When the Angels of the Dominion fulfill God's judgment on sinful situations in this fallen world, they keep God's good original intention as a creator for everyone and everything He has created, as well as God's good intentions for the life of every person in this moment in time. Dominions work to do this under difficult circumstances, what is really the best, what is right from God's point of view, even if people may not understand it. Dominion areas often act as channels of mercy, so that God's love can flow into people. They are an expression of God's unconditional love and at the same time an expression of God's passion for justice. Since God is both completely loving and completely holy, the Angels of the Dominion orient themselves on God's example and try their best to bring love and truth into harmony. Love without truth is not really loving, because it pleases itself with less than the best that should be. But truth without love is not really truthful, because it does not respect the fact that God has created everyone to give and receive love. The rulers know this and keep this tension in check when they make their decisions. The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah are an ancient testimony to the divine judgment of the Dominion. Before their intervention they saved the righteous and embodied the yin and yang of justice and mercy. It is a complex moral calculation, a balance that is so complicated that it dances beyond our human understanding. Archangel Tzadkiel, the Angel of Mercy, is a leading angel of the Dominion.
