Cơn ác mộng nữa của ông Tập, 8 con đường lớn ra quốc tế ‘đóng sập’?
Xi's other nightmare was the collapse of the eight major international roads.
Beijing abandoned China's long-awaited foreign policy in place of a major diplomatic policy in an effort to point the way for the world.
However, the eight major international gates have been closed in succession, and the Chinese Communist Party is increasingly isolated.
Since the 18th National Congress, the Chinese Communist Party has abandoned China's long-awaited foreign policy in place of a major diplomatic policy.
The Chinese Communist Party hopes to appear on the world stage as a major country, playing a leading role in establishing a so-called humanitarian community.
However, the practical effect of this major diplomatic policy is completely contrary to Beijing's expectations.
On July 1, 2021, the Chinese Communist Party celebrated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party.
70,000 people gathered in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, a very large scale, but no national or foreign government came to celebrate.
Looking around the world, Beijing is increasingly isolated, increasingly standing outside the international community.
In today's program, we would like to summarize the eight major events that the Chinese Communist Party was rejected by the world.
1. Difficulty in joining a new global trade system.
Currently, there are three main free trade zones in the world.
One is the Free Trade Zone of Europe, which includes 27 EU countries, along with Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway in the Free Trade Association of Europe.
In addition, Switzerland joins the European Central Market by signing the bilateral agreement between Switzerland and the EU.
After Britain withdrew from the EU, this country joined the European Central Market through the British-EU trade agreement.
2. The North American Free Trade Zone, which includes the US, Canada and Mexico.
3. The CPTPP, the Comprehensive and Progressive Partnership Agreement.
Currently, there are 12 member states, Japan, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei, Mexico, Chile and Peru.
These three free trade zones cover most of the world's developing economies, accounting for more than 70% of trade, but the Chinese Communist Party is not among them.
On July 16, 2023, the CPTPP member-state ministers' meeting ended in Auckland, New Zealand.
The CPTPP application from the Chinese Communist Party was rejected.
To participate in the CPTPP, you must meet five conditions.
1. Stable and transparent political system.
2. Free and open economic environment.
3. Long-term market power.
4. Profitable employment and a good working life.
5. Other member states agree.
Beijing cannot meet any of these five conditions, so it is reasonable to be rejected.
The three free trade zones above are all running effectively.
What does that mean?
It means that the World Trade Organization with the WTO will be suspended.
At the same time, it also means that Beijing will be excluded from the new world trade system.
2. Not in the chip alliance led by the US.
In the global semiconductor industry chain, companies from the US, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan occupy the main markets.
Among them, the US semiconductor manufacturing industry leads the world in electronic design automation,
EDA and IP logic, chip design and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
To address the shortage of semiconductors and the weakening of the supply chain,
the US has increased its policy coordination with Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
As of May 11, 2021, 65 companies in the US, Europe, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan
have announced the establishment of the US Semiconductor Alliance SIAC.
This alliance seems to cover almost the entire semiconductor industry chain.
In April 2022, the US government proposed the establishment of the Quad chip alliance,
chip4, with South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
Then, the US tried to attract more allies and partners to the chip alliance.
On January 27, 2023, the US, Japan and the Netherlands
established a chip alliance to limit China's semiconductors
in addition to advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
On January 31, the US and India held a conference on the US-India Initiative
on Important and Innovative Technologies, ICET,
to promote cooperation between the two countries in the chip field.
Many trends show that the chip alliances established by the US are gradually expanding,
but China's semiconductors have been excluded from the list.
3. In addition to the G7 Summit,
from May 19 to 21, 2023, the G7 Summit is held in Hiroshima, Japan.
The main participants are the leaders of the seven developing countries
of the United States, France, Germany, Britain, Canada, Italy and Japan,
European Commission President von der Leyen and European Council President Michel.
The nine leaders of the countries invited are
South Korean President Moon Suk-hyen,
Australian Prime Minister Anbanis,
Brazilian President Lula, the largest country in South America,
and President Asumani of Comoros, the host country of the African Union,
Mani, President of the Pacific Fleet,
Prime Minister Brown of the Cuk Fleet,
Chairman of the G20, Prime Minister Modi of India,
Indonesian President Joko, President of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations,
Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh,
and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
In fact, this is an important international conference
with the participation of the most developed countries in the world
and representative countries from the south of the globe,
but the Chinese Communist Party has been excluded from the list.
4. In addition to the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework,
on May 27, 2023,
the Ministerial Conference on the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework
was held in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
The United States and partners in the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework
including Australia, Brunei, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan,
South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam,
a total of 14 countries reached an agreement on supply chain issues.
