Reps. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), Betty McCollum (D-Minn.), and Steve Womack (R-Ark.) debated over an amendment Mr. Gaetz proposed to cut U.S. funding to Ukraine, on the House floor on Sept. 27. The latter two opposed to the amendment.
