Mark Wahlberg Doesn't Think He'll "Be Acting That Much Longer"

Mark Wahlberg is opening up about his future in Hollywood, saying he doesn't know how much longer he can stand in front of cameras. In a recent interview, the actor and producer said, "'Well, I'm certainly working harder now than ever. Certain businesses, you kind of build them, pass them on, or you exit. Hopefully my kids will see what their interests are, but I don't think that I'll be acting that much longer at the pace I am now.'" Wahlberg's recent films on the acting side include Me Time, Father Stew, Uncharted, Infinite, and more. As far as being a producer, he says, "'It came out of necessity. I didn't want to sit around waiting for Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise or whoever was already established before me and were the guys at the time, and Leo DiCaprio to go and pass on a movie until I could get my hands on it.'" But Wahlberg admits he may continue to stretch his talents by hopping in the director's chair, by working with some of the other great talents, among them The Next Generation.
