FASHION VIDEO: white spring & summer dresses

Everyone welcome back to my channel if you are new here then hi My name is Vivian and I share weekly style and food inspiration as well as weekly vlogs Obviously today as you can tell by the title in the thumbnail for this video you are tuning into a fashion video I am going to show you guys some of my favorite white dresses So spring is well upon us right now And this is my favorite time of year to bring out all of my white Spring and summer dresses So I've shared a few of these dresses with you guys here and on like my Instagram and stuff and tik-tok before So some of these dresses you guys will be familiar with but some of these are some not necessarily like new items For me, but I haven't necessarily shared them with you guys yet So I thought let me do a roundup of all of my favorite white dresses and that way everything is all in one video for You guys so if you guys need some like white dress inspiration for any events that you're going to this year whether that's going to brunches Shopping outfits like you guys know me because I've been following me for a bit that I love wearing dresses to go shopping So if you need like a really pretty and chic shopping outfit Or if you are engaged or getting married or celebrating anniversary These white dresses would obviously be perfect to wear to celebrate your special day So let me show you guys some of these dresses as always Everything is linked down in the description box for you guys If you want to shop any of these dresses or anything that I'm wearing today Then please check that out because everything is linked there as well as my Instagram Tik-tok lemonade if you guys are familiar with that new app Basically, everything is in the description box. So go check that out if you want to follow me or shop anything But without further ado, let's get on with the rest of the dresses Alright, so this first dress is one of my favorite Dresses of all time and you guys will not believe where it's from. This is an Amazon fashion dress This is a classic button-up shirt dress with long sleeves It's slightly has that like waterfall effect where it's shorter in the front and longer in the back And it's buttons going all the way down You can basically undo the entire thing all the way down like a robe So you can style this a bunch of different ways I Buttoned it up kind of higher up today and used the little tie that came with the dress and kept it super simple just to Show you guys what it looks like, but I am absolutely obsessed with this dress I feel so chic and pretty in this and my favorite thing is that it looks just as nice as it feels like it's so Comfortable, but you guys know how I love dresses and how they're basically like Robes like pretty robes So I just feel so free in this and I can just stomp around anywhere But I love how it flows and it's such a pretty like movement when you walk around. I absolutely love this dress I wanted to start off with this. So this next dress you guys have seen before but again I just wanted to put all of my white dresses together in one video So you guys can reference this back if you guys are shopping for white dresses for a bunch of different occasions so this is the quintessential cottagecore White spring and summer dress that you need to get right now out of honestly all the dresses that I showed today This is the one that you need to get because it is so versatile so comfortable But it makes you feel so pretty like I feel like a little fairy princess running around in this all the time And it's my go-to dress for literally everything. So when I need to work from home do errands wash the dishes There's like a smock detailing here in the middle So a smock detailing just means like that stretchy material usually at like the bodice or the waist area and this makes clothes So comfortable like anything that has this like sign me up especially dresses because you know If you're like eating or something or just throughout the day like you just want to be comfortable and this just adds some extra layer Of comfort, so I absolutely love dresses. I have a smock detailing on them So yeah, clearly I am absolutely obsessed with this dress. But what do you guys think? Alright, so this next dress is very similar to the one that I just showed you guys in that cottagecore style but there's a little bit of differences, so I wanted to point them out because They're slightly different so if you want a different vibe then here we go So the previous dress it was a true like quarter sleeve length. This one is a little bit longer. It's like a long sleeve I tend to gravitate towards this and like the fall for like Because of a longer sleeve, but it's honestly so light you guys that it's definitely considered like a summer dress but I really like the sleeves and the way that it cinches in here and then it kind of bellows out to create like a little bit of Bell-bottom sleeve or like a bishop sleeve and then up at the shoulders as well I create just a little bit of a different vibe The previous dress was a little bit more casual and this dress while it's still Very casual like compared to the first dress that I showed you guys like the collared shirt one This is definitely still like a gardening ethereal like fairy dress But I think it's a little bit more Dramatic with the sleeves and then this has like a bow detailing on the back here So there's just some elements that I feel like make it slightly more I don't want to say elevated, but maybe a little more fancy a little less casual But this dress does not compromise on comfort like the previous dress. So it's still smocked in the middle here So that stretchy material at the bodice to make it super comfortable. It's also double lined here So if I lift this dress up right now You guys will see that it's lined right above like I want to say like right where my fingertips touch I absolutely love this one again I won't spend too much time on this one because it's so similar to the one previous But I like this one for the same reasons as the previous. I like scrunching the sleeves up to The tops of my shoulders sometimes and giving that cute poofy shoulder look. It's also super super cute Obviously you could always wear this down like this You can wear it by itself with sweaters on top of the