'False pretenses': Chinese fishing ban does nothing to protect wildlife

A nonprofit organization devoted to ocean conservation has raised concerns that China's latest fishing restriction amounts to little more than a PR stunt since the nation allegedly doesn't fish much in the recently forbidden areas.
