(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights Sassuolo - Juventus
It's chopped the way of L'Oriente and it's gone in!
A howler from Wojciech Szczesny.
Premer didn't get it clear, L'Oriente tried his luck
and in the awkward, wet, squirming conditions,
Szczesny has effectively handed the lead to Sassuolo.
Federico Chiesa, lovely ball for McKennie.
And I think the last touch might have come off Wienia there.
McKennie's celebrations are muted.
But Juventus do have the equaliser
and it was all about the quality of the cross.
Brilliant from Chiesa when he's not scoring.
He is provoking an own goal, prompting it there
with the really dangerous shape on the ball.
L'Oriente, away from Miretti, stood it up, free header for Rouen!
And that is more like it from Szczesny.
Rouen very close to giving Sassuolo back the lead.
Mateu Seriki, clever drop of the shoulder.
Still Mateu Seriki, Berardi!
He couldn't let his 300th game in Serie A go by without a goal.
He couldn't help but rub Juventus' noses in it.
Chiesa again coming short.
This is Rabiot.
And now it's Dusan Vlahovic, who snatched at it.
Weyer with the cross.
Illing got his head to it, Fagioli, Chiesa!
His brilliant start to the season goes on.
He caused the first goal for Juventus with that devilish ball in.
L'Oriente, lovely first touch.
And there's a chance for Pinamonte!
Szczesny again at fault from a shot from L'Oriente.
But all he could do was palm it onto the head of Andrea Pinamonte.
De Vrijl getting forward to Mateu Seriki.
De Vrijl now to make absolutely sure.
What a save that is from Szczesny.
This was a world-class save.
Gatti is not comfortable in possession.
And Gatti has scored the most ludicrous own goal.
And the pressure has sufficed from the Nero Verdi.
Gatti's goal was the final nail in the coffin.
Quite the performance this from Sassuolo.
Full-time score at MAPE, Sassuolo 4, Juventus 2.
