World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong’s (WOIPFG) investigation on five members of the CCP Central Politburo Standing Committee, a Vice Chairman of the CCP’s Central Military Commission and the former Minister of National Defense further confirms that Zhou Yongkang, the former secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, has been responsible for implementing the policy of live organ harvesting; that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) General Logistics Department has been the core agency of live organ harvesting; and that high-ranking CCP officials have all been well aware of the live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
