Hello everyone, and welcome to Seiei Rondan. I am Mr. Seki.
The political situation in China is becoming more and more mysterious and incomprehensible.
The evidence of this is that Xi Jinping's actions are delusional, and he is always missing.
Various policies are unpredictable, and there is no order in official measures.
For the Communist Party of China, which succeeded in re-establishing the dictatorship of the leader,
and the Chinese Communist Party, in fact, all the problems arise from Xi Jinping.
Today, we have invited Professor En Kaohsiung, a Chinese liberal arts scholar who lives abroad,
to join us online.
In addition, we have the editor-in-chief of Daikigenjihou, Mr. Kakkun,
and the TV producer, Mr. Rikun, in the studio.
Welcome everyone.
Before the program, we recommend that you subscribe to our video site, Ganjin World.
Seiei Rondan is broadcast every Saturday on Ganjin World, so please support us.
Recently, a piece of news was reported in the media in South Africa.
Xi Jinping took about 500 representatives to the BRICS conference,
and it became clear that he had rented out two hotels during the conference.
Some of the members of the delegation arrived in South Africa more than a month before the conference,
and brought along furniture including beds, mattresses, carpets, cups, bowls, tea sets, etc.,
as well as curtains.
According to reports in South Africa, there was not a single thing from South Africa in the room.
Therefore, the media in South Africa pointed out that the place where Xi Jinping stayed was the same as the suite room for the new president.
Most Western media see this as an act of exploiting the interests of the Chinese Communist Party.
It's a way of showing off to everyone.
However, many experts who know the situation well believe that Xi Jinping is actually worried about his personal safety.
Professor En, how do you see this?
Many people interpret this matter from the perspective of Xi Jinping's personal safety.
Of course, Xi Jinping is deeply afraid of his own safety.
It's the same for anyone who is a dictator.
This is his deepest fear.
His personal fear is actually linked to this great political fear.
So why does he have such a fear?
It's because he knows that the political legacy inherited from his predecessors is not a society of peace and prosperity, but a state full of end-of-life crisis.
Now, there are allies who are trying to convince the world that the so-called reform and opening-up of the era of Xi Jinping and his predecessors has created a world of peace and created an era full of hope.
This point of view is trying to lead people's anger at Xi Jinping's anti-communist and anti-reasoning actions to the nostalgia of the Kou Takumin era.
If you ask me, this kind of view is completely contrary to the basic facts.
What is the essence of the so-called reform and opening-up of the Chinese Communist Party that you know?
It is a psychological motivation for the desire to purge the corrupt state power, purge the power and money transactions, and the desire to eliminate them.
In addition, there is an international background in which tens of millions of corrupt officials and international capital of the Chinese Communist Party form an alliance like a devil and transfer profits to each other.
It's an economic model like this.
But what is the result of this?
Over the past 20 years, hundreds of millions of Chinese farmers have been exploited like slaves.
It is an act of destruction of the natural resources and natural environment in China, which has never been seen before, and in the vast land of East Asia.
This kind of economic model can only generate short-term economic benefits and does not have the characteristics of sustainable development.
As a result, at the end of the Kou Takumin era, the market economy, which relied on the high-ranking nobles of the Chinese Communist Party, was stagnant.
This is from an economic point of view.
In addition, during the Kou Takumin era, he was one of the greatest human rights disasters in the 21st century global human society.
In other words, he committed cruel exploitation of Falun Gong practitioners.
Why can we say that this kind of era is a peaceful world?
The sin of Xi Jinping is that he rebelled against the teachings of the other party and is trying to save the Chinese Communist Party from the crisis of the end of the Kou Takumin era.
At that time, many scholars had already seen that the extreme corruption of the power of the Chinese Communist Party led to the collapse of the moral conscience of the whole society.
Therefore, some scholars said that the Chinese Communist Party would come to an end in the form of a great collapse of society.
This is a legacy from the previous regime, inherited by Xi Jinping.
Faced with such a legacy, his heart is filled with fear of safety.
Of course, the safety he speaks of is the safety of the Chinese Communist Party's predecessor regime.
Therefore, I think it is more effective to interpret Xi Jinping's fear from this perspective.
Yes, that's right.
I remembered a recent rumor after hearing Professor Yan's story.
