It's your home-made tea, isn't it? It's lotus tea I'm sorry. It's lotus tea I've dried it yesterday. I've put its stem on lotus leaves and made tea for you Oh, okay How is it going at the end of the year? It's going well I don't know where to put all the money I'm trying to build a house, then invite Mr. Phang to build a house for me It's so beautiful You're such a lucky guy Yeah But we have to visit that house, why are we sitting here and drinking coffee? Oh, so you didn't know where to go when you came in? No This is the park of the house that we are going to visit Oh really? Yes Hello everyone, welcome back to Vienna Vic architecture channel I'm Nhu Le and next to me is Mr. Sang, the architect who has created many beautiful houses And today we are not in Ninh Binh, but in a house in Phu Tho Can you tell me why you choose this house? We have a space like a beautiful coffee shop, but when I first came in, I thought it was a coffee shop Well, at the end of the busy year, we have to find a house with a lot of gardens to do both work and relax with the park of that house, right? Yes, the previous house that we visited was in Ninh Binh Compared to the house in Phu Tho, I see there are some similarities For example, there is a garden space, a fish tank, a space to sit and watch the garden, and you can see the fish swimming in the water With this project, it has a slightly larger scale, the area of the land is even larger, the area for the garden is more Because this is a youthful land, this is still a very beautiful and natural place This project was also built to live and rest Therefore, the first urgent need of the owner is to have an entertainment space, a garden, swimming pool, etc. When I step into the house, I feel like a high-end resort, not an ordinary house And when I sit here, I can observe the swimming pool over there Can we go there now? I'm so excited Let's go The grass and the pool like this will really bring people a comfortable and relaxing view I'm sorry it's so cold today, I don't think I can swim This is a very valuable area in the summer of this resort This is a place for swimming, high-intensity exercise, health Sometimes there is a barbecue party This is the area where you can sit and play, eat and listen to music It's very beautiful, isn't it? I noticed that some houses have a Japanese-style pool to make it look big Why is this pool round and round? Because this is not a competition pool, it is a pool that combines both the view and the need for swimming Therefore, this shape is related to the aesthetics of the architecture These curves create a sense of softness in the garden To combine with a land that is not curved With the curves of the grassland here Do you notice the wall over there? It is a water tower hidden in that wall I saw a water curtain I will open it in the afternoon Then the effect of the garden and the view here will be better I wonder why there is such a wall It turns out to be a water tower I noticed that the owner also created a lot of space for us to sit There is also a space here for a family gathering at the weekend You can sit here or there Let me show you this space In a large garden like this, the functions of a garden are full It is both aesthetic and has the needs of the people This is the area that has been planned to increase production To grow vegetables This is a space that is not too luxurious But it should be in everyday life For young people to understand the plants that they eat every day It is not luxurious, but I think it is necessary Because when I go to the market to buy, I often choose products that are not clean Why don't you grow it yourself and eat it? I feel more confident I think there is a meaning Sometimes it is the joy of life Being able to do small jobs to serve yourself It is more valuable than going to the market to buy and cook I also asked many people who have a lot of money They are successful in life or successful people What is their dream? Their dream is not to invest in tourism or luxury Their dream is to have a large garden Because they can take care of it and spend time enjoying it I feel comfortable I will take you to a very interesting space We just sat down, right? Yes This is the fishing area It is very special It is along the gate, along the land Yes, I notice there is a bridge here Yes, this is the bridge This bridge is for fish Yes It looks very chill Besides, I notice there are big rocks like that To be able to go straight out Yes, this is a fish pond It is a random shape It creates nature in this garden Today we come here because it is winter The tree is not yet It is changing leaves The branches are not yet many leaves What kind of tree is this? This is a pine tree Oh, a pine tree Yes There is a pine tree like this Do you see that this pond is different from the fishing ponds we usually see? For example, do you imagine it is like a spring? Yes This is a waterfall that flows from above to the lake Yes, and over there is a bridge There is one thing that we like It describes the nature of the spring It has a rectangle Yes Many projects are short-term The waterfall falls into the lake Yes I notice that it looks like a real spring It just shrinks Yes Thanh Son is a land with mountains This is a natural landscape It is applied in this