopono with himself.
So he was a very
great personality,
one could say.
Sometimes I ask myself the question,
if I do Ho'oponopono,
do I not just rattle down the sentences?
Does it still matter?
You often ask yourself the question,
do I have to sit down consciously
and visualize the people
or the topic?
Or is it sometimes enough
if I notice in the car
that someone is coming to my mind
where it is somehow
from the mood.
Sometimes you think
that something is wrong
in the interpersonal chemistry.
It's just a topic for yourself.
If you were to address the other person,
he would say,
and then I use it,
I say, come on,
I like to do this with teachers.
Then I like to use this technique very much.
I am such a fan of our
educational system.
Yes, but exactly that,
that you say, okay.
And of course you get to this thing.
So there are of course
different, intense topics
that you have stored in yourself.
Some things you can maybe
solve by the way,
not so dramatic.
And for other things
you may need several passages.
Or is that even a process
that leads from one to the other?
But in any case,
Ho'oponopono is fantastic.
Yes, but I could imagine
that with the frequencies,
I can't hear that while driving.
I should really sit down.
Yes, with the frequencies
we help insofar
that the brain frequencies
are reduced so that
you don't think so much
that it's not a flood of other thoughts,
but that you can concentrate
and stay on the topic.
And that way the emotions
can come out even better.
Yes, there you also have the best access
to the Uni Hippily.
Yes, exactly.
If you are very relaxed,
you have a good access
to your subconscious without Hippily.
How often do you use it?
Or would you use it
when you have an extreme conflict?
I can imagine it very well,
what always happens
with people,
this whole bullying at work.
When you realize that
everyone is against me
and that this can really
be a key to success.
Do you do it every day
or two or three times a week?
Is there a key?
Yes.
I listened to a lecture
by Dr. Len.
And the question was
how often should you do it?
And his answer was very interesting.
He said, if we were really aware
of what Ho'oponopono has for an effect,
we would not stop
doing Ho'oponopono.
So the more often,
the better, of course.
When you mentioned bullying,
it is often the case
that we are in the victim position.
I am bullied,
the others are mean to me.
And you rarely realize
that this could have something
to do with me.
And Ho'oponopono is a wonderful
instrument because I clean myself
from these old,
unpleasant, destructive patterns of thought.
And when I have done that,
there is no reason to bully me anymore.
This is the cause, so to speak.
This is how Ho'oponopono
was built.
Because
it completely frees me
from the victim position.
Therefore I do not have to
bear the guilt,
but I take responsibility for it.
And if I take responsibility for it,
then I can also
free myself from it
and, so to speak,
release it and go into love.
I can also use people who say
terrible things always happen to me.
We know
the victim type.
And you think,
okay, then use this tool
to have a crutch
step by step
to get out of there.
Yes.
I mean,
I keep meeting people
who recognize this.
They say, that doesn't exist.
I am very dissatisfied,
although I have everything.
And again and again there is this
chronic dissatisfaction
and never the feeling
of being happy.
That you really say,
okay, for those who can
really use it, right?
That you may also recognize
who I have this chronic
sadness from.
Maybe it's not even
your own.
And then you realize,
ah, this has something to do
with me,
and this is my share,
and so on,
and this can be healed.
There was a question,
which Dr. Lenach asked
in front of his audience.
He said, what is the common denominator
of all your problems?
And the answer was relatively
clear, yes, the sum,
the common denominator of my problems,
yes.
The problems only exist,
because they exist in me.
If they didn't exist, I wouldn't be here.
So you can really deduce,
that it has something to do with me.
It is in my life, that it has
something to do with me.
So I can take the responsibility for it.
And this Dr. Lenach said
in the hospital,
or in the prison,
he said,
I take the responsibility for it
100%.
And he pointed out again and again,
how important this is.
So not, my partner is partly to blame,
but it is in my life,
so I caused it,
I take the responsibility for it 100%.
And this is also a more
sincere way of dealing with it,
and this is also the basis,
that you can clean yourself well.
Now I have another topic,
with this,
there are also topics
like, I heal myself,
and basically you can stay married to everyone,
according to the motto, yes.
Is it also the claim
with the Ho'opono,
to say, okay,
since I created everything 100% myself,
is it also later
in my life,
that I have to accept everything,
unconditionally,
or is there also a certain resilience,
to say goodbye to such structures?
Yes, both.
So,
some things you can't change,
you know that,
of course it's good,
if I have an inner calmness,
or the Buddhists say,
a beautiful word,
but that doesn't mean,
that I can't fix other things.