It was that Xi Jinping was criticized by middle-class elders in Hokutai, and then he was dissatisfied.
He said this.
Even though the three great leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, Zhao Xiaohei, Kou Takumin, and the Communist Party of China, have caused many problems, in the end, I have to take responsibility alone.
Li Jun called Xi Jinping a person who carries all the responsibilities, and then a person who transfers all the responsibilities to others.
Xi Jinping will certainly not be convinced.
Because the real estate bubble was not created in his era.
The actual peak of the collapse of the Chinese Communist Party was actually the era of Kou Takumin.
That era was a time when he secretly made a lot of money.
In the era of Xi Jinping, there was a zero-corona policy for three years in particular, so it accelerated everything completely.
And he is also responsible for the current chaos, but I think the main cause is the situation in China.
I don't think he's responsible for accelerating or not.
Because if a car falls off a cliff, it doesn't matter who the driver is.
Professor Yan, is the personal safety of Xi Jinping's party realistic?
Is there a possibility that someone will really challenge him?
Xi Jinping's safety is actually a joint effort between the Central Procuratorate and the State Supervisory Commission SSC.
It depends on the spy system of the modern-day police force, the secret police of the people.
On the surface, Xi seems to be completely devoid of power, but in fact he is falling into a dilemma.
Xi Jinping wants absolute power and absolute dictatorship.
In order to establish dictatorship, absolute authority is necessary.
In order to establish authority, hundreds of thousands of corrupt officials need to show absolute loyalty to themselves.
That's why I emphasize loyalty.
The key is whether you can maintain absolute loyalty to Xi Jinping.
What will he do?
One is to exercise absolute power.
The other is to rely on the gossipy officials around him.
Fear does not create absolute loyalty, and the gossip of the gossipy officials is not convincing.
As a result, there are a lot of people who are so-called behind the scenes in the middle-class officials' society.
The people behind this are the biggest dilemma that Xi Jinping is facing.
These people show extreme obedience to Xi Jinping on the surface,
but on the inside, loyalty is not absolute, but on the contrary, it is quite disloyal.
Some people say that the recent aging of the entire rocket army is for information plundering and corruption.
However, according to the information we received from the people in the middle-class system,
the fundamental reason is that Xi Jinping realized that the entire leadership of the rocket army was behind him.
The leaders of the rocket army basically agree with Liu Ashu's view.
In other words, if there is a war at the Taiwan Strait, there is a high probability that the middle class will lose.
However, on the surface, they firmly support Xi Jinping's decision to go to the Taiwan Strait,
but on the inside, they repeat negative remarks.
The private and secret remarks of these people behind the scenes were reported to Xi Jinping through his secretary.
At present, the secretaries of more than one rank of each major military branch are all certified by the Central Military Commission.
In other words, these secretaries can be said to be the eyes and ears of Xi Jinping like a spy.
Therefore, the events of this rocket army show the biggest dilemma of Xi Jinping.
No one is loyal to himself because his subordinates are behind him.
Professor Yan's story reminds me of a recent rumor about Li Xiaofu.
The latest topic is where Li Xiaofu is now and whether he will appear in public.
Li Xiaofu is the commander of the Seisho Rocket Launch Center, and his father was in the Red Army in 1929, so he is also the second son.
He is the second son who has the courage to speak and criticize in the middle-class army or the middle-class system.
That's why the secretary said he heard it and reported it.
According to recent information, some people have been disqualified again.
It is said that there are three top people in the three major weapons companies in the Weapons Industry Department.
Recently, the senior officials of the Military Equipment Department were disqualified again.
Anyway, there are many people who have been disqualified recently.
Speaking of the situation in Beijing, an article was published in the Wall Street Journal that the government in Beijing has lost its ability to act.
Mr. Li, what does that mean?
The Wall Street Journal recently published an article saying that the Chinese economy is in a bad state.
What the article wants to say is that China's economic development is now at the neck of Xi Jinping.
It's a situation where everything is in hand, so the lower officials are afraid to make a decision.
In the past, when the economy was in a slump, the state officials made the first decision.
However, now that Mr. Li is in the State Council, he can only listen to what the boss says at the lower level.
Xi Jinping doesn't say anything, so everyone has to wait.
That's why the whole system is in such a state.
