Địa chỉ quán ăn ở: No. 256號, Zhongzheng Road, Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Đài Loan 555
Chúc mọi người xem clip vui nha!
__ Mình là Khoai. Thích du lịch và ăn uống.
I'm so full. Actually, I'm not full. I just have a piece of meat.
Now I'm going to Nhat Nguyet lake.
Nhat Nguyet lake has a beautiful sunset and I hope...
The sun is gone. It was sunny just now but now it's cloudy again.
I hope I can enjoy the sunset on Nhat Nguyet lake later.
I've just rented a motorbike here.
500 TWD per day.
The price is about 500-700 TWD per day.
It's about 300,000-400,000 VND per day in Vietnam.
It's quite expensive.
And this is my motorbike.
I'm going to use it to go to Nhat Nguyet lake and Chai Cu village for tomorrow.
Wait for me.
Now I'm going to Nhat Nguyet lake and I'll share with you the beautiful scenery on the way.
Contrary to the modern and rustic of Taipei,
I find Ly city more peaceful and familiar.
It feels like I'm traveling in a Vietnamese city.
Because it's just a small town in the mountainous area.
The population is about 80,000 people.
I recommend you to rent a motorbike here.
It's very peaceful and the air here is cool.
It's very cold in winter.
But it's cooler in summer than in the Middle East or Taipei.
Do they look like the bamboo in Ca Mau?
They grow a lot of bamboo here.
Because the practice of eating bamboo is still very popular.
The weather is very cool today.
It's only about 22 degrees Celsius.
So I really like to go out.
Speaking of renting a motorbike, you should notice that
to rent a motorbike in Taiwan, you must have an international driver's license.
Because the government of Taiwan has issued a law for motorbike renters.
If you dare to rent a motorbike without an international driver's license,
the owners of the motorbike will be severely punished.
So if you want to rent a motorbike like me in Taiwan,
remember to change this license in advance in Vietnam.
You can find the procedure on the Internet.
Because now the procedure is very easy in Vietnam.
As for motorbikes, just follow the law as in Vietnam.
Wow, there is a whole road here.
They draw a picture like a mural in Vietnam.
They draw the life of the people here.
It's so cool.
There is still a road here.
Do you see that there is a road here for everyone to ride a bike?
This road is one of the most beautiful bike roads in the world.
There is a lake down there.
Wow, it's covered with bamboo.
If you walk along the road, you will see the lake.
If you have time, you can rent a motorbike for 2-3 hours
and drive around the lake.
There are also places to rest.
If you like, you can jog.
That's it.
Nhat Nguyet Lake is also known as the largest natural lake in Taiwan.
It is about 700-800 meters above sea level.
The weather here is as cool as in Da Lat.
In summer, it will be a little hotter than Da Lat, but in winter, it will be colder.
There is a bird here.
It can only walk, it can't fly.
I see there is a field over there.
If it takes a long time, it will cover the whole area.
There is a parking lot here.
I will park my motorbike here to walk to the field.
This bird keeps standing in front of the door.
It doesn't fly.
There is a board here.
Be careful with wild animals.
There are monkeys, snakes, and bees in here.
If you are afraid of snakes, come here.
I will go straight along this road to go to the other side of the river to see the willow.
Take advantage of the dusk.
In a little while, I won't see anything.
This lake is very large, so there are a lot of activities here.
So to visit all of them, I have to go early.
I can spend half a day here or even a day.
It's quite late for me because I came here from Taichung.
So I can only come here to play for a while.
There are areas here where you can sit in the afternoon, in the evening, or at the weekend.
Taiwanese people like to come here to eat, drink, and gather friends and relatives.
Do you like it?
There is water down there.
I'm not sure if it's created by people or if it's natural.
Ah, it's a dam.
A dam is poured out from here.
And it rises from there.
There are friends in the afternoon who bring food here to eat and watch the scene.
The lake is over here.
Here.
In a little while, we will arrive at Dong Co Lau.
The air is as cool as in Da Lat.
Here.
The sun is up, guys.
People here also say that every sunset, the sky will turn orange.