shoulder or even like completely over the entire dress So this looks like a skirt. That's also a really cute option, too But what do you guys think of this one already guys? So for this next look you guys are definitely familiar with this or maybe you're not so maybe I shouldn't assume But anyways, if you guys saw my previous fashion video, then you guys would be familiar with this dress But just in case you're not again, I'm putting all my white dresses together. So if it's familiar, then you are correct So I had this in my previous fashion video because I was showcasing these new raffia flats that I got so if you haven't seen that and you're looking for a new spring summer shoe and go check out that video because these Raffia flats are absolutely amazing, but I wore this dress in that video, too But I had to include this because a white strappy dress is a different vibe than the other dresses that I showed before But it's still so feminine and classic that I wanted to show you guys because it's kind of a different shape in a different vibe Right like the other ones the first collared shirt dress was kind of like prim and proper very elegant And then the two like cottagecore dresses are obviously a lot more similar, but this one is strappy now So it has a different like vibe. I think it's a little bit more. I want to say like Truly like beachy summery like I think because you can really let the Sun hit your shoulders I can see this as being like a pool cover-up or a beach day cover-up I said in my previous video that I'm planning my birthday bachelorette little weekend in summer And I think this is going to be the dress that I check in to the resort in so TBD on that, but that's a plan for now. I just love how Pretty I feel in this and it's obviously like kind of bridal for my like bachelorette trip But I just love how pretty this is it has this like Like eyelet texture It's like almost like lacy and it has like a ruffle detailing up at the front here a little bit more Ruffle detailing on the bottom it has these ties trapped at the top which makes it so fun Okay, let me bring a little hat to show you guys that look how cute this is I feel like this is a perfect spring summer outfit if I had a garden I would be gardening in this hat and dress. It's just So pretty and perfect for spring and summer like the straw material It's basically like the raffia material so everything goes really well together But like beach days or even like winery days going to a winery in a couple weeks Maybe I'll wear this with this hat, but oh Absolutely love this dress. What do you guys think of this one? Okay, you guys let me preface this first But let me preface this first by saying this exact dress is sold out and obviously it's not completely white but I needed to include my blue and white floral dresses here because there's basically like so much white in them and they're so pretty and Spring and summery that I wanted to include these at the end as like honorable mention So I will have a bunch of similar dresses linked down in the description box But I highly recommend any white and blue floral dresses with like a ruffle detailing on them as a styling tip Anytime you see ruffles that like go down the bodice or on the waist area. I like gravitate towards them So I highly recommend these to you guys because the ruffles make everything really flattering So I will say while this dress doesn't have any smock like right here around like the thigh area for me It's it's not tight, but this dress doesn't have as much give But for me what makes it worth it is this ruffle detailing all the way down To the bottom of the dress. It's just so perfect that it makes it really really Flattering but for spring and summer I consider these as white dresses So I'm gonna include these and recommend them to you guys But I will have a bunch of similar ones linked down in the description box Highly highly recommend if you're in the market for any dresses like white dresses I think a blue floral White option is a really good way to go All right guys another blue and white dress But I had to include this one because it's like strappy smocked blue and white Combination is one of my favorites. So I had to include it So this dress unlike the previous blue and white floral dress. This one is actually smocked. So it's so comfortable this is like the other like cottagecore dresses where you literally could like pitter-patter on the house in this and You will be so comfortable. It feels like a robe if you have like a backyard garden party That'd be so nice or like a patio barbecue. This would be perfect. There's a lot of like 4th of July Weekends coming up this kind of like strappy smocked dress for those barbecues would be perfect Obviously again for any brides out there for your bridal showers engagement even like engagement photos if you want to do like Go to like an Italian Villa English Garden near you and take photos with this kind of dress. It's so pretty I absolutely love this dress. Yeah, this definitely checks off all the boxes But what do you guys think of this look? Alrighty guys last but not least it is this blue and white floral Dress I always get so many compliments whenever I wear this out and it's one of my most affordable dresses This is again a collared shirt dress. This is a quarter sleeve length and I actually like that. This is a little more Like there's some detailing on this as opposed to like obviously like the more casual dresses so for instance, the sleeve is a little more just like elegant and Pronounced because it has this sewn detailing here as opposed to just being like More casual and like that stretchy drawstring. So definitely a little more prim and proper But for a special event like again bridal showers anniversaries or even vacations We have like our reception dinner in October and we're staying at one of the hotels on the night of the dinner and we're staying like the whole weekend basically at the resort and Then Going home on Monday and I need some clothes to wear On like a weekend when we're going out to brunch just kind of hanging out So this is definitely one of the options if you're going to like a nice brunch or a nice event Then I would definitely wear this dress, but this one is still in stock So I'll have this one linked down in the description box.