house The process of creating this spring is complicated I find it difficult to choose stones Yes Choose big stones Yes, this stone I imagine it is also a limestone in the spring Yes It is not a stone It is not a stone in the mountain This is a stone chosen to be planted naturally Yes These limestone stones are collected in the spring to be placed here Yes It is very complicated and delicate Yes The space at night will be brighter At night, there will be a view for everyone to see and experience Yes What is the night scene like? At night, there must be a light here Yes Then there is a light at the pool, right? Yes If I were the owner of this house, I would like to sit outside Yes Now let's go inside and see what is special Ok Let's go inside Yes Ok Here, we are standing in the guest room of this mansion I have a secret for you This mansion is a mansion combined with a business in front of your house Yes That's why its location is special We just went in, it is also a way to go from the backyard to the house This is also the way to receive your closest guests Go in through this way Yes Through the garden to the house The location of this guest room is also set in the backyard Yes The purpose is to get as close as possible to the garden area that is arranged behind Yes It is called an inner space Yes Right? How is it like sitting here? I think this space brings a natural atmosphere Because there are mountains and waterfalls outside But when you step inside, you can imagine that the other side is a mountain, right? Yes And the other side is the sun Exactly This is also a step that the owner and I are very passionate about Yes It is also a way to go in Go in through this way And these pictures create a landscape It takes you from outside your garden to this house Yes The design style here is modern Yes Everything is neat and tidy Go through this way, you can calculate and simulate to create the shape of mountains and sunsets Yes There is also a lamp Yes It looks very beautiful This is a lamp to create an effect when you look inside the house Yes It also creates a sense of unity There are pictures like that outside Yes Mountains like that Yes And inside, there are pictures like that Yes It creates a sense of unity There is also a sofa made of dogwood Dogwood This is a sofa made of dogwood The design is simple It is very... What is it called? I can describe it as a simple sofa And it is future-oriented It is not old-fashioned And it is suitable to enjoy It is not a chair to sit on Yes This is a space that I think is very valuable As a house, this is just a path from one space to another Yes But especially here, there is a special connection And it creates a very interesting space That is the landscape area placed in front of this staircase Yes Do you find anything special? I find it very interesting Because when I enter the house, there is a space where I can see the water like this And I can see the fish And this door, can I open it? Yes This is the sliding door So I can stand here and feed the fish Listen to the sound of water flowing This is a space that... Because it is a house on the main street For business So it will be limited to the interaction between the two sides of the house Yes This is the space that we have separated To save the space from the 4th floor to the 1st floor To create a space for a house like this Yes Another feature that we use is the glass wall Yes Although it is a shallow pool But it creates a glass pool Yes A transparent glass pool to look up The fish will sometimes float on the surface of the water and we can see the fish Like the pool outside, sometimes we have to feed the fish Then we can see the fish But here, we don't have to feed them, we can still look at the fish It's like you're in the aquarium, right? Yes, in the aquarium Sometimes I look through the glass and see the fish floating in front of me Like a fish tank Yes This is a space that I think is worth letting people use in their homes It is a small sacrifice of a few square meters But it creates a great value Fresh air into the house Actually, to sacrifice such a small space But it has greater value It makes the house bigger It makes the house more interesting For example, when visitors come in, they can see that they are also fascinated by such a corner Exactly I just told you, right? This house is a business space It is the passion of your family You do it mainly to live with this business To make your daily life fun This is the way we will go to this business area Let's see what's special Through the years I've been here, I've learned your job This is a clothing store Clothing store Designed by you And sewed for everyone Here it is Do you need me to help you? Yes I can do it Can you measure it? I think this hand is wrong Really? It's wrong Let me learn You have to count this head first Here Where is your chest? Here Here, this whole body That's it You make such beautiful clothes I see Looking at your clothes, I understand why the house is so sophisticated That's the point of view of a house owner Sometimes it is a combination You can think of creative things I can't be surprised to have such a beautiful house This is a business room You can come here to measure and talk about your job Of course, there is a business space This is