Century eggs don't look like any eggs you may be familiar with. Cut a piece out and you'll see the whites are brown like jelly and the yolks are black and green-brown. They are considered a delicacy in China, dating back to the Ming Dynasty. Qianggeng Wu and Aishu Sun, a couple living in Changlong Village, China, show us how they use traditional preservation techniques to turn ordinary duck, quail and chicken eggs into fragrant century eggs tasty.