14 countries agreed to build a flexible, effective, productive,
sustainable, transparent, diversified, safe, fair and more comprehensive supply chain.
This is an important conference on the reshaping of the supply chain
in the Indo-Pacific region after the COVID-19 pandemic,
but China has been excluded from the list.
5. In addition to the Indo-Pacific European Union Ministerial Conference,
on May 13, 2023,
the Indo-Pacific European Ministerial Conference
was held in Stockholm, Sweden.
About 60 foreign ministers from the European Union
and the Indo-Pacific region,
as well as representatives of organizations in the Indo-Pacific region
and other partners attended the conference,
while Beijing was excluded.
A reporter asked,
how can we discuss the Indo-Pacific issue
without China's participation?
EU Foreign and Security Policy Representative Boren replied,
we can totally discuss the Indo-Pacific issue
without China's participation.
Is there a problem with that?
6. Unlucky with the Second Global Summit on Democracy
On March 29, 2023,
the United States invited Costa Rica,
the Netherlands,
South Korea,
and Zambia
to jointly hold the Second Global Summit on Democracy,
which was held by online video format.
US President Biden gave a keynote speech.
The presidents of Zambia, Costa Rica,
South Korea,
and the Dutch Prime Minister
held conferences in the African,
Latin American,
Asian,
and European locations,
and gave key speeches.
The summit invited leaders
from 121 countries and regions,
more than eight countries
compared to previous summits.
Those eight countries were
the African countries Tanzania,
Côte d'Ivoire,
Gambia,
Mauritania,
and Mozambique.
The European countries Liechtenstein,
Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Latin America,
and Honduras.
But once again,
China was left out.
7. Unlucky with the Second Global Summit
on Democracy
From January 12 to January 13, 2023,
India invited national leaders
and senior officials
from more than 120 developing countries
to attend the online summit
on democracy
of the global south.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi
said at the opening ceremony
of the summit
that if countries in the global south
try to cooperate with each other,
they can set up a global agenda.
But the Chinese Communist Party
was excluded from the summit.
8. Unlucky with the Asia-Pacific
Summit
On May 23, 2023,
the Asia-Pacific Summit
ASEAN 51
was held in Iran.
The topic of the meeting was non-dollarization
and how to promote countries
to reduce their dependence on US dollars
in order to establish new financial systems.
The meeting was attended
by nine member states
of the Asia Financial Alliance,
including Iran,
India, Bangladesh,
Bhutan,
Pakistan,
Nepal,
Maldives,
Myanmar,
and Sri Lanka.
Russia and Afghanistan were invited to attend,
but the Chinese Communist Party
was not invited to attend the summit.
Why is the Chinese Communist Party's
economic development so slow?
On this issue,
the 100-year-long program
of the NTD Central Television
has three main reasons.
First, on the economic side,
the Chinese Communist Party
does not pursue a free market economy
in line with international rules,
but a powerful and authoritarian economy.
All the professions and professions
with the highest profits in China
are in the hands of the red-collar families.
The power of the Chinese Communist Party
to intervene in all areas of the economy
plays a decisive role
in the placement of resources,
reversing market rules,
building into a vicious cycle,
controlling death,
letting go of chaos,
unbiased,
coercive,
dangerous,
modern.
Second, on the political side,
the Chinese Communist Party
follows the principle of
the main party-military-pupil,
the party-school,
even the party-religion.
The party has absolute power.
The absolute power of the weak party
will lead to absolute corruption.
Third, the nature of the consciousness
of the Beijing government
is false and evil.
In terms of falsehood,
the members of the Chinese Communist Party
from top to bottom all lie,
turning China into a big country
that lies to the world.
In terms of evil,
the Chinese Communist Party
has always used guns
against the people of China
and stabbed the people of China in the head.
Anyone who dares to doubt or resist
will be trampled on without mercy.
The Chinese Communist Party
has turned China into a big country
according to the world's first
terrorist ideology.
In terms of fighting,
the Chinese Communist Party
is devoted to fighting the sky,
the earth,
and the whole world.
The Chinese Communist Party
has been in power for more than 70 years
and has always played a cruel game
on the whole of China,
the whole world.
Today, the government and the people
in as many countries and regions
have understood the true nature
of the Chinese Communist Party.
Now, although countries around the world
have not made it clear
that they are escaping
from the Chinese Communist Party,
the Chinese Communist Party
has not been able to
break away from Beijing
in the areas of tension
and exclude the Chinese Communist Party
from the international community.
This is the end of today's DKN.
