What kind of pressure did I have to face? How did I experience such a wonderful life? I chose a simple life, a life in the jungle. In April 2019, I built a wooden house over there. I built the wooden house in April. I finished it in July. It was raining, so the construction was a bit difficult. In order to have a life like today, we had to make a decision to change our lives. At that time, the jungle life in the city, in the mountains, in the city, was still familiar to me. It was okay for those who were successful in the urban environment. Myself included. I was one of those who were successful in the urban environment. I am a journalist. I also have a brand and many contributions. I am also highly regarded in the newspaper industry in Ho Chi Minh City. But when I left the last press agency, Central Television, Vietnamese TV, I was also invited to be the General Secretary of Statistics or the Minister of Internal Affairs of some other agencies. But when I looked closely, I chose a simple life. I didn't need to make a living anymore, but I had to come back. Sometimes, I just needed to take a step back, and I would come back. I didn't feel like I did before. Before, it was probably because of my hard work, because of my passion for work. I worked very hard and put a lot of effort into it. But in the end, I realized that it wasn't really necessary. Before I decided to leave the city and go to the forest, I had a company. It was a company of a media corporation. I produced commercials, PR articles, and organized events. It was a very interesting job. I got to know a lot of successful businessmen who made their living by producing commercials. I also got to know a lot of people who were very active and fun. But I also felt bored. I would say that you have to know how to get bored. You have to know how to get bored to change. If you don't know how to get bored, you can't change. So I decided to talk about another topic. About a year ago, when I felt that everything was boring, we decided very quickly. We knew a place called Da Lat. We also tried to go to Mang Den, or other places like Da Nang. Before that, we went to Da Nang, because it was close to our hometown and a beautiful city. But in the end, we chose Da Lat. It was a place where I had been studying for 5 years. I could feel the wonderful atmosphere and the cultural environment of this land. I didn't have much time to think and choose places. So I chose Da Lat. That choice came very quickly. In one morning, I told my wife, when we were having coffee. I would like to say that at that time, we were very comfortable, because the company was working effectively, the income was high, and we paid all the debts of the bank. From the management and efficiency of the work, we paid all the debts of the bank to buy a house. The house we lived in was a beautiful street house, designed in the style of Europe and Singapore. It was a very peaceful street, with a young, civilized and historical population. The economic conditions were also quite good. There was a swimming pool, a fence surrounding the interior security, and a park. The road was wide and cool. The paved road in front of our house was 6 to 8 meters. The road was 8 meters. It was very comfortable. The trees in front of the house were very green and cool. However, it was still an environment that was affected by the pollution of the city, because it was located next to Saigon. The work was no longer exciting. That morning, my wife and I had coffee, and we discussed whether to stop everything and move to Da Lat. We received support from my wife. We decided to try selling the house. Before selling the house, I called a friend from the tourism business in Da Lat and asked if he had land to share or introduce. He said yes, so we started selling the house. In the afternoon, two friends, one from the TV station and one from the media, contacted Dat Kok. I received a package from the person who came first. It was very fast. In the morning and afternoon, I transferred the money to a friend in Da Lat. I didn't know how the land was in Da Lat, but I negotiated the price over the phone and sent the money to him. I was ready to leave the city for the forest. It was a very quick decision. Not many people can do that, because they have to calculate a lot about what to do, where to live, how to raise their children, and how to make a living. But I decided to leave it all behind. That decision brought a lot of problems. We had to solve a lot of problems to make our lives better. I will talk about that in the next video.
