breakfasts with just five ingredients.

just like this.
Now guys, breakfast is a huge part of most of our days and a lot of times we are trying
to figure out what to eat that is healthy and nutritious.
So today we are going to be making some egg dishes that are full of protein and that are
going to keep you full for hours.
So I already have our first recipe laid out right here.
We have our eggs, some spinach, a little bit of peppers, cheese, onions, and then of course
our seasoning.
So our first recipe are veggie egg bites.
Now, these are super convenient, on the go, meal prep.
I mean, and on top of everything, again, you just have to remember these are full of protein.
They're going to keep you full for hours.
And if you are living a low carb lifestyle, these are perfect.
But on top of all of that, they're just absolutely delicious.
So we're going to mix everything right into our bowl and just going to pop in your eggs.
So we have our eggs.
Now we're going to toss in our spinach.
And of course you can toss in any veggies, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus.
This is just what I'm choosing to do.
It's what I have on hand and it's going to, yeah, they turn out perfect.
So it's spinach, some peppers.
You can even do like colorful if you want to do red and green, a little onion.
Sometimes I add tomato.
It really, really just depends.
And then even some cheese.
I'm going to just do a little because I want to top them on, you know, my little egg bites
with some cheese as well.
So we have onion powder.
You do want that flavor.
This doesn't have salt in it.
So I like to control my own salt, some chili flakes for that spice.
Now these are super, super easy.
We're actually going to be baking these.
You can also air fry them.
The one method that I haven't tried yet that I really want to do is the sous vide method.
And I feel like that might be, I don't know, let me know if you guys have tried it and
if the texture is actually different.
I heard that that is like how Starbucks makes theirs.
So that's the reason why I want to try it.
Yeah, this is a traditional egg bite that is cooked in the oven.
So we did salt and pepper, a little chili flakes, some, some onion powder, and now we're
just going to give it a good little mix.
So now we have our liner.
So this is just like a regular muffin tin.
If you have silicone molds, silicone molds are my favorite.
Right now, this is what I have on hand, so it's what we're going to use and they're going
to work.
You just have to make sure you spray them.
So we're going to do some avocado oil spray.
If you're using a muffin pan just like this, you want to make sure you either grease it
with butter or with oil, because if not, it will, it will get stuck.
So.
Top it with some cheese.
I'm just going to give it like a nice little toss.
But if you like, you know, if you want super cheesy egg bites, then just add more into
the batter too.
Okay, so I topped them with a little more cheese.
Now just make sure that your oven is preheated to 375 degrees.
We're going to get these in for 15 minutes and I cannot wait to show you the final product.
Okay, so while we're cooking our egg bites, now we're going to get started on our second
recipe.
This one is going to be cooked in the air fryer.
Now the whole point of this video is that we're making three different breakfasts with
the same ingredients.
So the first thing we're going to start off with is lining up our parchment paper.
So these make my life so much easier.
Absolutely love them.
These I just grabbed them on Amazon.
I'll leave them linked for you in the description below.
Okay, so this recipe, I absolutely love it because you actually assemble it right into
your air fryer.
So you would put it right into your air fryer tray.
In this case, we did the liners and we're going to start off by just assembling our
omelet right into the air fryer.
So start off with your eggs.
Crack that right in.
And now at this point, if you wanted to whisk your eggs just to make it more of like a scramble,
you can.
I do it just like this.
So crack your eggs, add your spinach, peppers, and remember, you're going to add whatever
you have on hand.
I'm just showing you that we can make these three different breakfast ideas with the same
five ingredients.
We have some onion.
We have our garlic powder, our salt and pepper, chili flakes for that spice, and finish it
off with cheese.
Now obviously everything is optional.
If you don't want to use cheese or you like a specific type of cheese, you would do that.
A dairy free cheese, any veggies.
So now this is going right into the air fryer at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Now while this cooks, let's go ahead and check on our egg bites.
Ooh, it is beautiful.
All right guys, so our little egg bites are out.
They look absolutely beautiful, nice and puffy, so we're going to go ahead and let them cool.
Meanwhile, we have another recipe in the air fryer that's about to come out and we're going
to get started on our last recipe.
All right guys, so here is our air fryer omelet.
Let me pull this out.
Look at how beautiful that turned out.
Now this actually ended up taking about seven minutes.
If you want it like really cooked through where there's no yolk, then you can do the
10, but I would say it also depends on your air fryer.
But look at this.
It's beautiful, super quick, throw everything right into the air fryer and you have breakfast.
We're going to go ahead and set this aside and get started on our last recipe.
All right guys, so for our final recipe, we have the same five ingredients.
This one just looks a little different.
So we have our pepper.
Instead of having it diced, it's whole.
We're going to cut off the top, okay, and this recipe is going to be made in the air
fryer as well.
Now if you don't have an air fryer, you can totally make this in the oven, but honestly,
air fryers just make life so much easier.
We're going to make two, so we're going to do the same thing for this one, beautiful.
So for this one here, you can either add the egg at the bottom.
I'm just going to do the veggies.
So we're going to do spinach, spinach at the bottom, we have our onion, and do our egg.
And if you don't want to just do like an over, you know, an over easy or over medium egg,
you can actually just whisk all of this into a bowl and then toss it in.
We're going to do our seasoning, a little garlic powder, we're going to do salt and
pepper, a pinch of each, and some chili flakes for that spice.
And to finish it off, we're going to top it off with cheese.
Now at this point, you're just doing your cheese of choice.
You can do cheddar, Swiss, Mexican blend, no cheese, you know, it just depends.
So now we're going to get this right into the air fryer.
You can do a liner just in case, you know, just in case any cheese or anything spills out.
These are going in at 375 for about 10 minutes.
We'll check them at 10 and it's basically just until your egg is cooked to your liking.
So yeah, I cannot wait to show you how these turn out.
All right, guys, let's go ahead and check on these.
Look at how beautiful these turned out.
Nice and crispy.
Look at that.
So that's why I like to add the cheese at the top because I feel like it gets nice and
golden brown.
But of course, you can mix it into the egg mixture and then it would just be just kind
of like golden brown, but not as much of this.
I just like that like crust on top.
Okay, and this is our third recipe.
I just love how easy they were all to make.
All right, guys.
So take a look at the three different recipes we made with just five ingredients.
Eggs, cheese, spinach, onion, and peppers.
We have our air fryer omelet, our little egg bites, and then our stuffed peppers.
So these are super for me personally.
I absolutely love egg bites.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I have them almost daily.
I go to Starbee's, which we talked about making a do, but we're just going to go in for a
little taste test.
Super easy, super convenient.
Guys, you're getting all your protein and they're so good.
I mean, I'm sure you guys have had egg bites, but these are just three easy things that
you can make.
Meal prep during the week, or even if you have a big family.
Super easy.
All right, guys.
So let me know if you guys want me to do basically the same idea, but with lunch or dinner, where
you can make like three easy lunches or three easy dinners with just five ingredients.
