Stuck in Mississippi! | Full Time Truck Camper Living | Van Life

In mid February 2021 an unprecedented Polar Vortex wreaked havoc on a large portion of the United States. Texas was hit exceptionally hard with snow and freezing temperatures that broke records causing state wide power outages. Texas also happened to be the state I was headed for on my return trip cross country to the Southwest from the Southeast. I needed to find a place to hunker down and stay safe to ride this winter event out. That place was Waveland, Mississippi. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by the storms.
