Manchester United sign Altay Bayindir

Sky Mobile sponsors the transfer window on Sky Sports News. And of course we have got some breaking news for you straight away and this confirms Manchester United. They need a goalkeeper because Dean Henderson has gone to Crystal Palace on a permanent deal. Of course David de Gea, his contract wasn't renewed. So at the moment Andre Onana, their only experienced goalkeeper, they have signed Altai by India on a contract running until June 2027 with the option of a further year that is subject to international clearance. He's a very experienced goalkeeper despite being just 25 years old. He's made 166 career appearances, keeping 53 clean sheets. 116 of those appearances for Fenerbahce since he made his debut in 2019. He's also got five international caps since the first of those in 2021. So Altai by India has been signed by Manchester United on a contract until June 2027 with the option of a further year and it looks like they've got an international quality backup for Andre Onana.