It's very beautiful.
I hope that the clouds will disappear so that I can see that orange sky.
But I see the situation is cloudy like this.
Maybe the sun will not meet me.
I won't be able to see the sunset.
Here is the stream.
Here is Dong Co Lau.
There is a sign here.
They said that if I look over there, I will see the mountain.
That mountain is called Chi Chi.
One of the four largest mountains in central Taiwan.
Let me see.
Here. Can you see that side?
There is a really high mountain.
Hidden behind the cloud layer.
There.
It's foggy.
It's one of the four largest mountains in central Taiwan.
Now I will ride a motorbike to the other side to visit this lake.
This is just a small part.
When I was on the mountain, I saw Dong Co Lau and it was so beautiful.
So I just stopped by.
The water here is always clear.
But because of the dam, the water level rises.
So the water here is a bit murky.
Let's go back.
There is also a cable car station here.
If you like to ride a cable car to see this lake, you can choose to ride a cable car here.
Oh, those trees are falling down.
I park my beloved motorbike here.
Behind me is a whole pier.
And I will go out there later to go to the pier to see the scenery on this lake.
The sky is quite cloudy.
It's a pity because there is not much sun today.
Now I'm a little hungry.
I will go over there.
I see some ladies selling grilled sausages.
There are some people singing live music outside.
So cute.
I will buy something to eat here and go to the pier later.
Oh, there are some dogs.
I see this man selling sugarcane juice.
I will buy a bottle of sugarcane juice here.
The sugarcane juice here is a bit green.
It's different from Taiwan.
This lady is selling shrimp dumplings.
Do you see the picture of the shrimp?
I will buy a bag of shrimp dumplings.
This lady is selling stir-fried pork.
Taiwanese sausages.
And some birds.
Ostriches or parrots are grilled.
I will buy a sausage to eat because Taiwanese sausages are very delicious.
The sausages here are not as dry as in Vietnam.
So when you eat it, it's still soft and moist inside.
It's not dry.
There is garlic here.
If you like garlic, you can add it.
I will take a piece and put it here.
This is a bottle of sugarcane juice.
60 TWD
It's about 30,000-40,000 VND for a big bottle like this.
This sugarcane is like my own sugarcane.
It's not too sweet.
It smells like sugarcane, but it's soft.
And this is Taiwanese sausage.
I have eaten it many times in Taiwan.
This sausage tastes almost like Vietnamese sausage.
But it's softer and thinner.
And this dish is very popular.
You can see Taiwanese sausages everywhere.
I'm so hungry.
I will go over there to find something to eat.
In the morning, I just ate the steamed meatballs in Taiwan.
I'm buying a ticket.
I'm buying a ticket to...
Thank you.
Bye bye.
Thank you.
I bought a ticket to go around this lake.
300 TWD for this ticket is about 200,000 VND.
This is how to distinguish the train.
There are many types of trains here.
But the most important thing is that you have to look at the staff wearing a blue shirt.
This is your ticket.
Here they have set the time to go to each platform.
It's very clear.
So I pay attention to the time when I go on this train.
Pay attention to the person standing next to the train and the color of the shirt.
So I can get on the right train.
This last train will stop running at about 5 p.m.
It's about 3 p.m. now.
I hope I can visit the whole lake before the last train leaves.
I will get on this train.
It's about to leave.
The train will stop running and I will have time to visit the lake and eat something.
Over there is the group of grassland that I went down earlier.
Can you see it?
It's a bit cloudy because there are a lot of bones.
The reason why it's called Nhat Nguyet Lake is because it includes two big lakes, Nhat and Nguyet.
When you stand in the middle of the lake and look to the east and west,
you will see that one side looks like the sun and the other side looks like the moon.
So they named the two lakes Nhat Nguyet Lake and Nhat Nguyet Lake.
I have arrived at a train station on the other side of the lake.
The important thing now is to find food and come back here before the train leaves.
On this side, I see a lot of restaurants.
I see a red banana and fruit stall over there.
I will buy a red banana and try it to see how it is different from Vietnamese bananas.
Ah, 100 TWD for 4 bananas.