In fact, it is natural for the religious system to fall into a stalemate.
This is because since Xi Jinping took power, it has been seen in his political writings and sayings.
In the early days, he asked people to support the central authorities.
After that, he was told not to discuss the central authorities.
Recently, he has begun to understand the spirit and intention of the leader, and he has become aware of the two maintenance and protection.
In this way, he is cornering others step by step.
Now that the power of government has been strengthened, even if Xi Jinping is suspended in words, it will be investigated or purged.
Religious officials cannot oppose from the beginning, so they have no choice but to agree, and they have to worship at the end.
That is not to have any opinion of their own.
Xi Jinping has taken all the decision-making power, the power to make decisions.
Therefore, all officials have no choice but to execute.
In the current situation, if it is executed, it will encounter a new problem, and the central authorities will not have a new solution, and the subordinates will not be able to decide on their own, so the whole system will collapse.
Is there anyone in the group who has the decision-making power of the central authorities who can propose to Xi Jinping? Or is there anyone who has the ability to do so?
The first thing to consider is that there are 7 members of the group who have the decision-making power of the central authorities.
Six of them, including Xi Jinping, are all high-ranking soldiers of the Cultural Revolution, and one of them studied mechanical engineering at Tandai University.
As I said before, the high-ranking soldiers of the Cultural Revolution are the worst and stupidest group among the Chinese.
The worst thing is that they are at the forefront of politics, which inherited the ideology of the Cultural Revolution.
They are stupid not only because they have a low IQ, but also because they are filled with the stupid knowledge of the anti-communist ideology that is completely contrary to the civilization of modern humanity.
Their ideologies are all in line with Xi Jinping's, that is, they are trying to revive communism by returning to the anti-communist ideology.
This is their ideology, which is contrary to the flow of modern thought, and their power and will.
Therefore, in such a situation, their will, which is the supreme power of the central authorities, is completely incompatible with the development of modern civilization.
Also, personal poverty inevitably reduces the efficiency of the system.
This is one of the problems, and the other problem is that the majority of general officials who have rational and normal thinking in China now actually recognize one fact.
In other words, the central government is in the middle of temporarily regaining momentum just before it is destroyed.
Therefore, everyone is thinking about their escape route.
Therefore, the largest group in China is not young people, but tens of millions of officials of the central government.
They just lie down without doing anything because they normally have this kind of end-of-the-week ideology and do not have trust in the central government.
Historically, the world in the eyes of such extreme dictators is different from what we see.
That's right. Their state of death is also different.
What is the difference between the world in the eyes of Xi Jinping or the world seen by the people around him and the world we see?
I think there are a few things about this topic.
Around 1988, when Xi Jinping and I were drinking buddies, we Chinese intellectuals felt that there was too much population and that it was affecting economic development.
So at that time, when we were drinking, we said to Xi Jinping,
Since the population of China is too large, it is difficult for the economy to develop rapidly.
Then Xi Jinping told me,
You are wrong. The population of China is not too large, but too small.
I was very surprised.
Xi Jinping said that China needs 4 billion people to manage the world.
This is the view of the world in Xi Jinping's head.
As I just said, Xi Jinping is now full of anxiety about the whole of the central government.
On the other hand, he has a kind of absolute confidence as a dictator.
It is often said that absolute power leads to absolute corruption, but absolute power also leads to absolute confidence.
In Xi Jinping's absolute confidence, he made the judgment that the East would be equal and the West would collapse.
However, this contradicts the view of the international community as a whole.
The rational judgment of the international community is that China and China are in a crisis of unimprovement, and there is no problem that the East will be equal and the West will collapse.
However, Xi Jinping's view is that the international trend is now that the East is equal and the West is collapsing, and the world is facing a major change once every 100 years.
This change is pursued by one's own evilness.
In other words, the Chinese Communist Party will become a legitimate international law in place of the United States, and it will become the establisher of international order.
This does not mean that the United States can't do it.
Xi Jinping is trying to take away the right to enforce international law from mankind under the name of an extremely evil regime called the Chinese Communist Party.
This is unacceptable.
This is the world of Xi Jinping, so he cannot see the crisis.
Many people think that this economic crisis is extremely serious, but Xi Jinping has a ridiculous view of this economic crisis.