a counter This is a customer service system This is a fabric storage system And this is a changing room It is hidden in this cabinet Yes, that's great It creates a luxurious space Yes For example, if you come here to finish designing your clothes You can come in and look around the house There is a door I don't know if you are like me I really like this color It is applied a lot in the modern interior design It is a gray color In my opinion, it is a very comfortable color And it creates a sense of weight and elegance in the space It creates a sense of luxury Yes, luxury It creates a sense of class Yes A business space on the main street It is used by glass It is spacious, clean and quiet Yes We were talking about glass and nature This is a business room It is modern It is completely different But it still has the best This is a business space It is a business door It is suitable for both living and working There is always a need for a staff room It is also arranged in this space It is arranged in the space behind There is a guest room A business room A gala room And a small room It is for working and resting Can you see it? It is separated by this door Yes This is made of glass, right? Yes This staircase is covered with glass I notice that many houses are built with normal bricks Yes But this is made of glass What is the reason? It is bright, clean and modern It is easy to clean Yes Moreover, it is a material of the times Yes I think it creates a sense of luxury When glass is used, it reflects like a mirror It is more spacious Yes I can see myself in this mirror Yes This mirror also has a special feature Is this a magnetic mirror? Yes, it is It is a black magnetic mirror As I said, it is made of glass It creates a special meaning of black Powerful and luxurious Please come in Wow It is exactly what I imagined I think that for a house owner, who is meticulous from the living room to the garden, the bedroom must have something special When I come in, I can see that the bed is not a normal bed but a round bed Yes This is a round bed It has many advantages It is more spacious It is easier to walk It is not tight The main colors are brown and gray to make the room look dark But it is still delicate and luxurious Yes It is more spacious This is a place that I always like in every design of your house You always put the main spaces to see the air and the garden Yes A bedroom on the 2nd floor is like the 1st floor Yes The 2nd floor On a sunny day, you and your wife can come here and enjoy the view of the street at night There is still a view and a nice angle to take pictures Yes You are a nature lover All angles in the house can be maximized to let the nature in Right? Yes And because it is a street house the noise especially in the bedroom on the street the noise is inevitable The door system in this house is the door that you put a lot of effort You use the glass door to reduce the noise to create a quiet space even though you are close to the street I open the door It will be very quiet When you close the door the quietness will come back in this space Yes It will have a spiritual value Right? Yes I think I don't need to say anything in this space Yes Just feel it Yes My first impression is that from the bedroom of my husband and his wife it is a very warm space and the main color tone is brown and gray, right? But in this room it is completely different The main color tone is gray gray and dark gray Yes Besides I guess I don't know if I'm right the owner of this room is an artist or an artist Because when I enter the room I feel it is very different from other rooms Only those who are talented and have a deep view of art can come up with a room like this Right? Because here For example, this wall when I entered I was impressed by this place That is a high wall, right? The outer wall is a high wall, right? The outer wall is a high wall to reduce the effect to deepen the wood inside When I turn on the light the light creates a 3D effect a real 3D effect So the inside is real wood, right? The inside is real wood Oh, the inside is real wood I thought it was stone It was processed to be used in the bedroom Wow As I just said it is true This is the owner of this room He is an artist He is a fashion designer So the tendency for young people to do fashion is simplicity It is always there, right? Yes The design of this wall is made by the owner of this room Yes There The whole room must have his own oil His own oil Yes That's it The wall design makes the space functional but it is hidden to create a neatness Yes Instead of using a transparent glass like what you did Right he made a glass like this Glass It shows something It is hidden, right? It is hidden It is hidden in this color That's right We can also put things here Decorate That corner That's right And put things that need to be hidden inside There is a function to put a closet We can still put things Yes That's it It must be Inside it is still a space whether small or big it must have this space It is the closet for changing clothes Yes That's it It is the closet for changing clothes It is the closet for changing clothes It is the closet for changing clothes It is the closet for changing clothes It is the closet for changing clothes It is the closet for changing clothes It