I will buy 2 bananas for 50 TWD.
There are also other kinds of fruits here.
It smells so good.
It smells like my banana.
The skin is red, but you can see that the inside is still normal.
I will try it.
It smells like a banana.
The skin is yellow.
It's 25 TWD for one.
It's almost 20,000 VND.
It's Vietnamese money.
I see some people are lining up to buy things.
It's milk tea.
It's a cake.
I will buy a cake.
It's one of my favorite cakes.
It's milk tea and a cake.
Both of them are very long.
But I will eat the cake first.
It smells so good.
It's black tea.
Ah, it's black tea.
It's coffee.
I will buy a box of everything.
You can see that the ladies here are working.
It's 50 TWD for a box.
It smells so good.
It's black tea and egg.
There is also some coffee.
It's just a zip bag.
I can eat it right away.
I will try it.
Oh, it's quite crispy.
I'm afraid that it will break.
It's very crispy.
This is the normal black tea filling.
Black tea and egg.
The brown one is coffee.
It's a bit dry.
It's not very crispy.
I can't smell any tea.
I can only smell egg.
It's quite dry.
And it's fatty.
It's 50 TWD for a box of 4.
They make the cake in front of me.
It smells so good.
I saw a lot of people lining up to buy it.
This is the black tea and coffee filling.
It's quite dry.
I'm afraid that it will break.
Because my boat hasn't arrived yet,
I'm standing here to watch it.
My boat is pink.
There is a picture of a flower.
I haven't seen any flower.
I will try this cake.
It smells like coffee.
It has a strong coffee smell.
I can only smell egg and black tea.
But this cake has a strong coffee smell.
It also has a bitter taste of coffee.
The cake is still crispy.
If you buy this cake,
I think you should buy everything in one box.
Because the two flavors will be completely different.
There is nothing to eat or play on this boat.
There are only boring dishes.
Like here.
It's like a hotel.
Let everyone come here to rent a room
and stay overnight.
So I decided to get on the boat
and go to the other side.
There is a pagoda
and a very delicious place to sell tea eggs.
You can see that the boat is very big.
The cake is growing like this.
Now I will go to the other side.
There is a pagoda there.
It's cloudy now.
The clouds are flying over the top of the mountain.
It's getting dark
and I still can't see the sunset on the lake.
Because there are too many clouds today.
There is a pagoda on the top of the mountain.
If I have time, I will go there to visit.
There are a lot of gardens around here.
Orchid garden, flower garden, vegetable garden.
I will come here one day to visit those gardens.
Today is in the afternoon,
so I don't have much time.
So I prioritize visiting the lake first.
As for the gardens around there,
I will save another day to visit.
I have arrived at the pagoda.
I will take the opportunity to visit the pagoda and come back.
I will find something to eat.
Now the sun is setting.
You can see that the sun is going down the mountain.
It gradually changes to orange.
It's beautiful.
Even on this side.
The special thing is that in the sunset on Lake Nhat Nguyet,
you will see the sky gradually changing to orange.
Sometimes the orange color is very beautiful.
It's 5.30 p.m. on this side.
5.20 p.m. is the last train.
So I will take the opportunity.
It's almost 5 p.m.
There are some people here
performing their traditional songs.
These are the blind people.
The brothers and sisters are blind.
The blind people are blind.
There is an egg seller here.
The egg tea is very delicious.
There is a very famous egg tea stall.
Oh, it seems to be closed.
Goodbye.
She said she ran out of eggs.
The last eggs have been sold.
I just looked at her face and she said
May I order, please?
It's about 5 p.m. here.
If you want to eat eggs, you have to come here before 5 p.m.
It's 13 TWD for an egg.
This is her pot of eggs.
I'm so sad.
I came all the way from Vietnam but I couldn't eat her eggs.
Because the egg tea stall is closed,
I decided to come up here to visit the pagoda.
This pagoda is also called Xuan Quang pagoda.
It's very famous in Nhat Nguyet Lake.
Xuan Quang pagoda is located on the top of the mountain.
There is a place where you can see the whole scene of Nhat Nguyet Lake.
