Welcome to Absolute Drinks with Rico. I'm Rico and today we're going to do a twist on a classic.
You know how much I love the basic Sea Breeze. It is very basic but you've got to love it.
We're going to do the Mango Breeze today. Super grape, orange zest straight away in your face.
The orange juice is amazing. That aeratedness really heightens the flavour of the orange.
Oranges are very sweet, perfectly balanced with the tart bitter cranberry juice and mango is
the number one fruit on earth. And don't forget guys, if you're enjoying and liking all these
drinks recipes, click a like and don't forget subscribe. 100k, that's what we want. Okay,
no messing around. We've got a built drink, never drink alone. So I'm making two drinks right here.
Usually I say start with the cheapest ingredient first but this is a very simple drink and I want
absolute mango to flow through all the drink. So I'm going to be adding the mango in first
so that it already starts to mix together. So first up, we're going to take absolute mango
and again, new bottle, new taste. We want 45ml of mango straight into each glass
followed by 60ml of cranberry juice per drink. Did you hear that? Sounds like it's farting.
Okay, next up, we're just about to do the icing but as you know, I like to elevate things. I like
to aerate my juices. So what we're going to do is aerate some orange juice. Hopefully I can peel
better than last time. So we're going to get a couple of oranges. Boom, boom, boom. Why can I
not peel oranges? It's like I've lost a skill. I kind of hate this. I hate you filming me
struggling with an orange. Squirting everywhere. God, the silence is killing me guy.
We've got tumbleweeds in the studio. That's going to do. So guys, we've learned that Rico
can't peel oranges. Well done Rico. So we want to get this super fluffy juice ready.
Stick on that centrifuge. Okay, we've got that real nice super fluffy orange juice.
Time to ice up the glass. Now I want to prep some garnishes. I would say go for an orange garnish
just because that's kind of easy. You may have an orange lying around the house. It will add
another level of aroma to your drink. So an orange zest is always great. But if you have the luxury
of having a mango lying around your house, this may be really nice with a slice of mango.
So all we want is a nice like crescent moon. So all you're going to want to do is just slice down
like so. And then I only want a nice little slice like this. Nothing more, nothing less.
But one thing guys, please don't go out buying mangoes just to put a slice in a drink like this.
If you've got mango, use mango, orange otherwise. Come on. So next up, pour that fluffy juice right
over the top and you can then stick in your orange zest like so or apply a little slice of mango
maybe like so. And there we have it guys. The mango breeze twist on a classic. Again,
with all these layered drinks, I always have to give them a stir because otherwise it's just
going to taste like orange juice on the top. So let's go for it. Why can't I drink?
What's wrong with my mouth? Super simple drink. Perfect for summer barbecues. Perfect
for pounding on your porch. It's a pure porch pounder. That's it. This is the
Absolute Mango Breeze. I'm Rico. This is Absolute Drinks with Rico. I'm out. Peace.
