The Maison du citoyen hosts Experience Asia 2023, the City of Gatineau's signature event to celebrate the contribution of Asian communities in Gatineau and the region as part of Heritage Month. Asian.

This will be the 16th edition. The event is organized in collaboration with Asian Embassies, Organizations and Communities in the region.

The event also makes it possible to discover the culture of these countries, to create beautiful encounters and to contribute to living together.

The program will offer festive and interactive activities with music, songs, dance, typical food. On the way to the kiosks, you are invited to discover Asia in terms of crafts, health, tourist information, opportunities for cultural and economic exchanges. More than a dozen countries will be represented. The celebration will begin with an Aboriginal purification ceremony.
