Hello everyone! Today we will look at a rather interesting modification of the 2x2 cube from Uxin.
This cube has a very strange name, a corner helicopter cube.
But also such a type of puzzle is called a corner twisting puzzle, that is, a puzzle in which corners rotate.
And this particular cube is called Clover Cube 2x2.
Do not confuse with Clover Plus, because this is a completely different puzzle, also based on Clover, but nevertheless a different puzzle.
In this case, we will consider a corner helicopter cube and see what it is.
The puzzle, by the way, is not difficult, but quite interesting. Let's move on to the review.
So, here it is a cube with a very strange name. The box says Corner Helicopter 2x2 Magic Cube.
That is, this is a helicopter corner cube 2x2. Let's unpack it.
The internal structure of the cube is quite complex, there are many small elements.
The puzzle is made on the basis of a 2x2 cube. If you do not touch the small elements and rotate the cube as usual, then this is just a 2x2 cube.
But we can also rotate small elements and confuse the cube much more difficult.
There are a lot of similar modifications in the cube. These are various Mixup Cube, Maple Leaf Cube and similar.
But here we have a 2x2 cube. I immediately confuse the puzzle, because we will now solve it.
In my opinion, there can be no parity in this puzzle. We do not have the same elements.
These two elements seem to be the same, but in fact they are symmetrical.
That is, in fact, there are two different elements, and each element will have its place.
I think the puzzle will not be difficult at all. Now I will try to confuse it as much as possible and we will solve it.
I probably will not count the time, because in this case the time will be absolutely indicative.
This will not be a speed build, this will be just the first familiar build.
And at the same time I will comment on how everything is going.
It seems to me that the puzzle is already quite confusing. Here we have one block.
Let's destroy it right away.
Like this and like this. Let's send the element away.
And here we still have a block.
Let's do it like this.
It seems to me that the puzzle is already quite confusing.
Let's confuse it like this. That's it.
In my opinion, we have no block anywhere else. Here is the block.
But this block is not counted, because this element is not next to us.
Let's call the elements somehow.
We will call these elements ribs.
These elements are petals, and these are angles.
Angle, petal, edge.
In the description, I will leave a link to the ZTC store and to their VKontakte group, where you can learn about new promotions and sales, as well as news from the world of speedcubing.
So, first I want to create pairs.
I already see that there is a white-orange one here, and there is also a white-orange one here.
This is the edge, this is the petal.
We adjust the edge and put the petal in place.
There is.
Now we need to put this pair in its place.
Here we have orange, here we have white, but the pair is inverted.
Accordingly, this pair should be in the same place, but in this place.
That is, if there was a correct corner here, it would be here.
Accordingly, we need to move this pair to its place.
We need to find a white-orange one.
Here we have an orange one.
And here, by the way, we have a block.
Here we have a block that we can move here now.
Let's do it right away.
We move the block.
Here we have collected 4 elements.
We put it.
So here we already have 2 elements in their places.
Further. Let's continue to collect this corner.
We will rearrange this pair later, just try not to destroy it yet.
Here we have a green-orange one.
Accordingly, we need to find a green-orange edge.
Green-orange edge.
I see a green-orange petal.
But it is impossible that this is not what we need.
Here is a green-orange edge.
And accordingly, we move it here.
Now let's check if this is the edge we need or not.
It should be here.
This is not the edge.
Because in this position, orange coincides, green coincides.
But when we move it, it will no longer coincide here.
Accordingly, here we have a block.
I did not disassemble it well enough.
I have a lot of blocks.
While I am collecting, these blocks run to different places.
Therefore, the cube will be more disassembled.
We already have a partially assembled corner.
Next, we need to put a white-green edge and a white-green petal.
Here we have a white-green petal.
And here we have 2 edges.
I don't know yet which one will suit us.
Therefore, let's just adjust and look.
We need to adjust here.
Unfold.
This will do.
But now it is inverted.
But when we turn it, it will take its place.
Now we need to put a petal.
Put the petal and drive it with the edge.
Hold your finger here so as not to get confused.
Here we have a petal.
We can move it like this.
