中國傳統中藥材：黃精 （Traditional Chinese herbal medicines：Polygonatum sibiricum Red）

每至初冬時節，楊定升都會帶領藥農上山採挖黃精，並用九蒸九曬的古法進行炮製。浙中當地獨有的玉竹黃精根小而藥理成分尤高。通過古法炮製加工技藝，黃精在生熟蛻變之間，轉寒為平，化苦為甘，減毒增效，是人們滋補養生的上好佳品。
In the early winter, Yang Ding Sheng leads the farmers to dig the Polygonatum sibiricum Red in the mountains and prepare it by the ancient method of nine steaming and nine drying. The root of Polygonatum sibiricum Red of yu zhu, which is unique in Zhejiang Province, is small but has a high pharmacological composition. Through the ancient art of concocting and processing, yellow essence is transformed from cold to flat, and from bitter to sweet, reducing toxicity and increasing effectiveness.
