A week ago—on the fourth of July, no less—Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana handed down a stunning judgment that severely castigates and rebukes President Joe Biden and his administration for censoring Americans.

Judge Doughty has ordered that the Department of Health and Human Services, it’s secretary, Xavier Becerra, Fauci’s NIAID, Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, the CDC, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, the Department of Justice, the FBI, the FBI’s censorship apostle Elvis Chan, the Department of Homeland Security, it’s head, Alejandro Mayorkas, the State Department, and many, many others must immediately cease all censorship activities.

This is without question the most important judgment upholding constitutional rights in a long time, so it should come as no surprise that Biden’s DOJ—which also happens to be one of the named subjects of Judge Doughty’s injunction—has already issued its notice of appeal.