I still regret that I didn't come up here to buy her eggs.
I came up here to watch the music.
She said she was sorry because there was nothing left to eat.
If I come back here the next day,
I will come back here to buy her eggs.
People say that in 1955,
this pagoda was built under the lake.
In the past, there was no road to the pagoda.
If you want to go to the pagoda, you have to go by boat.
Now, the road is connected so it's comfortable.
After that, in 1965,
the pagoda was rebuilt on a hill like this.
This is a stone wall.
People often come here to take pictures.
There is a map here.
In 17 years, from 1627 to 1645,
Master Huyen Trang traveled from China to India and returned to China
to bring Buddhism to China.
17 years is a very long time.
When I watched the movie Taiyuki,
I saw that the journey was full of challenges,
but it was just a summary and something for the novelists to come up with.
But I think the real journey will be more difficult and longer.
This pagoda was built to commemorate Master Huyen Trang.
Have you watched the movie Taiyuki?
This pagoda was built to commemorate Master Huyen Trang.
Have you watched the movie Taiyuki?
Master Huyen Trang traveled from China to India for 17 years
to bring Buddhism to China and Taiwan.
In the past, when the Chinese and Japanese war,
they dug up a...
I don't know if it's a bone or a treasure of Master Huyen Trang.
It was a war, so the Japanese army brought it back to Japan and kept it.
Later, when the Chinese and Taiwanese wanted to return it,
the Japanese army decided to return it
and built the pagoda today.
One of the places you can come when you go to Nha Trang Lake.
Now I'm going down there.
It's getting dark. The last boat trip will be at 5.20 pm.
I have to hurry up.
I can't eat the egg today.
I'm so hungry.
Fighting! Fighting! It's going to be late.
Wait for me.
Don't leave me here.
I have a ticket.
Sorry.
Now there's nothing to play here.
I have to go back.
There are some restaurants along the shore.
I'm going to eat a special dish here.
It's catfish.
Catfish and wild pork.
Wait for me.
Go straight to the other side.
There is also a cake shop here.
Like before.
Milk tea.
Ice cream.
This is a museum.
I see a lot of people are standing here to catch legendary Pokemon.
She is using two phones to catch.
Everyone is holding a phone to catch Pokemon here.
So cute.
She is also catching.
I haven't played this game for a long time.
If I still have a phone, I will use it to catch.
She is using a phone to catch.
Here they sell catfish and catfish.
I ordered a set of catfish for 2-3 people, 1,500 VND.
It's about 1 million VND for this set, including steamed catfish,
pork,
mountain, stir-fried vegetables, soup,
mushroom soup.
Catfish is still alive and they are expanding in here.
In a while, they will make it here.
This is one of the family restaurants
next to Nhat Nguyet Lake.
This is a special type of pork
raised in the mountains of Taiwan.
She stir-fried it with a little soy sauce and scallions.
The special thing about Asian restaurants is that you can see the kitchen in front.
And the best dishes
or cooking techniques
will be brought here by the chef
to show everyone on the street.
As for European restaurants,
you will see that they hide the kitchen inside very carefully.
They rarely show it on the street like in Asia.
The chef will grill the catfish that is still alive here.
And a portion like this will be a catfish.
Catfish and catfish are one of the specialties of Taiwan
and the mountains in Taiwan.
If you come to Taiwan, remember to try this fish.
Here is a pot of boiling water.
This is a steamer.
The chef will boil the catfish.
I think it will run out of liquid, so I will start to remove the liquid.
Then put it back in the cold water.
Two catfish, one for me and one for another friend.
Catfish is one of the oldest fish in the world
and still alive until now.
And it is one of the high-end and quite expensive fish in Vietnam.
He will use a knife to remove the skin.
As you can see, there are very hard scales.
The skin is like the skin of a catfish.
It looks like a layer of scales.
This side has been removed.
There are still very hard scales on this side.
And this side has been removed.
This is the scale that he has removed.
It looks like a piece of bone.
This is the fish after being cleaned.
He will start to cut the meat.
Cut each section on the spine.
