China's Flooding Crisis Ignites Civil Defiance #chinaflood, #chinanews

At the end of July and the beginning of August, the waning Doksuri Typhoon made landfall in the Beijing region, causing heavy rainfall. To ensure the safety of the capital and Xi Jinping's millennium plan for the "Xiong'an New Area" in Hebei, the CCP urgently released floodwaters without warning, resulting in severe flooding in places like Beijing's Mentougou District and Zhuozhou in Baoding, Hebei.
Vast farmlands and houses in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were destroyed, roads were washed away, vehicles were submerged, and millions were left homeless. There were even bodies lying in the streets of Beijing. Entire villages in Mentougou suffered catastrophic losses, and at its peak, the water depth in Zhuozhou reached up to 12 meters, with the number of casualties difficult to ascertain. While the CCP concealed real death toll data and manipulated the narrative of the disaster, it shifted the blame for the man-made flooding entirely onto natural disaster.
In this human-made disaster, CCP officials remained absent, without rescue efforts or compensation. They only released floodwaters. After triggering public anger and resistance, they responded with strong suppression, creating another human tragedy and political crisis after the "Zero-COVID" disaster.