There is nothing complicated here.
Everything is assembled by analogy with similar puzzles.
These are various modifications of the cube.
So, we have assembled one corner.
Now we will assemble the next corner.
We had an orange-white block.
If I didn't disassemble it, yes, I didn't disassemble it.
Let's put it in its place.
Orange-white.
It should be here.
We turn the corner and adjust it.
It will be here.
We need to unfold it like this.
And there we can fit it in its place.
Here.
We put it.
Next we have blue-white.
We have an edge.
Here.
I hope this is the edge we need.
Yes, this is the edge we need.
Because when we turn it, it will unfold.
I'll show you just in case.
And we need to find a blue-white petal.
Here is our petal.
And here is the petal.
But we don't know what we need yet.
Oh, we can look like this.
When we look at the petal,
here is blue, here is white.
Here is blue, here is white.
Accordingly, we need this petal.
We can bend it, in theory,
without even rotating the cube,
using only the corners.
Yes, there is.
Done.
Here is orange-blue.
Let's check.
We can look like this.
Here is orange, here is blue.
Here is blue, here is orange.
It doesn't fit.
Let's look at the next one.
Here is orange-blue.
Here is blue, here is orange.
Accordingly, this petal fits.
But before we put it,
we need to adjust the petal,
which is next to it.
That is, we need to put this block
in this place.
Accordingly, we raise it,
unfold it so that
this element takes its place.
Here it is.
That is, here, in fact,
we use the formulas
that are used during the assembly
of a 3x3 cube.
And 2x2, respectively.
So, we have two blocks,
two corners, more precisely.
And there are 6 left.
Do we have any blocks or not?
I don't see any blocks yet.
Here the element seems to be in its place,
but there are no edges,
so it is not counted.
It seems to me, by the way,
it will be easier to navigate
if we immediately turn the corners.
Although at the time of assembly
the corners will always turn around,
because we will need to use them
in order to rotate the element.
But now it seems to me
that it will be easier to look.
Let's start with this corner.
What do we have?
We need to find a green-red edge.
We have a green-red edge.
I don't see it anywhere.
And here we have a block.
So we will put this block in place.
Green-orange.
Green-orange should stand here.
And it should stand here,
but in a different place.
Accordingly, we need to somehow overclock it.
We remove it, overclock it,
unfold it and put it in place.
Accordingly, we collect this corner.
Next we have yellow-green.
We have yellow-green.
By the way, we can overclock this one here.
Let's collect yellow-green.
Let's hide the one we need.
Or not?
Yes, the one we need.
Let's hide the petal.
Let's overclock the edge.
Let's put the petal.
And we have a block in parallel.
Blue-red.
We should overclock this one here.
Blue-red is ready.
But we don't pay attention to it yet.
Next we have yellow-orange.
Here we have it and here we have it.
Let's check.
Here we have yellow-orange.
Here we have orange.
More precisely, yellow on top.
It's better not to look like that.
Orange on top of yellow.
Here we have orange on top of yellow.
This petal fits us.
And the edge, accordingly, fits us.
Let's combine them and overclock here.
Done.
We have collected another corner.
We have three corners.
Let's overclock them in one direction.
Next.
We had a blue-red block here.
Let's put it in its place.
Here we have a blue-red block.
And we should put it here.
No, it won't fit.
It will turn around.
We will put it here.
Next.
We have red-white here.
Let's check.
It doesn't fit.
Here we have red on top of white.
And here we have white on top of red.
Accordingly, we find this element.
It will fit us, but we need to find the edge.
Here we have an edge.
More precisely, we will put a confused name.
I came up with it myself.
The petal will be overclocked here.
It doesn't fit.
It will turn around.
Let's look for another petal.
We have another petal here.
Then we will turn it around and put the desired petal here.
So, we have two blocks assembled.
Now we need
a blue-white-red block.
This is what we need.
There is.
Here we need a blue-white.
Blue-white is here.
And this is the only one that remains.
Because we can use another one.
Accordingly, it will fit.
We need a white-blue petal.
Here it is.
And we adjust.
