• What gives us the strength to be vulnerable -- Unconditional love. Having self confidence. Having had love and acceptance in childhood.

• Fear is an unhelpful emotion (most of the times). Only be fearful when confronting an actual danger.
** Success doesn't come from a place of fearfulness, but from the willingness to be vulnerable and accept failure


• Vulnerability implies authenticity/honesty. --- Authenticity is Power. Because some people will identify themselves with the vulnerability revealed, and so they will pay attention and follow the person with the vulnerability exposed.
** e.g./ Someone says he is afraid about something. Then, the people who has this same feeling, will likely follow this person.
