Right after this, we would like to introduce to our audience a super-special construction. What else can I say? There is only one word to describe it. Excellent! Akisa architecture. High-quality from quality. Impressive from design. Hello, viewers of Akisa architecture. It's Huyen Trang again. And a very familiar face, right? Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan, the architect of Akisa. Mr. Tuan, today, would you like to show us the construction? Hello, Huyen Trang. Right after this, we would like to introduce to our audience a super-special construction. What else can I say? Let's take a look at the construction. Let's go. Welcome to our main space today. This is the construction space. It is often called the ground space. Yes. There is a ground space like this. It is very valuable for welcoming guests and moving them. High-class apartments often have spaces like this. That's right. I pay attention to what you say. This is a natural decal and luminous stone. I'm quite impressed. I think the design is quite suitable for you. It is designed to match the main door. It is a highlight of the construction. And this is the light rail in this area. And here I would like to introduce to you the main space of the second floor. This is the living room. And this is the dining space. This is the staircase. And this is the heart of the second floor. It is also the heart of the house. This is the living room of the construction. What do you think? What else can I say? Just one word. Excellent. Thank you. But I have to admit that what you said is right. Architects are like mathematicians who have an artistic soul. I don't know if the audience feels the same. It's not just about creating a work of art, but also asking for accuracy. Right? Don't make a mistake, even if it's just one. That's right. If we do 10 things well, but only make one mistake, we will be very uncomfortable with the owner. A construction like this is the lifeblood of the architecture. It doesn't matter if it's big or small. But every construction has its own lifeblood. There are people whose lifeblood is the rest of their lives. People who put their trust in us, we have to be responsible for what we do best for them. That's the responsibility of an architect. Yes. Alright. In this room, what do you like or impress the most in this room? Me? In this room, the design is elegant, luxurious, but it still stands out. It's warm. And I think this chair set is the highlight. Ah. If you step in, you'll be dazzled. Let me introduce to you. This chair set is made of wood. Wood. That's right. It's the highlight of the construction. Yes. It's beautiful, isn't it? If you pay close attention, you will see that the table top is very delicate. I rarely see a chair set like this. That's right. The lines of this chair set are very beautiful. Yes. This chair set is made of wood. It was placed by the owner about a year ago. It was made very carefully by the artisans. In this house, there is only this chair set. It's the interior that Akisa didn't do. Ah. Everything else is here. The wooden frames and decorations are all made by Akisa. How long did it take to complete this interior? It took about 4 months from the time of production to the time of construction. Ah. 4 months. The total construction time was about 11 months. Less than a year. Less than 5 years. We already have a very splendid house like this. I have to say that the owner is very delicate. He chose the design and construction unit. And during the design and construction, he also went from the smallest things. He also talked to the architects team. They are very sensitive and very understanding. They are compatible with each other. That's what I really like about this house. And these are the wooden frames. There. This is the family's stove. The stove is covered with stone. It's very good. It's quite strange. The owner chose a natural stone color, but it's a bit green. It's very different from other houses, right? Yes. It's also a highlight of the house. And this is the TV. It's made of natural wood. This is the red wood, right? Yes. There. Combined with limestone. In addition, there are other decorations, such as decorations in the house. There. And the lamp. The owner chose it very carefully under the advice of the architect. Yes. There. These are the CNC-level tiles. There. It's also very harmonious with the tiles of the ceiling. Yes. There. It increases the beauty of the construction. And right next to this TV screen, this is the second main space of the house. There. This is the kitchen. What do you think? Is it spacious? It's very spacious and spacious. But it's not. I was wrong. This is the main space and the heart of the house, for a woman like me. That's right. For a woman, this space is definitely the heart of the house, right? For a man, it's usually the guest space. The kitchen is quite spacious. It's very spacious. It's a L-shaped cabinet. It has a lot of compartments. It's convenient for storing things. This cabinet is made entirely of natural wood. Yes. It's made of granite. It's imported from Brazil. There. I think I'll stay here all day. I'll cook delicious meals for my family. It's the best for the husband, right? There's another space to display the wine of the owner. There. It's the best for the husband. But honey, the house is beautiful, the kitchen is beautiful, the wine is delicious, but it can't be perfect if there are no hands of a woman to cook delicious meals, right? If you say so, you must be very good at cooking, right? I'm just good at talking, but I'm not very good at cooking, although I really like it. But what about you, Tuan? Do you like to cook? I'm not good at cooking. Really? But don't call me a bad cook. Don't call me a bad cook. Don't call me a cook. It sounds wrong. Exactly. Don't you know that an