Less Anxiety -- More Effectiveness (& Peace)

Anxiety is a core trait of human beings. It comes from our fears. But the anxiety level can vary across people.

It is always the person who is the most calm or still (low levels of anxiety), that wins in a given competition. Because the calmer you are, the more clearly you can think. The more clearly you can think, the better judgement you will make. And particularly in the age of infinite leverage (code, media), good judgement is the most valuable skill.

- We waste too much Energy through Anxiety.

- Engage in activities in which Anxiety is NOT the motivation. Pure Motivations don't come out of anxieties.

** Self-examination of your thoughts.
** An unexamined life is the cause for persistent Anxiety.

- Your thoughts define the world you live in. Because it is how you perceive the outer world. --- So, your thoughts will determine the quality of your life.


- Self-examination Practice (min 49.45 )
• 3 Things
** Read Philosophy (that will inspire you to self-reflect)
** Be aware of your thoughts. See your BS.
** Sit for 1h daily. Don't put any effort into anything.

- Other benefits --- Enjoying yourself without the need of anything external / Being happy alone (SuperPower 2).
