Eating China’s 1,000-Year-Old Egg

Century eggs don't look like any eggs you may be familiar with. Cut a piece out and you'll see the whites are brown like jelly and the yolks are black and green-brown. They are considered a delicacy in China, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.