This is the confidence in the power of Xi Jinping's dictator, and he sees the world through the wickedness of the dictator.
Therefore, the conclusion that Xi Jinping leads is certainly different from ordinary people.
Mr. Kaku, do you think that the distortion of Xi Jinping's world view will lead to serious political results?
Which do you think is better, constitutionalism or democracy?
In fact, in the 1980s, there were many discussions on this issue in China.
Those who say that constitutionalism is better say that it is more efficient.
In a democratic society, it is thought that negotiations, voting, and speeches are discussed.
In a democratic system, once it is decided, it takes a very long time to implement it, but in many cases, all sacrifices will be made.
Recently, the Chinese Communist Party has been proud of its democratic superiority, but this is the basis.
Of course, there are negative factors in everything.
It seems that constitutionalism has an efficient aspect, but it is now being discussed as a negative aspect.
In other words, this system is extreme and easy to distort.
In particular, when an absolute individual dictatorship is formed, the entire political system becomes rigid and falls into a state of flexibility.
If the general environment does not change, or if the dictator is superhuman, great, and wise, the superiority of this dictatorship is likely to be demonstrated for a certain period of time.
If the general environment changes and the dictator's own intelligence is insufficient, the situation without flexibility will not change, and the entire system will collapse in no time.
In other words, when things are going well, this system will function well, but when things are not going well, it will collapse.
It is because human intelligence cannot deal with such complex problems.
Moreover, the more stubborn the dictator is, the more miserable the country will be.
This is exactly what is happening in China now.
Professor En said that it is clear that the Chinese Communist Party is taking a strong resistance from the free world, which is led by the United States.
The question is Xi Jinping's personality.
Will he compromise and choose the way to make progress?
Or will he take a step forward and choose the path of desperate effort, no matter what happens?
On September 1, 2021, Xi Jinping gave a speech at the opening ceremony of the middle-aged cadet course of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
In this speech, he stated that we must abandon fantasy and fight courageously, and that we must not give up a step on the issue of principle.
The basic principle of Xi Jinping's strategy is what I just mentioned, and he is trying to revive evil international communism under the name of the rejuvenation of the Chinese people.
To realize the expansion of the centralist world of communism, the important step for him is to wage a war at the Taiwan Strait.
He will have a decisive battle with the United States at the Taiwan Strait.
This is the political strategy that Xi Jinping has just devised.
Will such a strategy be abandoned by the resistance of the international community?
If you look at it in another way, it means that personality determines fate.
What kind of personality does Xi Jinping have?
When I was in contact with him, I remembered the experience of mixing liquor with him in 1988.
At that time, there was a man named Hakunbai, and I think everyone knows him.
After that, he was the first member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Yunnan Province, and he was the last person to be handed over the death penalty.
At that time, Hakunbai was the first member of the Yan'an Party, and Xi Jinping was the mayor of Amoy.
I introduced Hakunbai to Xi Jinping.
After getting to know each other, when we drank together at the central hall of Hakunbai, we talked about the Korean War and the Chosin Palace.
Hakunbai said,
Xi Jinping said,
As a result, two-thirds of the soldiers died or were injured.
Regarding this issue, Xi Jinping immediately opposed Hakunbai.
His claim was that even though he made a huge sacrifice,
the first country to defeat the United States was to bring peace to China for many years.
He even quoted the words,
With this, the two actually argued, and in the end, they got into a fight over drinking too much.
At that time, Xi Jinping, who was over 180 cm tall, attacked Hakunbai and knocked him down by the window.
I hugged Xi Jinping from behind, so it didn't lead to a major incident, but at that time, Xi Jinping was holding a bottle of sake to fight.
Of course, in 2016, Hakunbai was sentenced to four months in prison,
It may be related to this incident that he was sentenced to life without being captured.
In other words, Xi Jinping is a person who is addicted to one thing and has a personality that does not work.
Therefore, how do we Chinese prevent Xi Jinping, the dictator, from dragging 1.4 billion Chinese people into war?
This is a problem that everyone who envisions China's future should seriously consider now.
Professor Yan's questions are deeply thought out.
This is one of the results that we are most worried about and afraid of.
It's about time.
Thank you to all the experts who gave us very wonderful opinions.
Thank you to everyone who watched.
See you in the next program.