Of course, we can move everything to one side.
But it doesn't make sense.
Because they will rotate during the assembly.
Next, we had a red-white block.
Another one.
We can put it here.
Where will it go?
Here.
There is a red-white block.
We put it.
Next, we have a white-green block.
Now it's easier to collect.
Because there are fewer free elements.
And it's easier to find them.
We turn the edge, put the element in place.
And move the block.
Done.
We collected another block.
Next, we have a wrong petal.
The edge is wrong.
We need red-green here.
Red-green is here.
Now let's check if it fits or not.
It fits.
If we keep it like this.
Green on top of red.
Here we have red on top of green.
It doesn't fit.
Here is red-green.
And here is a red-green petal.
We need to combine them.
Done.
We put it in place.
Done.
We have already collected 5 corners.
There are 3 corners left.
Most likely, there will be some difficulties in the last 2 corners.
Now we will check.
Here is a red-green block.
We put it here.
Next, we have green-yellow.
Here is a green-yellow block.
The petal is already here.
We need to remove it.
Here it is.
We twist it.
The edge is here.
The petal is missing.
Here is a red-yellow edge.
Done.
There are 2 corners left.
Most likely, there will be some difficulties here.
Or maybe not.
Here we need an edge.
We do it like this.
Done.
Let's twist it.
Here is a yellow-orange edge.
It is here.
We need to twist it.
But first, we need to adjust the petal.
We do it like this.
We combine the petal and the edge.
We put it on the other corner.
And we put it in its place.
Oh, no.
It is not its place.
And here we will have to destroy it.
Because we need to turn the corner correctly.
We need to move it here.
Here is a blue-yellow edge.
It should be here.
Done.
Here is a blue-yellow edge.
It should be here.
And here is a blue-yellow petal.
It should be here.
We can combine the petal and the edge.
How can we do it?
Let's put it here.
Here is a petal.
We need to take this petal.
Maybe we will have to disassemble
what we have already assembled.
Let's see.
I'm trying to understand what we need to do.
We need to take this petal
and put it on this edge.
If we hide it,
we will disassemble
what we have already assembled.
I just got more confused.
Let's figure out what I'm doing now.
We have this block.
But we have disassembled this block.
We need to put
a red-yellow petal here.
We put a red-yellow petal here.
We need to put it here.
It's getting interesting.
We need to figure out
how to do it.
Or we can put it here.
Let's try.
I'm not sure
we will succeed.
I think we will get more confused.
What can we do?
How can we do it?
If we hide it,
we will get confused.
We have disassembled this block.
But we can move this block.
Yes, I got it.
We need to put it here.
And we need to leave
two last...
Oh, we have disassembled it in another place.
I don't know how to do it.
I haven't figured it out yet.
It's getting interesting.
Red-blue.
Blue-yellow.
The edge is not in its place.
We need to put the edge in its place.
Blue-yellow edge.
Blue-yellow petal.
We need to use
some other sides.
Or we can use the ones we have.
Blue-red edge.
We can use this one.
It's disassembled.
I got it.
It's here.
And here.
We need to change them.
It's done.
It wasn't hard.
We have disassembled
the main part of the puzzle.
Here we have a 2x2 cube.
It has a standard shape for a 2x2 cube.
I don't assemble cubes fast,
so my assembly will be slow.
But it's interesting
when you try to turn it with your finger.
It's done.
The puzzle wasn't hard,
but it was interesting.
I want to point out that
the edges move well.
It wasn't hard at all.
If I don't turn it enough,
it will be disassembled.
It's a good puzzle.
If I put it like this,
it won't be disassembled.
But it's a big plus.
I liked the cube.
In conclusion,
the puzzle wasn't hard,
but it was interesting.
I like cubes,
which don't require special formulas.
In this case,
I used the knowledge
I learned from cubes.
But this puzzle is logical.
There was no special formula.
You just put the elements,
make pairs, make corners,
and then solve the 2x2 cube.
Only at this moment
you will need a formula
to solve the 2x2 cube.
And in order to put all the elements
in their places,
you don't need any formulas.
I really liked the cube.