He still leaves the meat stuck in the fish belly.
Then he will roll it up to make it more beautiful.
He will not cut off these scales.
He put a little ginger under the steamer.
Then put the fish on.
And put it in the steamer.
The steamer is heated very hot like this.
And the smoke will always come up like this.
He will have a sauce later.
And when steaming, just use ginger to make the fish more fragrant.
Because the catfish is very delicious and not fishy like other fish.
He put a little bean sauce and scallions on top.
Thank you.
Good evening, everyone.
I'm back here.
After going around to visit Nhat Nguyet Lake,
I decided to find something to eat.
Because in the afternoon, I only ate catfish and catfish.
I went to a restaurant specializing in catfish and mountain pork.
And I ordered a steamed catfish.
This kind of steamed catfish is like the Chinese style steamed catfish.
Quite special.
He made the fish in front of me.
And the fish is still fresh like that.
A portion like that is 1,500 VND.
About 1 million VND.
A fish, a stir-fried vegetable,
a stir-fried mountain pork.
This is the specialty of the highlands in Taiwan.
And another dish is mushroom soup.
There is a little pickled cucumber.
Also ginger and scallions.
A lot of mushrooms.
Mushroom soup and a plate of dessert.
This is my portion, 1,500 VND.
I will take a little rice out.
The bowl is too small for me.
This is not made of paper.
It is made of plastic.
It would be cuter if it was made of paper.
But he gave me a plastic bowl.
While he gave me a normal plate.
And this is just a normal plate.
I will take a piece of fish at the tail.
I used to like eating fish tail in my hometown.
Take a piece out.
There.
A little scallion.
A little ginger.
And add a little water.
There is a stove down here.
So the water is always boiling.
In his sauce,
you can see there is kumquat.
There is bean.
This bean is fermented bean.
I will add a little.
The fish is very soft.
Firm.
The smell of ginger is very good.
Not fishy at all.
And the cartilage is also very soft.
You can eat the cartilage.
I didn't add anything.
The sauce of soy sauce and kumquat
is salty enough.
I just need to add the sauce.
The fish will have the natural sweetness of the fish.
The cartilage has a lot of collagen.
Very good for health.
The skin of the fish is fatty.
The cartilage is a type of fish with a rough skin.
Just like the skin of a fat fish.
When I peeled it,
I took out the scales.
Then I started to grill the fish.
Now I will continue to eat the mountain pork.
Mountain pork is also a specialty of the highlanders here.
She cut it very thinly.
And the meat has a little skin.
She just stir-fried it with scallions,
soy sauce and a little pepper on the surface.
I understand why the pork here must be cut into small pieces.
Because the meat is very firm.
The skin is very hard.
When I chew it,
I feel a crunch in my mouth.
It means mountain pork.
The fat is not chewy.
It is very crispy.
The skin of this pork is very thick.
It is thicker than the pork we eat in Taiwan.
I will eat the soup of Taiwanese people.
According to Vietnamese people,
I will pour the soup into the rice.
There are tomatoes, ginger, mushrooms,
meatballs and scallions on top.
Mix it up.
This is the way of Southern people.
At home, we usually eat like this to make it easier to eat rice.
When I chew it, I can feel the sweetness of the mushroom.
This mushroom is very popular in Taiwan.
I can see it everywhere.
The special thing in Chinese restaurants
or even in Asian restaurants,
you will see a whole kitchen in front of the restaurant.
The chef will cook in front of the customer.
In Western countries,
the chef usually cooks in the back.
That is the difference between Chinese restaurants
and Western restaurants.
I prefer Chinese restaurants
because I can see what they cook
and what they season.
Although the seasoning is part of their secret,
when I see how they cook,
the food will be more delicious.
Now I will focus on my meal.
It's getting dark.
After eating, I will go back to the hotel.
If I stay in Ly, I will take a night break.
Tomorrow, I will continue to travel.
Bye bye.
Can you see that I am so tired?
It's very cold here.
It's about 11-12 degrees Celsius.
I can see 10 bananas.
It's so cute.
Goodbye, everyone.
I am Khoai.