So it's good,
if I also get rid of things,
that are no longer timely,
or that only burden me.
So I assume,
that I can create my own life,
according to my own ideas,
according to my own wishes.
But as long as you hold on,
and are emotionally bound to something,
it's difficult.
So it's good,
if you clean yourself,
and Ho'opono is a very good tool for that.
That's why parents and children
are a good key,
you can't get rid of them so quickly.
Someone said,
is your pet safe?
Yes.
Those are actually
the most beautiful mirrors,
where you say,
you can't get around it,
you have to deal with it.
But if you heal it,
then you raise the relationship
to a higher level.
And the children get it too,
if you change yourself,
the children change too.
Yes, that's nice.
I did a research project myself,
at the beginning of my studies,
if I may say so briefly.
I was looking for teachers,
and they were supposed to
do Ho'opono Pono for a week,
to a problem that they
chose for themselves.
I asked them to take a problem
that really affects them,
not one that doesn't matter anyway,
but one that really affects them.
And I asked them
to rate the problem
on a scale of how bad they feel.
From 0 to 10.
0 means everything is fine,
and 10 means it's really bad,
I can't stand it anymore.
And the average was 8.
The average of all teachers
was around 8.
So these are existential issues.
And that's why I asked them
to take something from 5.
And 8 was the average.
And then they did Ho'opono Pono
once a day.
Depending on how intensely
you celebrate it,
it can take between 1 and 5 minutes.
So not very intensely.
So they did Ho'opono Pono
for 7 days.
Then I gave them a week,
and on that week
I asked them
to rate again
the subjectively felt
stress.
And the result was very interesting.
It went down by 3 points.
It was
just below 5.
On average.
The worst result was that it stayed the same.
I also talked to him.
He said, well, I didn't
really like it, because
I was reminded of the problem every day.
He was leading a trial with his tax advisor.
He also told me that.
And the best result was
from 9 down to 0.5.
And this lady
wrote in the comments,
the problem is unchanged,
but it doesn't bother me at all anymore.
And that's what Ho'opono Pono can do.
It really pulls me out
of this unpleasant emotion.
And you can feel it when you do it.
Yes, and face the subject.
Yes.
That's also exciting with this trial.
It's also, you could say,
father-state,
father-subject.
And that's actually not the subject.
The fear of the trial is
to heal and heal
your sons, but
the motivation with the father
to stay so angry
is higher.
Exactly.
You have to see that there are also conflicts.
Some people
also give a hold
or a strength or a security somewhere.
So somewhere there is an energy
behind this fight
and don't want to give it up.
Take care of it.
Then you get one trial
after the other.
And then I stop the police.
It's funny
to see the connections
because
I rarely
met someone
who had many conflicts
with the law
who said he didn't have
a father problem
or was not healed.
So there again the subject.
Yes, that can be through.
But in any case, he was not ready
to solve it. It annoyed him
to think about it every day.
Because you could have been the other way around.
Thank God, today I can do something again.
Yes, it's funny.
But it's again sacrifice,
creation, consciousness.
That's why to get the curve.
And the nice thing is
when you hear
success stories like
with your meditations
that you suddenly say
I was in court.
That went great.
I also had a divorce case
where she was not supposed to get anything.
And then she got a lot more.
Because she also
did this high prono
with the ex-husband.
And that had an effect
on everything in the
courtroom.
Wonderful, very nice example.
These are of course the gifts
that come back.
A woman who is down from 9 to 0.5
had the topic
she was just a young mother.
So the birth was a few months ago.
And she had an emergency caesarean section
at birth. And then she thought
now I can't even do the most natural
thing in the world as a woman.
Namely giving birth to a child without
help. And she did not feel
like a full-fledged woman.
And that was so bad for her that she
rated it with 9.
And then she went down to 0.5 and said
the problem is unchanged, but
it doesn't matter anymore.
And that's the nice thing.
I mean, you can't change the past,
but you can change your own relationship to it.
Yes.
And because we get into the subconscious
with your meditation,
you can actually
rewrite the birth.
You can still do that.
And then of course you also have
the information in the field.
I also know that many do that.
That they say their own birth,
but the birth with the child when there were problems.
That just comes back
in a healthy memory
to the world.
Or in a beautiful birth process,
which one would have wished for.
And from there you have a pleasant memory,
a pleasant feeling.
Yes, nice.
That's how we create our reality.
Everything is just a matrix anyway.
Nice, great.
Thank you for being there.
I really want to experience healing.
Where can I really get information?
Best on our website
