- Success follows a Power Law Distribution. Thus, could everyone become successful?
• Yes! In any "thing" (in which you can potentially become successful) there is a Power Law distribution. Thus, there are multiple Power Laws!
• There are millions of niches across the internet.
• * So everyone can be successful.

- In the Money Game, it is true that there will always be a "success hierarchy". Someone will always be higher or lower than you.
• But this is not a relevant Game.
• What's important is that your are making enough to cover your basic needs and have fun in the process.
• The Economy is a positive sum game. We can all create wealth.
• Ignore Status games, as they are zero-sum.


- How hard is it to start today?
• Early-adopters of new mediums do get an advantage.
• * It pays off to detect new emergent mediums.


- How would you promote yourself starting from scratch today?
• Don't self-promote. The world is craving Authenticity / Truth. People can detect deep inside wether you are being honest or not. Thus, When you are Authentic (speak honestly), you will naturally attract people.

• * It doesn't pay-off fast, but it allows you to build (over time) the greatest asset: Credibility.
** A few True Fans (matters more than) Many "Weak Fans".
*** True Fans will engage more, care more about you and what you say.

Authenticity + Time -- Credibility -- True Fan Base -- Engaging Audience

- Best way to Be Authentic -- Do what feels like play to You (which are the things you naturally do for fun) BUT looks like work to others.
• You will enjoy everything and outcompete everyone else.


DIFFERENTIATION:
- You can differentiate from others by virtue of covering an unfilled niche (even if you are average) -- Product-Market fit.
* Product-Market fit could happen before Passion (and viceversa).

- It is still early for a massive number of Niches!

- The Ultimate Differentiation -- To Be Yourself!


- Double-down on your Strengths, rather than covering your weaknesses (hire or partner with people for that).