architect is like a chef? What do you mean? Now, a good chef must be able to cook many Asian and European dishes, right? Our architects are like that. If you are called a good architect, you must be able to design many kinds of constructions. Ah. Some people like modern, some people like modern or classic. There are many styles. So, no matter what style I design, I have to make it suitable for the money of the investor, for the house owner, for the land, for the Feng Shui. There are many spices to make a delicious dish, a beautiful construction. It sounds like a good idea at first, but when you explain it, it's very reasonable. It's very reasonable, right? Yes. And this is the TV behind me. It's also a decoration of the kitchen. And this is a dining table, a dining table with 10 chairs. What do you think? Is it good? It's so good. Oh my god. I don't see anything to complain about. I think the house owner has invested a lot in the decoration. The house owner is very delicate. Yes. These are the decorations I chose. Did you choose them yourself? Yes. In total, this kitchen is about 35 square meters. It's so spacious. In addition, you can see that it can be highlighted by the lanterns, the feet. This lamp is beautiful. Yes. It's beautiful. And this is the toilet space. Yes. The toilet is also decorated like this. Yes. This is the toilet of the house. Yes. You can see it. And this is the cabinet. Before entering the bathroom, there were a lot of small items in this cabinet, right? Yes. It's also a decoration table. This toilet is quite delicate because it doesn't have a toilet door. Yes. You can't see the toilet door when you sit in the living room or kitchen. It's a plus point for the house. Yes. There. The house owner really likes it. This second floor space can only be decorated by the living room and the kitchen. Yes. It is prioritized by the main spaces. I almost forgot. Let me introduce to you a very nice space. There is a balcony on the second floor. From the living room, you can see a panoramic view outside. It's a very expensive view, right? It's so cool. Yes. The value of the main corner is here. Yes. It's very spacious. Let's go to the third floor. Which floor are we going to? I think we should go to the machine room. Let me introduce to you. This is the third floor of the building. There. There is a common living room on the third floor and three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom inside. Yes. The common living room is moderately small and cozy. It's not too big. That's right. Everything is arranged in a simple and light way. But it's enough for everyone to live on this floor. What kind of wood is this? It looks strange to me. Do you smell it? Yes, it smells like oil. That's right. This is the Bach Xanh wood. Does the scent come from this wood? That's right. Bach Xanh is one of the most precious wood in Vietnam. That's right. It's the first time I've heard of it. The owners are very invested. This is the master bedroom. We can take a look inside. It's quite spacious. Yes. The whole space in front of the house is for the master bedroom on the third floor. This is the main bedroom. That's it. And this is the changing room. Oh, the changing room is the dream room for girls. That's right. It's full of things. This is the closet. There are drawers for books, shoes, and slippers. This is the master bedroom. There are a lot of windows. You can look out the front or the back. The view is very spacious. The area of this master bedroom is about 35 square meters to 40 square meters. It includes the toilet. It includes the area in there? Yes. It's not too big, but it's convenient. The value of this room is the view. Yes, it is. There. There are a lot of views. There are a lot of windows. It's very spacious. It has a lot of functions. It's all closed. Yes. The wires are closed from changing to cleaning. There. The details are also quite elaborate. This is the master bedroom. It's also made of natural wood. Yes. It's made of natural wood. All the furniture in the house is made of natural wood. Yes. For example, if you sleep in a room with the smell of natural wood like this, it's really great. It's very comfortable to sleep in. That's life, isn't it? There. You don't have to use perfume. It's really good for your health. There. And here, I'd like to introduce you to the next space, which is two smaller bedrooms. And this is a small bedroom for the girl. The girl's room. Yes. It's also light. The smell of perfume is so pleasant. You can smell the natural scent of the wood, right? Yes. There. It's very pleasant. This bedroom is also designed to be light and suitable for girls. Yes. The color is chosen by the girl. The girl's room doesn't necessarily have to be pink, right? That's right. This color is very beautiful. The bedhead is also natural. It's painted in the color that the owner likes and covered with leather. The bed is also simple. And here, there is a changing room. Yes. There. And a toilet room in here. It's also a closed room. Here. This is the girl's bedroom. The bedhead is also made entirely of natural wood. Yes. But it's painted in white and covered with leather. The bed is also basic and very light. Ah, there is one more special thing in the bedroom of these two children. This small bedroom. Here. This is the TV in the bedroom. Ah. There. There must be a reason for that, right? Because the owner really wants the children to film outside and share the room with their parents. He doesn't want the children to spend all day watching TV in the room. Ah. That's a trend. The trend of the parents nowadays. It's quite interesting. I think the owners should refer to it now. That's right. Now, just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it. Just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it. Ah, just enjoy it.
