Vitamins Did you know that your diet plays an important
role in your vision?
Vitamins A and C are great for the eyes.
Vitamin A can reduce the occurrence of eye floaters and also improve your vision, while
vitamin C helps with collagen formation, necessary for ocular tissues.
Try to eat foods such as carrots, spinach, kale, citrus fruits, eggs, and butter to get
the necessary amounts of vitamin A and C to solve this problem.
You can also take additional supplements if you find it easier.
Castor oil Castor oil is an old Ayurvedic medicine
that helps improve your sight.
Because of its ricinoleic acid, it alleviates eye inflammations and has other wonderful
nutrients and antioxidants that are necessary to keep your eyes healthy.
In this case, you will need 1 or 2 drops of this oil, 100% organic and from a good source.
It's recommended applying castor oil with a pipette on your eyes during the night and
letting it act during sleep.
Wash your eyes when you wake up in the morning.
Use it once a day Applying castor oil is considered safe by
many people, even though the American Academy of Ophthalmology doesn't advise its use.
The main reason is a preoccupation with the oil's sterility.
Because of that, we recommend you discuss the use of castor oil with an ophthalmologist
and pay attention to the product's origin.
Lemon juice Lemon is a super powerful fruit, isn't it?
We have already seen many recipes that use this ingredient on our channel.
And it's not for nothing.
Lemons are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and work very well to repair the macular tissues
and retina, which are the main causes of eye floaters.
To make a lemon juice, you will need ½ lemon, 1 cup of water, and honey.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon in a cup of water, add some honey, and mix well.
Drink immediately.
Do it 3 or 4 times a day.
