On our first day in Canada, we hit the legendary Vancouver cliff jumping spot, Lynn Canyon. It's known for its crazy 35 foot slip and slide waterfall and some epic cliff jumps up to 90'. We hooked up with some of the Lynn Canyon locals (Father Backflip, Cam, Hans and John) and they showed us another beautiful sunset cliff jumping spot right into the ocean at Lion's Bay. It was an amazing first day in Canada!

First day in Vancouver. The current will like pin you down against the rocks and you'll probably drown.
So first day in Vancouver and uh the host of our Airbnb said uh you guys can jump on the
trampoline if you want. We were like what? It's like just watch out for the cherries on the
trampoline. So there's this beautiful big cherry tree right over this trampoline so somebody is
jumping up to pull the cherries off the tree to eat them. So far we're off to a good start in Canada.
First up today. First day here in Canada. We are hitting one of the most popular natural
water slides in the world I would say at this point. Lynn Canyon. I'm excited. I've been wanting
to hit this spot for years. Now we just have to figure out how to get there. So I got some bad
news guys. I ran into this local expert here Tyler and uh he was telling me it's actually
not safe to do the slide yet. So what were you saying man? I was just saying that when the water
levels are too high the current if you do the bump slide the current will like pin you down against
the rocks and you'll probably drown. Have you done it before? Yeah I did it last summer. You did it last
summer? Yeah. And it was lower flow? Well yeah it's lower flow because if you look on the suspension
bridge you'll once it's safe to go there's not going to be a second waterfall off to the left.
Bad news and so apparently the currents will pin you down there's hydraulics in the water.
I'm glad I ran into you because I probably would have done it. I definitely would have depth checked
at first but it's like it's about 30 feet deep. 30 feet deep and you can get pinned down with the current
so that sucks. I came all the way from LA to do this. So we're going further up the river now
there's another jump spot up here called 30 foot pool or 30 foot jump and there's all these
berry bushes along the way like raspberry or some type of berry. So started off the day
picking wild cherries now we're picking wild raspberries. Great time out here in the Lynn Canyon
hit a 35 foot jump then we hit uh went to that part above the waterfall Twin Falls I think it
was called and they named that jump spot Indian Head. Met a crew of cool guys we're gonna go meet
them up at this Lion's Bay which is like an ocean coastal shoreline cliff jump sunset cliff jump.
I almost lost the GoPro it broke off of the chest mount and I was swimming around under there to
find it. I ended up finding this drone um which is totally shot but it has an SD card and I'm gonna
see if I can recover the footage on that SD card if at any point there's been drone footage in this
video. It came from this drone that I recovered at the bottom of the pool and then I did eventually
find my GoPro so that was awesome the water was crystal clear and so it was easy to see it was
just really deep. I'm like totally spent but we're gonna go hit off some more sunset cliff jumping
and then I'm feeling like I'm gonna need to get some vegan butter chicken poutine because I had
that stuff last night oh my god I need some more of that in my life guys. Vegan butter chicken
poutine at this place called Meat. Beautiful beach day. Crazy day in Vancouver first day in Vancouver
we left Lionhead at like 9 45 and it was still like light out so I don't know we've crammed in
a lot of stuff today met a lot of cool guys and now we're hitting this place off that we ate at
last night called Meat M-E-E-T get some uh they got this stuff vegan butter chicken poutine
it is delicious so plenty more stuff coming from Vancouver stay tuned get out there find
