And after our team calculated, we came up with the following design parameters. The front of the project has a length of 11.7m, the back of the project is 11.3m, so the total area of ​​Mr. Phong's house will be about 130 square meters. And with an area like this, based on the wishes of Mr. Phong's family, we designed the following spaces. 1 guest room, 1 prayer room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 common bathroom. The house will have 2 approaches, ladies and gentlemen. One is the main hall in the guest room, and the other is the hallway next to the dining room. Specifically, the guest room space combined with the kitchen has a total area of ​​49.19 square meters. The area of ​​the prayer room is 14.07 square meters. The first bedroom is a common bedroom with an area of ​​21.54 square meters. The second bedroom is a master bedroom with an area of ​​27.71 square meters. In it, 22.79 square meters is the area of ​​the bedroom, and 4.92 square meters is the area of ​​the bathroom. The area of ​​the common bathroom will be 4.82 square meters. In addition, the passageway from the living room and the library is designed with an additional wall with a wooden fence to ensure privacy in this space. The kitchen space will be designed in line with the living room, ladies and gentlemen, and open a large open space so that we can move comfortably. Next is a very modern kitchen space, designed with all the necessary equipment. The layout of the kitchen cabinet and the cooking kitchen in the shape of the letter Y embraces the wall, highlighting the neatness and convenience. The design of the sink and the cooking kitchen are separated by a certain distance, avoiding the gap between the water and the fire according to the water supply. In the kitchen, there are 4 good directions, which are clean air, privacy, nature, and service. The bad directions will include diseases, mosquitoes, pollution, and harm. In addition, the design of the position of the refrigerator, which is suitable for the kitchen cabinet, creates a neat and tidy space for the kitchen. The dining table can be used for 4 people. The solution to bring light, transparency, as well as avoid the smell of this room is a 3-window window next to the dining table and a door leading to the balcony. Next, we will come to the living space of this project. That is 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a normal bedroom, and in addition to the basic interior, there is a very prominent detail in this bedroom. That is the extremely large wardrobe, with a double length compared to the wardrobe of bedroom 2. This bedroom is also designed with a 2-window window facing the balcony of the project, and to bring natural light, transparency, comfortable feeling when we use it, avoid the feeling of being caught when we need to sleep in the room. Bedroom 2 will be a bedroom for Mr. Phong's wife. It is a master bedroom with a full, convenient, luxurious design, including a sleeping bed, 2 bedside tables on both sides, a mini table, wardrobe, sofa chair, and TV stand. It is quite investment so that you can watch movies together, watch shows, and relax while we sleep. The bathroom is closed in the room, equipped with glass partition, separate wet and dry areas, with basic equipment such as a sink, a sink, a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 windows on both sides of the bed, facing the back of the project. The general toilet of the project is also equipped with a bathroom, and the same is the glass partition, which is convenient during use. The main color will be white, combined with the grayish color of the Japanese roof and other decorative materials. White is always a color that is prioritized by the owners, because white can be easily matched with other colors, beautiful and bright. The Japanese roof has a moderate height, is aesthetic, and saves more money than the Thai roof. For the roof, you can use many different solutions. You can apply the roof with a roof tile, such as Fuji or Bream tiles. If you want to save more money, you can switch to using tiles. However, it should be noted that tiles, when compared to functionality or aesthetics, cannot be made with a roof tile. However, the big advantage of tiles is that it saves money. In addition, there are currently several types of roof tiles on the market, especially tiles, but are designed almost the same as roofs. In terms of functionality, the disadvantages have also been improved compared to before. The main building in the main hall is designed with a square body, in addition to the tile details. The floor and ceiling are covered with granite stone, yellowish, cloud-like, creating a highlight and emphasis for this building. The frame in the main hall is one of the easy-to-find details in modern buildings. The walls around the building are covered with engraved marble, creating a sense of firmness, stability, and high aesthetics. In addition, there are also four main hall trees on the left, which are covered with tiles, and all of them are painted in gray, creating a connection with other details of the house. Looking from the right, you can see a mansion on the side of the building. On the right side, the building is also decorated with flowers and plants, helping our building to have more vibrant colors, closer to nature. Both the main hall and the main hall are used with the high-rise tiles. Each tile is 15 cm high, creating a height for the building. The material is also granite stone with high hardness and good strength. As for the materials to choose the tiles, we will have the following materials.
