Back With A BANG At Old Trafford 💥 | Man Utd 3-1 RC Lens | 2023/24 Pre-Season

Bruno Fernandes for Manchester United. Rhys Samba, a name that you may know knocking around in English football. Leading out is Racing Club, long side, onto the Old Trafford turn. It's Rashford, Rashford does bring it in, Gnacho, Gnacho! Squares, is it Mason Mount? Oh, he's stopped his shot. Could have been Mason Mount's first goal at Old Trafford for Manchester United. Paros towards the penalty area, checks onto his right foot, gets it across, finds Mount, Mount with the strike, looping! Over the top, deflection corner. Good chance, good break again. Paul Bruno for Gnacho, again, I mean, that's exactly what you want. Fun to watch, that's behind Raphael Varane. Oh, this chipped effort, it's going to be really close, oh, what a goal! Manchester United are behind. And it's come from absolutely nowhere, a speculative, chipped effort. United 0-1. Well, that's the only problem when you play that way, if you do give the ball away like Deleuze done, it's the only option, really. It's a great finish. That's going to be stolen by Gnacho, takes a brilliant touch, and now Manchester United are out of the way. Can he find an option in the middle? Can he go on his own? Gnacho with the effort! Oh, it's over the top. Gnacho, absolutely fantastic from the young Argentinian. Ball as well, nodded down, comes to Bruno Fernandes, first-by ball to Gnacho, inside the penalty area. Gnacho! Comes out to... Oh, it's over the top, Anthony. Gone out for a corner, somebody's got something on him on the way through. It's a good block. I think he tripped on his own shoelaces. Here comes the ball into Marcus Rashford, Rashford with the chance! Rashford with the goal! And the strike that ends business as usual for Marcus Rashford. United 1-1-1. It's a great ball, it really is absolutely perfectly weighted from Anthony. Jackson takes it over the keeper's legs, but even so, Marcus is off and running. Here comes Frankowski, down the right-hand side. Control from... 3-on-2 for Manchester United, Gnacho gets it across to Anthony, heavy touch, but can he finish? Of course he can! The strike that ends Manchester United at the double. United 2-1-1. Absolutely sublime. As I said first off, no backwards stepping in. Here comes the cross, and it comes down for Marcus Rashford! Or is it Casemiro that's got the final touch? I think it's Marcus. I think it's come off Varane, is it? Onto Marcus? Absolutely brilliant. Casemiro taking plaudits too. One of them. Right, we're gonna have to go to a video replay to sort out who's got it. United won't care, they lead 3-1. Tell you what, you won't get it off me. Casemiro just gets caught on the ball. He'll be with that too. It's an opportunity, scooped effort... Oh, what a save! Backpedalling, dives away to his left-hand side, turns it round the corner for a corner. Was that for the cameras that one? I think it's a good save.
